This is our local CVS, and we want them to do well. Please clean up the parking lot and the pharmacy drive thru. There's litter and trash in the parking lot. The drive through features an old wooden skid , trash, two knocked over signs, once of which looks like it was driven over and bent, and the glass of the pharmacy window has tape and glue stick to it and looks like it hasn't been washed since 2024. Came in with a six year old full of energy that also needed a medication. The wonderful staff who were already backed up, rushed our medication and we were in and out super quickly. Everyone was very nice, patient and efficient. read more

the CVS location in the Hilltop Shopping Center is my primary CVS location. I'm sure I've been shopping here for at least a decade. I think they have the best workers here. I have needed help many times over the years, and the customer service has been top-notch. This goes for the pharmacy staff and the storefront staff. This location is a dedicated HealthHub with a MinuteClinic with providers specializing in family health care. I've scheduled my flu shots here a couple of times. Even with the 2023 Laskin Road construction, I still visit this CVS MORE THAN ANY OTHER LOCATION. I give this location two thumbs up. This is an excellent CVS. The only thing that irritated me for YEARS was that the parking lot had no painted lines. A building where potentially ill individuals and elderly individuals frequented lacked the basic safety offering of clearly marked parking spaces. Finally, in November of 2023, the parking lot got painted lines. The lines were poorly painted and uneven, but having them in any fashion is a safety improvement, especially now that it is getting dark earlier. read more

came for a vaccine appt at my selected time. Was told they couldn't find my second child's appt. I provided the confirmation code and it was still not located. offered to sign me in for a vaccine and the could only find one child on tricare leaving me to pay out of pocket for my second child even though they're both on tricare. Then get told at 615 they're busy and it would be another 15/20 minuets when my appt was at 6. customer service is not it. read more

I have only been to this store a few times and it's been spread out over years. So with a lengthy visit to get a COVID Booster it was a great time to share. The best was to access is coming from the Great Neck corridor is to turn early into Hilltop (across from Chick Fil A) then make an immediate right through the lot to the side. Otherwise if traveling the other direction it's an easy turn in. The lot is more than adequate for their business and it was free of debris. I scheduled my booster through the CVS website which was easy. However they are very busy now, especially if your requesting Moderna. A text confirmation will come across. You will need an insurance card. Once I arrived a text alert just prior allows check in. Then you just walk back to the Pharmacy. I waited for approximately 10 minutes. Don't forget to bring your COVID card. Once my name was called I was guided back to a private room. The staff was professional and it took only minutes. My COVID card was then updated reflecting my type of vaccine and date. All very easy. I also needed to purchase mask and asked staff the location. They actually guided me back to the specific aisle. WOW! The store overall was clean and organized. Checkout was as friendly, but their was a scanning issue on eye drops that I purchased. It was resolved quickly and I was in my way. I must say CVS has been more impressive than Walgreens lately. read more

Two things wrong with this location; 1: Was supposed to open at 7am... I arrived at 8 am, door wide open. Went in, not a soul to be found. Called out for assistance, no answer. Even went to the storage room and shouted out for help, and no one. I thought something bad had happened to the associates, so I called the police to come check it out. The employees, leaving to store wide open, hiding out in the back office. They had the nerve to be mad at ME for calling the police... 2: They sell products that, when they pitch it to you, 'oh they have a coupon for this item... when I go to buy another one and use the coupon that was included in the item's package, I was told the coupon was expired. WTF would you sell an item with the pitch that it has a coupon... THAT IS EXPIRED? The associates don't know anything about the products they sell. I was a life long customer of CVS... not any longer. Not with level of 'service...' if you can call it that. read more

This CVS is on the busy corner of Laskin. It's ok inside, standard. If you have their app and get coupons you can get some great deals in here. I'm a fan of Walgreens and don't normally stop here but this is my fiancees primary store so I've been here a few times with him recently. Some of the staff inside are really rude and condescending. We had a 20% off coupon from a mailer and I was trying to use it - she was super rude about it and talked to me like I was an idiot when I said I didn't need any of the other coupons so she could just scan it and throw it away. She also complained to herself, loudly enough that we heard it, about a lady having some issues with the self check-out kiosk as we finished up and were about to leave. This review is for the MiniClinic RN working on 2/12/2023 at 11 am. She was rude and disrespectful. I had to travel 1 hr to have my PPD read because the clinic close to me had a call out. This RN wouldn't take less than 2 secs to read me PPD. I wasted time and will look into getting refunded for my injection since its not valid because it wasn't read on time due to their call out and the RN refusing to read the PPD. The drive thru is a joke, at some point they need to tell people to come back or come inside. On multiple occasions I have been physically unable to go inside and sat in line for 15 minutes or longer, trapped because cars were in front of and behind me. It's always one car that apparently wants to tie up the line doing who knows what. read more

