I WAS able to find crutches here AND a wrap for his ancle but what I didn't realize was that I had to check the height of the crutches... so I ended up buying crutches that were too tall for my dad. I called the shop right away and talk to the what I assume is the pharmacist. He was also the guy who helped me check out so he remembered that I was there earlier. I was afraid he was going to tell me that there was nothing he could do, as the girl who pointed out the crutches to me did mention that they were non returnable... but he was so REASONABLE and even though he didn't have the height that I needed, he ordered the right height and had them ready first thing in the morning the following day!! He let me do an even exchange... and he made what I thought was going to be dreadful non returnable experience.. a simple pleasant exchange. I felt the need to write this long review about my experience with this pharmacist because people like him are hard to find. In a world we're people tend to be... lazy and would rather brush you off with "there's nothing I can do" and "we're out of stock, sorry".... finding someone like him in today's world is always an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air. Someone who genuinely cares and want to help in which ever way he can. I said Thank You a bunch of times to him but I just wanted to say it one more time. If you're looking for choice, Meijer's does feel very much like a mix of Walmart and Target together -- or like a slightly more upscale version of Woodman's. So you can find most anything you're looking for in this store with generally competitive prices. Like every other enormous store, they can sometimes suffer from inconsistency -- particularly in terms of food -- where the quality and pricing isn't necessarily as good as you might expect from peer superstores. Having the enormous choice can help mitigate some of this due to having such a large variety of available items at different price points. Overall though, the shopping experience is pleasant and the selection is massive. There's everything one needs to make this a one stop shop for all your grocery and other needs.
