CVS has a great pharmacy with friendly staff. My prescriptions are always filled on time. When shopping around I find good deals. I have notice at night there are homeless people wandering around or hanging outside. I would rather go during the day to CVS then at night. read more

I shop here pretty regularly. It isn't far from work so I stop and get the usual body wash, deodorant... but mostly for snacks or water. They usually have what I need. Sometimes I find a new treat I haven't tried before. They always greet people when they come in, sometimes they startle me because they're behind something near and I don't see them at first ! I frequent this CVS store for the pharmacy primarily and unfortunately consistently there is a line of several people waiting to pickup their prescriptions each time. I do not know if this can be helped or not yet I do wonder and ponder the what if's and question the how can someone in a position to change this not be noticing this consistent long line? It's a smaller CVS than some and the aisles are mostly stocked. The employees do greet me each and every time thus far I enter and leave which is greatly appreciated and noted. When I have paid for items in the checkout in the front of the store there has been more than one customer and we all had to wait instead of calling for back up. Would like to see some improvement in the wait in this location. read more

Been coming to this pharmacy for my grandmother for years now. This pharmacy is so unorganized and messy. All the pharmacists stay in the back because they don't want to come help the line of customers they have trying to pick up prescriptions. There will always be one person on register and 4 in the back. I have never been in line for less than 15 minutes most of the time I can be standing in line for up to 20-25 minutes. Once your being helped, the cashier will be focused on a bunch of other things that have nothing to do with you or your prescriptions, so you end up standing there while they do other things. Which holds up the line even longer and longer. read more

What a difference a few miles makes. For years I have used the Geer Rd location because my insurance favors the use of CVS, and it's closer to home. However this time the Geer Rd store couldn't process prescriptions because their computers were down, that turned out to be a stroke of luck for me. It forced me to cross town and use this facility. When I walked in the place it was much cleaner, better organized, friendlier, and they were more helpful than the other Turlock location. My prescription was ready within five minutes of getting there, opposed to repeatedly being told they hadn't received my prescription (which happens every time at Geer Rd) and then taking well over an hour to have it ready. I'm convinced that my experience wasn't just luck. While this was my first time here using the pharmacy, I have never (in hundreds of visits) left the Geer Rd location feeling this positive about my visit. read more

Horrible customer phone service they dont answer the phone leave you hanging for 15 to 20 minutes so when you push the 2 for doctor or nurse to get them to answer the phone then the pharmacist gets mad and tells you off, giing to switch to a different pharmacy all together read more

This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Every time I stop here to pick up meds they are NEVER ready on time, even if they received the order electronically hours in advance. I would rather crawl through Africa to a village shaman then have to pick up meds from this place again... read more

Just came in for some OTC meds. House brand just as good as name brand but a few bucks cheaper. Prompt, polite service. Some of the food items are way over priced, no next door to Save Mart for cheaper price. read more

Since this place got the upgrade on the inside and the name change I find myself going in more often on top of that this place had a chase atm inside so I don't have to go across town which makes it more convenient. read more

Everytime I go here I'm never let down, I'm always greeted when I walk in! I am currently between insurances, so I have to pay out of pocket and when I called to ask if my prescription is ready, the Pharmacist on the phone told me she would look into some coupons to help me out and she brought my total down! I wish I caught her name! I know things are really crazy right now but she took the time out of her busy schedule to help me and that absolutely made my day! read more

I will not ever deal with CVS for my pharmacy needs I changed pharmacies last year and transferred my orders to another pharmacy and also let cvs know that I had changed but I find out that cvs filled my prescription without authorization and now I can't get it filled at the other location read more

Had to stop here due to needing some medical supplies and no Rite Aid close by. Was able to find everything I needed with no trouble but didn't like the price tags. CVS is a little pricey much more than Rite Aid. But, at least they had what I needed. read more

Unlike the cvs pharmacy on Geer Rd., this pharmacy answered the phone within a few minutes. The person was very friendly. Then, I spoke with the lady pharmacist. She was extremely accommodating. She had the medication in stock whereas the other cvs didn't have it even though I had gotten it once a month for years. Also, after saying it would be ready & my waiting in line 45 min., they had none!. The lady pharmacist on Lander took care of the transfer immediately & I was able to get the meds without a 2 day wait. read more

Not looking good people. Never have I given anything but positive reviews for my Lander Ave CVS, which I've been with for 20+ years- but recently, I'm beginning to get concerned. The Pharmacy is way under staffed, both pharmacists, and CSR's. Prescriptions which have in the past been filled within 1 day, are now taking longer. My MD e-mailed in a prescription Tuesday around 5 p.m(because I was sitting right there when he did it). I waited until last night, Wednesday at 8 p.m. The prescription was still not ready. The response from the CSR was try calling tomorrow, maybe it'll be done!. What's going on here people??? read more

I love this pharmacy, I always come here but I'm giving it a 1 star because of one employee that I can not stand her name is Liliana everytime I go she's just so rude with me, she thinks she owns the pharmacy, and when I call to see if my prescription is ready she puts me on hold for over 15 minutes and I call back from my home phone and another employee always helps me right out, she does not deserve her job period! read more

Like Louis B., I have also found prescriptions are never ready on time here. Store clerks also quite unhelpful. They do have some good impulse buy items, like a good selection of Essie nail polish and burts bees goodies. There's one redeeming quality! read more

I live in Los banos and after a horrible experience I wasn't thrilled about making the drive to the turlock but she was the most patient and helpful. Worst pharmacy staff ever! They don't know what they are doing and no customer service whatsoever! Will never go there again. Every time I go there to pick up meds for my family they never have it ready even though I order them the day before. The times I have been there, there has never been a customer leave with a smile. They are always complaining and staff does nothing to help them. Every time I try to call the pharmacy, they always put me on hold and never go back to answer it. They put you on hold until you get tired of waiting and you hang up. The last time I was there, they had 7 pharmacy calls and they never answered the phone whatsoever, keep in mind I was in line for over 45 min to then tell me that they don't have it ready yet. Upper management should probably take in consideration all the bad reviews and take action!! read more

if there was an option for minus stars I would minus 5 stars... it never fails, there is never a pharmacist there to fill prescriptions... if you want a prescription filled you should use Walgreen's because they always do their jobs... I've been in this pharmacy 4 times, didn't matter if it's 10am or 3pm the pharmacist is never there... they say the pharmacist is at lunch every time... this time it was 2:15pm... the woman ahead of me was notified her prescription was ready, but it was not... they told her 15 minutes it would be ready, and then told me it would be 40 minutes for mine to be ready... this place is a joke... they shouldn't even call themselves a pharmacy... the other items in the store are all overpriced junk, and you can get just about everything they sell for half the price somewhere else... I wish my relative didn't have to ever use this pharmacy, because they are so terrible... use at your own risk... you have been warned!!! read more