Covid vaccinations done. This pharmacy is very well organized. If you can get an appt I highly recommend them. I didnt have to wait at either appointment. I was scene immediately and everyone I encountered was upbeat and helpful. read more

Zero stars. Had COVID tests required for international travel scheduled here for our family; the tests have to be administered within 48 hours of departure. CVS canceled all of our tests 6 hours before our appointments. Said the nurse wouldn't be in to do them. Had to find another place to do the tests at the last minute; the CVS appointments were scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Do NOT rely on CVS for travel-related COVID tests; they could care less. read more

was in there getting medicine one night and didn't realize they were closing at 10. the lady at the register was extremely rude in telling me and my friend that they were closed. Started off by saying "can I help y'all with anything, by the way we close at 10" then I asked what time it was and she was like "10. I'd be so embarrassed if i were you". This review is only for the minute clinic. Alright - so started off not in the best way, then got better and finished off not too well again. Lots of ups and downs. Keeping results aside. Got here a few days ago and after signing in and being told it would be a 0 minute wait line (so showed the screen), I waited for over 30 minutes to be seen. No one was ahead of me, mind you, and the doctor was right there.. She made up for it though as she was extremely nice and competent with the tests she had to run and so on. Made sure to sterilize everything, space was clean and Doctor office worthy, if that makes any sense. Her explanations were clear and detailed and she was very positive even when explaining possible unwanted results. Now for today - had to go back to get the results and started off the opposite of the other day. The doctor - a different one - was ready for me before I even signed in, which was great. Walked in and the results were not what was desired - by far. She was graceful about it, but a little unprofessional as she played it off as not knowing and checking and re-checking and checking again. I guess it was good of her to have certain precautions and be sure before any final diagnosis. It's hard to not link them to the experience itself, of course, but overall their service itself was okay. Onto the big guns. read more

Horrible Service: My local pharmacy was out of what I needed so I called to this one to see if they had it in. They did! I told them my RX is at the other CVS they said they would transfer it over and I could pick it up. I let them know I'd be there in 4 hours (plenty of time to have it ready). When I arrived they didn't have my RX. The woman forgot to transfer it. She asked me to give her 20mins to fill it. I waited 25. They hadn't even started working on it. I was then called over to the counter only to be informed they don't have it and could only give me 3 days worth and I'll need to come back. NOT COOL CVS I'm also irritated that CVS didn't initially offer to find another location that had it in stock for me read more

BULLSHIT minute clinic. Closed earlier than advertised so what am I to do with a sick kid???? They said they take last patient at 7:15 and I showed up prior to 7:15. They said no. There was noone else waiting. I argued and said we needed to be seen and they said she's finishing up with the last patient and already shut her computer down. LIE. If you are still with your patient your computer is still on to put the patients info and meds in. It was all a lie so they could leave early. So disgusting not to help a sick kid. They were so willing to work with my needs and were even kind enough to make sure that the medication I needed (it was not in stock) was ordered and waiting for me when I arrived in the area. I wanna thank Leonard and Chelsey tonight for awesome customer service ! There was a memory card that was sell posted out of date. When I asked about the sale still being affective. Even though it was clearly mark the date was out of date. Leonard the manager when I had and honored the sale price anyway. It save me almost $15 where I had expected to pay $35. Being as a college student I am low on funds and this memory card really needs to get me through the next few weeks with all my exams. It's so nice to find kind people in the world. He realized his employees had not done their job and instead of taking it out on the customer, he decided to go ahead and honor even though his employee had not done the correct thing. Yelp doesn't offering anything less than 1star. CVS in general is the most horrible place to get a prescription filled. I understand the laws in place for prescriptions, but it seems that it only hurts ppl who have legitimate concerns & CVS pharmacy is the worst. it is ALWAYS stressful hassle to get a prescription filled. I was hit by a car on my motorcycle (in the HOV lane) & almost killed. I started pain management 4yrs (recommended by family doc) after the accident & EVERY MONTH it's the same hassle. Called the pharmacy at 8pm on a Friday because I was out of town for a week and realized I forgot my daily medications. They called my insurance and got me my medication in an hour AND managed to have my always-has-to-be-ordered medication in stock. No line to pick up (at 10pm on a weekend) and staff was very pleasant. Amazing. read more
