Doctor sent prescription to CVS on 9-5-18. After calling them everyday asking for my prescription and being told Dr rejected it, and me explaining it was resent electronically . The dr shows they have it. The Dr can not resend . CVS said they would call dr. Never did. Today 9-12-18 I called and was told again denied. She read ut out loud to me and say denied 9-4-18 Approved 9-5-18. Oh please hold on. Came back and apologized and said will fill today. So disappointed with CVS. It's my Asthma medicine. read more

We ask the folks at Facey urgent care to have the prescriptions sent to this location not our regular (Quartz Hill). When we arrived we were told that they were sent to Quartz Hill anyway (Facey.... that is a story to follow.) Anyway, the pharmacy manager went above and beyond to get the prescriptions transferred here (had to call QH 3 times to get them to release the order) so we didn't have a 45 minute drive out of our way. I wish they were more convenient. read more

I switched to this pharmacy because everyone is so nice! Except a Caucasian lady named Emily! Her Co-worker who's very nice's asking her a question in my behalf and she's very rude to her, it makes me mad seeing that. She doesn't even care i van see and hear. She tried asking another question and this Emily just ignored her. All the ladies here are very nice, she shouldn't be part of this team. I will continue to come here because i like the service and courtesy of the other ladies. read more

After dumping Rite Aid (or is it wrong aid) on Bouquet Canyon I gave this place a try. The pharmacy is ok albeit pretty slow service but the system they have does send me reminders about upcoming refills. What really ticked me off though is what happened last night. I went in to pick up a prescription about 6:45pm. I had ordered the refill on-line the night before. As always there were two people working, both occupied with customers and another employee sitting at a desk with his back to the sales area. There was one person waiting in line so I got in line behind her. After a few minutes one of the customers at the drop off window finished and walked away. About the same time another customer ( a self entitled one) walked past us in the line directly to the window and the clerk asked her "can I help you?" At that point I announced "there is a line over here". You would have thought I cursed out loud the look I got. The clerk asked me if we (the girl in line in front of me and i) were picking up or dropping off. We both stated we were picking up. The clerk says "well she is just dropping off" and started helping her highness. I asked "so that means she gets to go in front of everyone else?" (and trust me I wasn't quiet about it) At this point the guy with his back to us heard me and got up to help the girl in line in front of me. Once done with her I stepped up and got my prescription and paid. When I turned to walk out the self entitled woman that was "just dropping off" was still busy with the clerk. If the other employee had not gotten up I might still be standing there. I thought there was a reason for people to get in line and TAKE THEIR RESPECTIVE TURN! And for the clerk to act as if we were secondary??? Bye CVS. read more

Not bad! Prices are high but you are paying for convenience. Be sure to sign up for the CVS rewards card. They customize your deals to what you buy. It's pretty awesome really. In these days of constant price increases its nice to know CVS has your back and gives you a lil kick back for being loyal! read more

Use to love them but lately photo service is tanked. Even manager doesn't know how to handle situation. I made a book & video 3 wks ago. Come next day they could not find it, spoke w/ manager & she could not care less. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD! 1 star is for u want a pharmacy always close to home, another star for parking & last star for photo. No Star for poor/ lack of service. read more

This Pharmacy is horrible. It use to be a great place to get meds from but in the last 2 years the customer service has declined. When u call in a refill and give a time to pick up it is never ready when you get there. Then they say they will have it ready in 10-15 min and it won't be ready for another hour! Some of the people behind the counter are incompetent and have no clue what they are talking about. I will never go to this pharmacy again. read more

I went in yesterday after work and was there for 2 hours trying to get some last minute invitations for my upcoming babyshower in 2 weeks . I had to go in because i could not figure out how to use the kodak kiosk online but as it turns out its just as hard to figure out in the store as well.. Carol stepped in right away and helped me out tremendously.. she was very patient and helpful she definetly out did herself.. there were 2 others working with her as well but with such a big store come other tasks as well so the other 2 had to take care of the other job duties of the store but everyone was above and beyond yesterday ... Carol thankyou so much for making my day yesterday it was a tough couple of hours but somehow you never stopped trying! read more

Ummm...one star only from me. Here's a list of serious problems: 1. Instead of giving me my correct prescription they gave me a prescription bottle that contained the key to their cash drawer in the pharmacy. (eh??) 2. Numerous prescription errors -- like doubled-up refills, wrong doctor, etc. 3. Skip the photo finishing. Prints are muddy. Also, if you get more than $20-30 of photos be sure to pay the cashier before you go...since they won't process your pictures if you don't...but there's NO NOTICE of this at the store. You just come back to the store to find out your prints were never done. Irritating and wasteful. 4. Store is physically dirty...especially around the food areas...like spills or dropped items were not properly cleaned up. 5. Some staff seem to treat you like a nuisance rather than a customer. The pharmacy group tries to be accommodating, but overall, the staff just doesn't seem to care that much...like staying in personal conversations while customers are waiting. OK...you don't expect much when you go into a CVS. The bar is already low...but this store just doesn't even hit that mark. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero star review. If you ever have to use the bathroom at this cvs you better hold it because its worse than a porta potty. The toilets are dirty with feces smeared on the porcelain. Toilet paper roll dispensers were empty with only one toilet paper roll available for use sitting on the handicap bar of the largest stall which had feces on it also. Very very disgusting. Who leaves a toilet paper roll with feces on it to use on their costumers exposing them to potentially getting E-Coli, hepatitis or god knows what else. The supervisor not very knowledgable on what to do when I gave her the toilet paper roll. Very Dirty Place. read more

Excellent customer service with a sincerity to it. There is no false hellos in here. The staff is willing to help you without you being put off. They honor coupons and I save a lot of money there, you get $ 5-20.00 off coupons when you enroll on cvs online. I get free stuff just because I buy some of my stuff there. Enroll in the beauty club to save some money on their makeup. I am a regular here! And I won't stop coming read more
