I have had issues with them getting my insurance information wrong more times than I can count. And instead of notifying me I get called by my clinic the day before my appointment because they just received another message saying I don't have insurance. You can not be checked in or anything until that is fixed. Then the clinic has to contact the corporate office to try and get it fixed. It gets fixed by close of business that day only to have the computer system update at midnight and when they get in the next morning only to have the system again say my insurance is invalid. I have shown up only to be told that they can't give me my medication because they can't over ride anything. I have called my insurance just to find out on their end everything is fine, and have had to call their intake multiple times to correct my insurance information. This is ridiculous. Right now I am also still waiting for a medication that finally says pending in the system, that my doctor ordered 3 months ago and resent multiple times because I was continually being told that their intake hadn't received it yet. I have Myasthenia Gravis. I am not on these infusions for fun. these are life sustaining medications for me. without these medications I will either wind up in the ICU on a ventilator or dead. you say this is a Christian based company, yet the only God I see them worshipping is the all mighty dollar. I was a nurse for over 20 years and I have never seen this level of incompetence. How long before your computer glitches cost a life? I feel the rest of the staff they are amazing, and do such an amazing job and really feel like I get the absolute best care possible there. But I cannot keep wondering every week whether or not I can even get my medication because of their computer system.

Before chain pharmacies and big-box stores, communities relied on locally owned pharmacies where…read morethe pharmacist knew your name and truly cared. That's exactly what you'll find at B&B Apothecary with Ahmad. After a long hospital stay, I was healing at home and unable to pick up my medications myself, so my daughter stepped in to help. She went to our then-pharmacy--CVS--multiple times. Despite being kind and respectful, she was treated so rudely by the pharmacy techs that she came home in tears. She told me they were speaking badly about patients--including me--and that she couldn't go back. I was heartbroken. I tried to call CVS to address it, but they never returned my calls, even after a week of trying. That's when I knew it was time for a change. Several people in the community recommended B&B Apothecary--and I now understand why. When I called, Ahmad answered personally. He was kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He transferred all of my prescriptions from CVS, set up my auto-refills, and made me feel truly cared for--without me even having to ask. Now, after five months with B&B, I will never go back to a chain pharmacy. Ahmad offers the kind of personalized, attentive service that big-box pharmacies just can't match. Even my primary care physician has complimented him multiple times, especially on his ability to compound medications and the high level of service his privately owned pharmacy provides. B&B Apothecary is more than a pharmacy--it's a return to the way healthcare should feel: personal, professional, and rooted in compassion.
