Been…read moreto multiple Walmart locations over the years in multiple states, so when I don't call one terrible or give it one star, it's not a bad thing at all - it actually makes it more of a standout since so many are usually horrid. This one is average - meaning the stock was there, it was clean, and there were no negative interactions with subpar employees or weird Walmart customers. Came here to look at a few specific things, so I didn't go through the entire store. If you've been to one Walmart you've basically been to them all as far as layout and such. I had no employee interactions, which is fine by me. It was a Friday afternoon, so while it was busy it wasn't overly crowded as far as customers went - also fine by me. Parking lot is decent with enough space options. If you want peace of mind and don't mind walking a few extra feet, you'll be okay with some of the farther spots. Again, compared to most other Walmarts, this one is decent and one I'd attempt to go to again if I'm in the area. Trust me, there are too many far worse locations out there - so when there's a decent one, it's a good thing.

I highly recommend morristown pharmacy at 95 Madison ave. In the same building as doctors. On first floor past elevators on right. It is very accessible.Like a family. They are wonderful there. Made my prescription transfers so easy. Staff is great. Calls me when medications are do for renewal. If you are looking for a family pharmacy like rite aid please go to morristown pharmacy. You will be happy. I love it there. Im a nurse so of course im worried more about my medicines. They are so friendly to talk to and answers my questions about my medicines expertly. You will be happy. I feel very safe there and enjoy going in to chat when i pick up my medicines. Just like rite aid they get to know you. Hope you will consider. The…read morestaff knows us by name so if I go to pick up a medication for me they will automaticlly check to see if there is anything for my husband or the other way around, that will save me an extra trip. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful, and they are always polite. The only issue I would improve on is being open on Sunday.

Ray and his team always fill prescriptions on time and get things very quickly when you need them. They are very accommodating, taking the time to discuss things and answer questions...the customer service is superior to any pharmacy I have used. I also get a medication compounded here, and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I have paid more for prescriptions covered by insurance. The transfer process may seem like a pain, but they will help you make it simple, and you will be very glad you came here. They truly appreciate your business and it shows.

CVS Oakridge pharmacy on Berkshire Valley road has the worst pharmacy people running it. Very…read morerude,short, cut customers off when talking on the phone or in person. It use to be a great pharmacy several years ago but the people they hire & keep should not be in customer service positions let alone pharmacy. Today I called left voicemail now that CVS no longer picks up the phone & makes you wait for call backs. I mentioned on voicemail I received my refills plus a new prescription my doctor never mentioned to me. I don't know why, what it is or what it's for or if I'm allergic to it as there was no prescription slip with it telling me any information. I get a call back I answer the phone bad connection as no one answered after I said hello 5 times so I hung up. They called again same thing no voice on the other end. They never left a voicemail or text. Instead they marked it as they talked to me & handled my concerns when they never once spoke to me. I had to waste time again getting thru there stupid automated to leave another call back. She answered first thing was I could tell she never once listened to the whole voice message as she was combative & kept it up about the label had to be there & someone in my house must of lost it when it's only myself & my husband. She not once brought up my main concern why I was calling to find out what this medicine is what it does or if I might be allergic. Instead after she was being combative she tried ending our call. I told her are you going to let me talk & tell you why I was calling & finishing asking my questions since you never listened to my full voicemail. This is how the pharmacists are at this location. Just like in Spring of this year I was seriously sick for 3 months straight. Another doctor prescribed a cough medicine. I went to CVS asked them if it was a certain color a yellow green as there is a certain one I can't take. I can only do the red or purple one as they are all generic brands. They told me they can't see the color yet they took the main bottle poured into the other so there is no reason with your own two eyes you can't see the color. Then they tell me it's not that color & it will be ok for me so they ran it thru my insurance. I get home to find out it's the one I specifically can't take. I called them immediately they tried rudely denying I asked them that as I was just there. They couldn't take it back they told me as they tagged my insurance & couldn't give me something else as my insurance wouldn't put through another. I called their main office & put a huge complaint in. They said that should have never happened & I shouldn't have had that tagged to my insurance & I shouldn't have been charged for it. They offered me a credit for the meds plus an extra $30 for my inconvenience. They told me I would receive within a few hours never did. I was literally on the phone for over 2 weeks trying to get my credit because Everytime I even talked to someone in their main headquarters they were just as bad as this pharmacy. No one knew their job or knew what the heck they were doing or their policies or how things worked. The sad thing is all the better pharmacies are closing or being bought out by CVS. So this is what we will all someday be stuck with.
