Walking in, the store just feels very clean and tidy and organized. Not necessarily what you'd expect from a little mini mart like this but I definitely appreciate the maintenance. They have a private parking lot which is a nice touch. Oh and they have a wide variety of blunt wraps and rolling papers for all the smokers out there. Besides getting gas, I see no reason to ever go to any other convenience store

Use it or lose it??!!…read more I know everybody that's a local. Turlock wants to support their Brick + Mortar grocery store that is family owned. But when you continuously get outdated boxed food or sour grape grapes or fruit that is rotten the money starts to add up that you spend here. I love this grocery store because the people are all very kind to you and you get used to seeing them. But they need someone to do quality control when they bring in the fruit and vegetables. One out of three times the fruit is rotten or un edible. Please people check dates on boxes and check the fruit before you buy it.

Circle K is a good, nationwide chain of convenience stores…read more Their big draw is that they have any size soda for $0.89 (+ tax, of course). They used to be associated with 76 fuel but now, they seem to be associating themselves with Chevron. This one is on Main Street, just off SR 99. It's obviously good for people on the highway. If you're in town, you'll see Circle J, which is apparently the product of a small imagination. I'll wait to visit Circle L. In any case, there are a number of parking spaces and a few fuel pumps. I didn't see any diesel fuel at this location, durn. I got a drink and the employee suggested Skittles or Starbust, as she had been putting them out. Starburst sounded good since I hadn't had them for years and I needed energy. She was pleasant and everything went fine. The soda area could have used some cleanup, but tell me a convenience store where it doesn't need it.

Gas prices are out here committing daylight robbery -- but hey, I know that's not the station's fault, so I won't hold it against 'em. Now here's the real reason for the five stars: the bathroom was clean. And I mean actually clean -- no mystery puddles, no graffiti, no toilet paper origami disasters. Just a solid, working restroom that didn't feel like a health code violation. That alone deserves a medal these days. Staff was polite, store was stocked, and I didn't get stabbed or scammed.
