Hours say pharmacy open until 9pm, but they shut their doors a few minutes before! Rude rude pharmacy techs

We got our COVID-19 booster vaccination here because it was the only pharmacy in the area that had Moderna available. We just walked in without an appointment and we're vaccinated within 10-15 minutes of our arrival., which I thought was pretty darn good since we had no appointments. Our pharmacist did painless jabs on us. One of us had a mildly sore arm on day two, otherwise no side effects. We get some of our prescriptions here, and have never had a problem with the pharmacy. The rest of the store is typical CVS and unremarkable either good or bad. It's what you would expect from a large chain store. It is close to home, and that is a plus. read more

I use this CVS all the time since it is the closest to my home, strange that there is no review yet on a business that has been around over 8 years (at least - that is when we built our home here). So let me fill the void! It is a typical run of the mill CVS, with the standard offerings from pharmacy to basic goods like milk etc, toiletries, RedBox video (with so may offerings on line I don't use this any more) and so on. The staff are usually friendly and courteous especially the pharmacy staff. Rating a good 3 stars, the new CVS further along Rayford near Riley Fuzzel is bigger, brighter and more welcoming but less convenient for me. Terrible, annoying phone system. I wasted 3 minutes with the obnoxious robo-voice just trying to get the pharmacy hours and finally gave up. If you have prescriptions there you will get texts and robot voice messages every day, sometimes more than once a day. I tried getting their customer service to stop calling me and they refused. read more

0- they have a terrible pharmacist who messed up my meds on several occasions. practicing medicine without a license by deciding which meds i was allowed to have or not. i finally had to switch to another pharmacy. their rewards program did not give me anything they promised except annoying calls, texts and emails several times a day; i felt like a prisoner. glad to be shut of them..., read more

Once again a year later same slow poke would never recommend this location or business. Terrible, make sure you have at least 45 minutes to wait for prescriptions that have already been processed and filled. read more

We have been customers for 2 years. The pharmacy is excellent. They monitor our meds extremely well. Drive thru service is exceptional always friendly. The store follows all covid regulations. I feel safe shopping there. Being senior citizens that is important right now. read more

So I actually came to this location by accident because my normal CVS pharmacy was out of my Vyvanse prescription. Everyone was friendly and welcoming on arrival, so that was the first plus. I was nervous about filling at another pharmacy as tough as the insurance can be with Prior Authorization and all the lovely crap that comes with our government implemented insurance plan. However my nerves were eased after talking with Ann Marie at the dropoff as she assured me the locations were all linked and I didn't have to worry. So that was nice... BUT it gets better! She then advised me to go to the Vyvanse website and fill out the info page and they would give me $30 off for 12 refills! I was overjoyed at this point, I mean, that's like half off my prescription with my insurance. I don't live in the area but if I am in the area, I absolutely will stop by again.
