The pharmacists do their jobs incredibly well and they are very nice people. I believe that Victor? Is the pharmacist that I like, as well as a blonde woman who wears glasses. They are very good at their jobs and they both are super sweet. Every time I call the pharmacy and ask questions Victor always answers and is always so nice and willing to answer any questions. I am truly grateful for this pharmacy. The only reason why I'm giving this Walgreens four stars instead of five is because there was a teenage girl who worked in the store itself. She was very rude and had the teenage attitude. I do not know if she is still there but if she is, just be weary of her. Other than that though, walgreens pharmacy, thank you for making my pick up of prescriptions easy and fast.

But she was maybe 19/20 years old and was the most energetic happy helpful person working at a drug store. I had a question on how many items you had to buy to get the red first aid kit free and she was so happyh go lucky to answer my questions. In april I cut my finger at the deli I worked at and I swear this place was my home away from home. I went there for gauze pads, saline spray, finger tubing, tape. I just about bought them all out. I had someone explain to me the difference of cloth and paper tape and when it was evident I didn't understand the associate even opend the packacges for me so I could finallyh get what she was saying. I feel bad that she tried ten different ways and was prolly thinking this person is an idiot. She however was still polite to me. If I need a drink or Im buying diapers for my friends baby I always find what I need. The pharmacy tech gave me attitude because they're ready to be picked up by a courier! I said "Yes. That was the plan but NO ONE has delivered them! They were supposed to be delivered last night. Can I just pick them up myself now?" She was upset she had to cancel the delivery order. Made me feel like it was MY FAULT that they didn't deliver it?!? What is going on? How about you deliver things when you say they will be delivered and I won't have to go do their job? Everyone there is ALWAYS MAD AND GRUMPY! Does anyone know how to smile anymore? Great employees make the difference…read more Let's face it, almost all of the smaller-sized,convenience store/gas stations are pretty much the same, so why does it matter if you go to this one, or one of the other 4 gas stations within a half mile? Well, for me, what matters most is the staff of the store, and this Shell branded gas/Circle K store has some of the friendliest clerks around. I stop by this station about 4 days a week, and almost alway see Robert weekday mornings. He's a nice guy, always ready with a bad pun and a heartfelt "have a good day" when I leave. During the weekends I am happy to see Jessica - truly a star of a manager, and also a really cool chick. Both of them are really good at their jobs. It takes a certain kind of person to work the long hours needed in this tiny little 24 hour store, and the fact that these two always seem to be in a good mood and smiling is amazing to me. The clean and bright convenience store is very small, but always well stocked with essentials like candy,snacks,coffee/pop/juice & water and smokes.The coffee's always fresh and their 10 self-service pumps usually have some of the lowest priced gas in the east side of Kane county coming out of them. The one small drawback - their public bathroom is a little spooky. It's one of those crappers that are separate from the main building over in the car wash enclosure. Inside, it's on the clean-ish side, but it's really weirdly lit and damp and just not really a good place to be. I'm also not 100% sure it's handicap accessible, so if that's applicable to you, keep that in mind. There's a Wendy's right next door however, and I would suggest going over there if you need to go. Lastly, when exiting this station directly, it's only possible to go south on Kirk, or west on Roosevelt (Rt. 38.) If you want to head north on Kirk, you need to do a little jog back behind the Wendy's to the next road over. Getting out to go east on Roosevelt is done much the same way, it's not impossible it just takes a little local knowledge. It's weird to review a convenience store, I know. But... when the employees are as friendly and efficient as the ones that work here I think it's nice to point that out. These places are always ragged on. I like to give kudos a lot more than I like to drag places down, for the most part at least, haha. If you happen to see Jessica while you're in here, tell her that Paul the motorcycle guy says "hi!"

When I get there, there's no one to be found at the photo counter, after finding someone they hand me the box and barely get out the words "you can check out up front"before walking away. I go to get the diaper cream and there is a layer of filth on the shelves... and this place sells food. A whole layer of grimy dust and mystery stains with baby products sitting right on top of it. I changed my mind about the diaper cream and went up front to pay for the cards. I get home, wife looks at cards and they're awful quality. Cards are bent and have black smudges like someone with ink on their hands packaged them. Needless to say we will not be returning for our photo or healthcare needs, unless as a last resort. The standards at this walgreens seem to have fallen drastically, from customer service to the quality of products and even down to cleanliness.
