Had an appointment to check and see if i had strep. Used my VA BENEFITS and went to see nurse practitioner Leni Fisher. She was just so kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable and made the whole appointment a nice fast experience. Didn't take long. Listened to my concerns and went out her way to make sure i left her office better than before. I nearly lost my job and my entire life today because of CVS. They failed to deliver my medication for two weeks and neglected to inform me in advance about my insurance issues. These large chain pharmacies are detrimental, overworking their staff while understaffing the pharmacies. I had suicidal thoughts for the first time in a long while due to the lack of my essential medication. Maintaining a normal life becomes incredibly challenging when such issues arise, and the long wait times and unresponsiveness on the phone exacerbate the problem. This CVS experience revealed the severe impact of poor customer service on my life. While the situation is more complex than I can express here. The entire events would take up this whole space. I just know I've been on bed rest and helpless. read more

Noshe in the pharmacy has no idea what she is doing and probably needs to find new work. Checks on the computer we have the prescription come back in 15 minutes. Wait in line again for the prescription and tells me they're out of it. They tell me to call around to other pharmacies to see if they have it. I asked if they were serious. They finally called another location and found the medication. Went to the other store and they sent the prescription to the wrong store. Worst customer service ever. Find a new pharmacy. I am not just reviewing this location of CVS, which is bright and clean but mainly for the CVS Rapid Testing.... Of course I was apprehensive when my husband and I drove up...you do need to make an appointment online and I hadn't been feeling well so I made the appointment...very prompt service...very kind and efficient I tested positive so after spending the next 10 days in my bedroom I went back to this location...I needed to have 2 negative tests with 24hours in between...we went back to this location because the nurse was so so nice Hilarie is her name...well, I had 2 negative results but she was adamant about my resting etc...I miss her, she made a scary experience not so scary! read more

Made one of the very limited appointments for their Minute Clinic, and it was anything but... we waited an extended period of time to even be greeted, although there were no other customers and 2 service providers. My appointment was for 4:30, by the time I was even checked in, my daughter's 5:00 appointment should have been starting. The ladies made no effort to expedite their process and even told me they had other patients, referring to another CVS employee that came in, and obviously took priority. At 6:00pm, only one of us had test results and a course of treatment. And of course the CVS employee, that came in after us, had been serviced and was gone on her merry way. I love this CVS because it is close to home, open 24hrs, has a Minuteclinic, an awesome pharmacy, & the most friendly staff!! All of the employees are always in a great mood!!! I love shopping at the CVS. The manager is so friendly and recognizes me as a regular customer. I like that I get bonus bucks and coupons just for shopping. There's also 2 red box rentals located outside. One used the Minute Clinic inside several times and have received excellent service. I cannot say the same for the pharmacy. read more

But, the pharmacy employees are extremely rude and not at all customer friendly or willing to help. I love this location!! The staff of SO friendly & makes you feel like you are at a family owned, neighborhood store. The pharmacy is usually very busy with long lines after 3pm, so avoid late afternoon times. The techs in pharmacy do go out of their way to help and ensure you get taken care of. read more

I think its important for these people to understand that when someone drops off prescriptions, they are likely ill. After leaving the doctor I drove over and dropped off my scripts. Three hours later I drive up to pick them up and the lady says "Oh you cant get them here, you have to get them at Krogers." So later I call and ask why I didnt receive a call? The girl I spoke to spoke to me in a very condescending tone and said that she DID in fact call me and leave a message. This location never gets things right. I used to live in Houston and recently moved to Spring. I asked my doctor to change the pharmacy he calls prescriptions in to, but instead he called in to both pharmacies. The Houston p harmony on Hillcroft were quick and filled prescriptions right away. By the time I got the the Spring location on they said they couldn't fill them because they were already filled. I spoke to the technician and asked him to call that location and tell them that I want to pick up the prescriptions in Spring. Today I went back to get my prescriptions and nothing had been done. They are so incompetent. So now I will have to make a trip into Houston to get my prescriptions. read more
