This CVS Pharmacy is so bad that they thrown their hands up and refer you to another non-CVS pharmacy. I gave them my current insurance information in-person and they said they couldn't verify it and that I would have to figure it out with my insurance. I called my insurance and they confirmed that the information that I had was accurate. When I called back, the CVS told me there was nothing that I could do, but I could try a three-way call with my insurance company and them. Why they can't just call my insurance company to figure it out between themselves, they wouldn't say. Instead they just told me they'd release the prescription so that I could have my doctor send it to Walgreens and fill it there, as if there isn't a shortage of this prescription and as if that would happen quickly. I waited 20 minutes just for them to answer the phone before I gave up. I always wait with this pharmacy. ALWAYS. I never get my prescriptions on time. I've called before and waited 20 minutes for them to answer and when they finally did answer they hung up on me. So I had to call back and wait again. This pharmacy is ridiculous. They are always short staffed yet never hire anyone. They've been short staffed for about a year now. Don't use this pharmacy. read more

Why is it that I feel like I am in the movie stepford wives when I am in this store. I feel like they are aliens. I'm waiting for them to grab me. Why do all of these drug stores have to basically suck? So, I stopped here after stopping at the CVS on 92nd and Greenfield. Online it showed they had a couple of different items in stock for purchase. I returned the original item I purchased at the other CVS location immediately. Then I went to look for the other items they supposedly had. They had absolutely nothing. I left empty-handed and ended up at Walgreens on State Street which had the item I needed. Employees were friendly and helpful so three stars. I really wish they would update their online stock more frequently to keep it accurate. I wasted a lot of time on it. read more

CVS offers everything a modern day pharmacy but why the carpeting? It is unsettling and somehow claustrophobic.

I live a few blocks away and had an Rx go to them. I went to pay and my insurance was $50+ the pharmacist said they had a coupon that was cheaper. He comes back a min or two later and the bill was $15. I was stunned. I really appreciated it, the customer service here was amazing. read more

Most pharmacies are pretty similar. What keeps me coming back to this one is that the store personnel are pretty nice. They try and open up a new checkout line when the existing ones get backed up. read more

Decent drugstore in a convenient location. I usually tend to go for the CVS brand items over the brand name - I have never noticed any difference in the quality. One issue - not such a great selection of birthday cards. Staff is usually friendly, can be a tad bit slow sometimes, and the lines for the checkouts can stretch during busy times. One plus - a great selection of "As Seen on TV" items! I'll probably continue to go back - the location is nice, and not as busy as some of the other local drugstore chains in the area. read more

Had the rudest clerk ever in the Pharmacy! She has her leg in a splint so maybe she's uncomfortable but still no justification for her rudest. I've always liked this CVS because the staff is always cheerful and helpful. It's changed and I will now go to the other CVS on Bluemound. read more

Prescriptions are not ready when they tell you they will be ready. They are often out of prescriptions. This has resulted in us having to go into cvs multiple times during social distancing when we are trying to stay out of stores. They are unprofessional and unorganized. Despite it being located right around the corner from my house I will choose another pharmacy further away. read more

I called the pharmacy at about 3:15 pm on a Saturday just to find out if my medications were ready. I sat on hold for over 20 min. No one came on the line at all to let me know someone would still be getting to me. I had no idea if they even knew my call was still holding. I hung up and called back thinking it was a mistake and all they did was try and put me on hold again. When I said I had already been on hold for 20 minutes, her response was, "There are only two of us." I get this isn't her fault but where is the management to fix this!? read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Not only are they understaffed with incompetent fools, but the service is terrible!!!! They are rude, make you wait for an hour picking up a prescription that has already been filled and waiting in the bin because they are so unorganized and trying to do too many things at once. I dropped off a prescription one day after work. They said they couldn't fill it that night because they were "just too busy" and "had too many other things to do" I said fine I'll pick it up the next day at 2pm. So I go there the next day and they said not only that it hasn't been filled, but they can't find the script!!!! They actually asked me if I actually brought it in! After searching for it forever they finally found it in a pile of who-knows-what and then proceeded to tell me that it would take them 2-3 hours to fill it. Are you kidding me?!???? I will never EVER go back there again. Don't trust these people with your medication. read more

I've only been to this store no more than six times in my life, and I stopped going there. It's the closest CVS to my house, but now I drive over 10 miles to other CVS stores (where they make me feel welcomed). The cashiers in the front are rude at this store. I asked them a simple question and they were being so condescending. Duh, if I knew the answer I wouldn't ask. I asked if hair color is considered a "cosmetic" product because it was advertised on the same page as other cosmetic products, and the cashiers said, "Just because it's advertised on the same page it doesn't mean it's a cosmetic. You see this (the cashier pointing at the Dove bar soap), it's advertised on the same page and it's considered a cosmetic product." Welllllllllll!!!!!!! excuse me for not knowing everything about everything! And the cashiers at this store never ever smile. They walk around like they have something stick up the nose. And I am always so polite and always said please and thank you when asking for help. read more
