The bakery said they don't start baking them until 10 am.

One staff member actually greeted my mom by name. I did a double look and was like "mom you come here way too much for them to know your name" lol. I assumed it was the owner because she kept referring to the store as hers, but to find out she was just a supervisor. Angela just spoke so harshly and ugly to the Jenna. She (Angela) saying that Jenna did not do inventory up to par, and if she wanted to keep her hours she needed to do better!! Amongst other ridiculous comments that I did not need to hear nor the other customers in the store. Angela needs additional training on how and when to speak to employees. The middle of a store is not the place! As my husband and myself walked up to the counter Angela was telling another employee about Jenna and her work ethics. Angela was huffing and puffing as she was telling this other employee what she had said to Jenna; very unprofessional as a supervisor. I asked the employee if she was the owner and she said no just a supervisor. I will no longer shop in this store if it is ran by people like Angela!! She is nothing short of a bully!

Chesapeake Rx is an extension of Chesapeake Regional Healthcare system. It's a pharmacy with basic…read morehealthcare items that also administers vaccines, located at the end of the shopping strip with the Food Lion. We normally get vaccinated on military installations, just to keep all our records in one place since we move around. However, the military doesn't seem to have a consistent inventory of the particular vaccination we are looking for, so I found the Chesapeake Rx location on the vaccines.gov. They were the only ones in our area that had the particular vaccine AND who would also administer it to children under 12 (pharmacies like Walgreens will not administer it to children under 12, so look out for that when booking appointments FYI). I scheduled an appointment in advance and the staff member was kind and answered all of my questions. The morning of, which was yesterday, however, one of their nurses called me about an hour before the appointment and notified me that the order they had placed did not come in. The supplier had shipped them a different vaccine for children. We were already on our way, so my husband and I got ours. The nurse was the same one who had called and she was super nice and very apologetic. She was very gentle in administering the vaccine as well, as I HATE needles. The process is pretty quick. You have a one page form to fill out (only top portion, then sign at the bottom) and they will submit it to the Department of Health. She was also kind enough to fax over the vaccine record to my military home clinic. She gave me the carbon copy though so I could have it and also filled out my vaccination card. Notes: - they only schedule appointments for vaccinations on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. They go up until 5:30 so you can bring them after school if time is an issue. The pharmacy is very clean and quiet. The inventory for retail items are very sparse, but probably best suited for impulse purchases while picking up your prescription. They have the small private room in the corner to administer the vaccination. She said that she would give me a call as soon as the right vaccine comes in for the kids, so looking forward to going back and getting it done! Stay safe, Friends!

Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal…read moreexperiences and my personal experiences alone, so without further explanation let's begin!. This is the first time from my knowledge that I have purchased a prescription from Harris Teeter. I had my medical provider switch my prescription because the out of state pharmacy made it more difficult to get my prescription citing health insurance reasons but my health insurance hasn't changed in years so I was confused on why it may it difficult to get a prescription I have been getting for some time now. So this prompted me to have my health care provider to send my prescription to a local pharmacy. It was much quicker to process and Harris Teeter also gave sent me up to date texts showing me when they received my prescription, then when they started working on it, then they sent me a text saying it was ready. I didn't pick it up on that day because it slipped my mind so they sent me a reminder that my prescription was still ready for pickup. A major plus and a reminder for those of us who live busy lives or some of us who can be quite forgetful at times.. namely myself! Oh now let me tell you the best part of my prescription order. I was intending on using Good RX because it was actually cheaper than my health insurance through my employer for this particular prescription but my medical provider billed my prescription to a different card which has a name I'm not familiar with and it saved me a bunch of money especially for the quantity of the prescription I received! Thank you doctor for your prescription purchase assistance! I will return and I definitely recommend you look into having your prescriptions filled at Harris Teeter!!!..

I knew where everything was located. I bought all my eyeglasses in their vision department. They had great prices, frames and service. Since I've been retired I've kept my card but do much less shopping there because of the distance versus a rival warehouse store. There are items that Sam's carries that I can't find anywhere else. Their low calorie fudge bars are amazing. Fruits are excellent as are the large containers of thin sliced deli meats. They're perfect on Sam's rolls that come in large bags and stay fresh long periods of time if kept in the refrigerator. Heated a few seconds in the microwave before use they taste as fresh as when bought. The two items are perfect together as ham or roast beef rolls for holidays. Don't forget about the warehouse size bags of Sister Schubert frozen yeast rolls. It never hurts to browse the clothing and books. In fact, browsing the entire store might turn up items that are newly stocked. The location is on the southeast corner of S Plaza Trail facing Virginia Beach Boulevard. If you continue across the Boulevard , S Plaza becomes Little Neck Road. Fill up with gas and you're on your way. Thank you Sam's for all the decades of convenience in purchasing.

I was glad it wasn't overly packed like it can be sometimes in there. They had some ham and cheese croissants for breakfast that looked good, some new dips and whatnot. The take and bake section was looking a little skimpy, so I guess we came to late. There weren't any samples either, so I'm not sure if they don't do that on the weekends. I've been waiting to get a card because their normally out, so fortunately they had some this time. The customer service representative was nice. I'm so glad no cell phone salespeople stalked me through the aisles like last time. Lol. It was pretty peaceful without that. There were a few meats that were on clearance and the veggies and salads were reasonably priced. There were a few new things that caught my eye. The deep dish pizza looked good. If my freezer wasn't so full I would have gotten it... The self checkout is pretty simple. If you're paying with cash you will have to go to a different register for a cashier to check you out. They also have rewards you can earn which I wasn't aware of. I was tempted to get a slice of pizza when we left ,but I was a good girl today. Lol. There was a little line, so I passed. The lady at the door checking receipts was really nice! Very upbeat and smiling! Check them out!!
