This lady has black hair, she is older and definitely should not be a cashier. Most cashiers ask for your rewards card. She just rang up the bag of ice i set on the counter. I thought that was rude. Her facial expressions where not for someone who deals with the public. I have an amputated thumb less than 2 weeks ago. When she was rude to me I asked her if she could put the 7lb ice in a bag for me. She says yes I guess I can? Then she drops the bag on the counter. I asked her mam you did not need to drop it. She says it is heavy. I show her my thumb which is an open wound. She says to me don't give me an attitude? I said give you an attitude? Mam keep the change I will never stop back. This is the second employee that treated me like dirt. The last one was a 3rd shift employee. I rarely stop at this location. This store is quick bring them in and push them out. I so miss Speedway that used to be on Sunset Dr and Hwy 164 / 59. Stay away from this store if you are a senior. Because it don't matter, get them in get them and get the out is what this location does. Very poor management for the weekend crew or second or third shift. I told he keep the change you must need it. I hope she does not have a dog. If she does, I do know what the poor dog goes through. This lady I never seen there before. Yet this lady to me and my opinion is a very dangerous person. She may of had a bad night. Yet this is the type of person who could bring a gun to work and shoot every body there. Beware of her.

tl;dr Kwik Trip sets the midwest standard for gas station convenience stores…read more The store is clean, the restroom is impeccable, fresh hot food and bakery, no fee ATM, gas pumps that accept ApplePay (and other NFC payment systems), E-87, two car washes, free air pumps, and more. And... that's all on top of the lowest prices to be found on milk, bread and bananas, as well as deals like a breakfast sandwich and a 16oz coffee, milk or orange juice for just 3.49! The handle was stuck but wasn't pumping, it took me a minute to get it unstuck to put it back then I went to a different pump and that handle also got stuck, but wasn't pumping the gas. It was easier to get unstuck and I restarted. The tap to pay was ruined on that one, but at least it didn't leak. There are no options that don't contain 10% ethanol which is no good...I don't want ethanol in my car. Some locations still do no ethanol. I also went to use the windshield wash and it stunk so bad like it hadn't been changed for 2 weeks, the water was definitely rancid. The other one had 2 handles in it and they were also stuck in the washer container. Everything I tried is stuck at this location. I will be avoiding this location now for gas needs.

Hey! This is the place where I buy my cigarettes and gatorade (lime cucumber, if you don't know,…read morenow ya heard.) The prices are pretty ok. Cigarettes are super (like insane) cheap, but things like, oh, I don't know, nuts and Mr. Pibb are kind of outlandish. They sell food here. Nachos, sandwiches, slushies... they even have a salad bar (smart!) and this place is clean as heck. They have free coffee here on Sundays. They have digital scales and rolling papers, I can't imagine what for. Unfortunately, they do not tonic or soda water. (Guess who likes gin?) I'm fine with this place existing. I'll continue to support my habits here.

I like Kwik Trip. This one is located at the corner of Janesville and Racine Ave. It's not one of…read morethe new larger stations, but is has all the amenities and I typically look for. It has the ATMs, Hot Beverages, Propane Tanks, and groceries. And like most KTs, great service.

I walked in and noticed there were no more chicken sandwhiches, and a young worker (i think her name was Alexis O) immediately stopped what she was doing and catered to my order. Not only was my order cooked to absolute perfection, it was brought to me with care. I definitly will be revisiting.

I stop at Oconomowoc on Brown Street and filled up a Honda Fit, $35.75. that was about 1:30 Sunday, July 12. At 6 pm July 12 I just wanted to check my bank account. It had the $35.75 and it also had$125.00 charge pending at Kwik Trip. I drove back to that Kwik Trip and they told me they do that , the manager at the time did not know why but if it does not come off to stop back down??? Why do they put a $125. 00 charge on your card ? if they do that to everybody, they make a lot of money just hold that money overnight. I heard from several people that I know that work at Kwik trip that said since dad retired the son took over and is making changes to the business that just load up his pocketbook and this is obviously one of them , putting $125.00 charge on your debit card for a $35.75 dollar charge. I hope the dad reads this , I am also contacting the BBB and my Congressman because this does not seem to be ok!!!!!

As far as Kwik Trips go, this one is pretty mediocre. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful,…read morebut the store itself leaves something to be desired. (However, I would still recommend this Kwik Trip over any other type of gas station like BP, Speedway, etc.) The bathrooms are pretty decent. They're not gross by any means, just not tidy. Each time I've stopped here, there are a few scraps of toilet paper on the ground and there is a lot of water splashed around by the sinks. My other issue with the store is the layout. The aisles are packed close together, so it's hard to maneuver if there are multiple people in an aisle. If you use a wheelchair or have a stroller, it's going to be extremely difficult to browse. Because the store itself is so cramped, the checkout lines can extend back into the aisles when this location is busy. As far as food goes, the donuts are incredible! The classic Glazers are my favorite, but their old fashioned donuts, chocolate cake donuts, and blueberry donuts are also delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well, and sometimes when you pump gas a coupon will print out to save some money inside on things like hot food, donuts, and pizzas. If you're going to stop inside at this Kwik Trip, I'd recommend knowing what you want to buy ahead of time. Browsing is pretty inconvenient, so I'd save yourself the trouble. The gas prices here are good. It's normally a few cents cheaper here per gallon than other gas stations. The pumps themselves are easy to use, and there are enough of them that there usually isn't any issue finding a spot to fill up.

The things I like about Kwik Trip, in general: -The stores are big, bright and clean. -At any hour of the day, you can get a hot cup of decent coffee. In Wisconsin and with my former profession, this can be a life saver. -CLEAN BATHROOMS: This is the deciding factor for me. I have nearly thrown up at the sight of some bathrooms before, but Kwik Trip is spotless. Things I don't like: -Their hot food. Most of it tastes just fine, but I cannot imagine eating anything less healthy. I know most people coming through aren't thinking about nutrition and are simply looking for a quick bite to tide them over, but it would be nice to have a few more healthful options. This store in particular is brand new, sparkly clean and well staffed. They have a nice car wash on site and it is in a location bereft of other options. There you have it, the first (And probably the only. Ever) gas station testimonial. You might call it a magnum opus, an ode to the petroleum industry. Probably not though. That would be dumb.

I went into the store and had a very odd experience so I rented a U-Haul from the older gentleman…read moreno issues whatsoever . However, the U-Haul did have salt on the inside of it. Upon return, the gentleman was not there, the girl behind the counter was untruthful and stated that she cleaned it before she rented it to me and they added extra charges on including an extra cleaning charge for me for salt that was inside of the vehicle when I picked it up. It was in the 60s sun was shining the day I rented it . I took pictures all of the outside of the U-Haul, I didn't care much about the salt. I was just in a hurry to move because I had people waiting to help me upon my return there was a Caucasian girl and a younger girl from India, descent, and together they were not friendly actually it was almost like a threatening type environment. Integrity means everything to me. I would not recommend this place just based on the Customer Service alone not to mention the untruthful statement in the extra charges for the U-Haul cleaning, etc..
