Just blew me off, refused to help me in any way, shape or form.. They have a parking lot which is very nice and centrally located on 24th street. And because they are at the oceanfront they have items you might not see at other Walgreens. One stop shopping.

I have needed help many times over the years, and the customer service has been top-notch. This goes for the pharmacy staff and the storefront staff. This location is a dedicated HealthHub with a MinuteClinic with providers specializing in family health care. I've scheduled my flu shots here a couple of times. Even with the 2023 Laskin Road construction, I still visit this CVS MORE THAN ANY OTHER LOCATION. I give this location two thumbs up. This is an excellent CVS. The only thing that irritated me for YEARS was that the parking lot had no painted lines. A building where potentially ill individuals and elderly individuals frequented lacked the basic safety offering of clearly marked parking spaces. Finally, in November of 2023, the parking lot got painted lines. The lines were poorly painted and uneven, but having them in any fashion is a safety improvement, especially now that it is getting dark earlier.

The pharmacy closes for lunch for 30 mins to an hour each day. So make sure you call ahead for the correct times. The store has a decent selection of items. Some prices are reasonable but there are also some higher priced items that made me raise my eyebrow. There's even a small as seen on tv section. They also have a few frozen foods, snacks, drinks, and etc. This location tends to have alot of people asking for money. So be aware!! They will walk up on you with no problem. I had plenty of pennies but nope, they round up no matter what. I don't think that is very fair business. Others I have gone to knock the price down to the lowest non penny denominator. They do have a very nice "fountain" with delicious limeade and some cool items for those who want to shop there. UPDATE!!! Randi from Irwin's actually called me moments after I posted the review. She explained they did in fact round up when they should have rounded down. Therefore I have changed my stars and am very impressed that they called asap and offered to reimburse the change.
