I've always had good service at this pharmacy. The staff is so nice, helpful and informative.

I usually have a great experience here. I mean, it's CVS--you're probably just stopping in for a quick snack or some press-on nails (which is usually me). But one employee I always notice is Francisco. He's genuinely kind, has great energy, and just makes the whole visit feel better. I've never had issues with anyone else, but since I come in pretty often, I felt like he deserved a shoutout. He's consistently chill, friendly, and just an all-around solid person. Totally inefficient/ understaffed/ training needed to communicate and find medication! Prescription called in Sunday. Out of stock. Returned daily and by Thursday told med had arrived on Monday but they "forgot to fill it" or even log "in-stock" despite my coming in daily M, Tues, Wed to pick it up. After waiting in long line again on Thursday the clerk said they'd fill Sundays essential, medically necessary prescription but I need to wait. WAIT HOUR or more! read more

Not just rude, hostile. The staff can't be bothered to do their job, even something as simple as a checkout.

Wanted to pay Medicare Athena Bill I do every month said no. She didn't know how, didn't ask assistance I was Irritated then another person said I was yelling, no irritated, I told her to scan the bill which tells you what to do. If you can't have reliable, employees don't hire. No one ever smiles, greets you etc. Never helpful. I miss Rite Aid. read more

Terrible Service and Rude Pharmacy Manager Awful experience at CVS Pharmacy. After the pharmacy made a mistake with my prescription and waiting over 30 minutes with no updates, I approached the counter only to be gaslit by a staff member that "they had been looking for me". No one ever called my name, called my cell phone or even attempted to ask over the counter I was directly infront of for my name. The pharmacy manager, Pharmacist Romero, was extremely rude--yelling, cursing at me, and making inappropriate comments like, "Be fing patient" and "Wear a fing mask." This level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement is unacceptable, especially from a manager. I will never return to this location and recommend avoiding it entirely. read more

The parking is easy always plenty of spaces. The store is clean usually well stocked. There are times you will have a fairly large wait to check out. They do not have any self checkout stands. I've really never had much interaction with the employees, but they seem nice. read more

Today I terminated a 27-year relationship with CVS on account of the egregious behavior of Aryan at the Milpas Street store. After a $60 transaction I remembered I needed change for an ATM deposit, so I asked him to please break a $20. He said no. I was surprised and asked why. He said it was against CVS policy. Really? Against CVS corporate policy? I had never encountered that obstacle before, and it crossed my threshold of indignation. I resolved on the spot to move my business down the street to the Rite Aid. I went to Trader Joe's before hitting the ATM, and they graciously made change for my $20 with two $10's. On my way back from the bank I stopped in one last time at the CVS to verify the name of the no-service employee in preparation for writing a letter to corporate explaining why they had lost my goodwill and my account (Quickbooks tells me that between business purchases and my personal pharmacy refills I spent over $22,000 at CVS last year, alone, a peak year). I didn't want to interact with the employee, Aryan, so I just snapped a picture of his name tag from the back of the line to document my letter. He saw me and raising his voice and following me toward the exit he told me that photos were not allowed and that I was banned from the store. I'm afraid that ship had already sailed. It appears that if he were truly representing corporate policy, CVS doesn't deserve my business. But CVS may have a bigger problem with an authoritarian employee who acts like an antisocial store owner. Good luck with that business model and hiring policy. read more

I went here to pick up my prescription today and after waiting in line for 15 minutes I was told It wasn't ready. I told the staff that I got a notification It was ready and suddenly they were able to put It together. They told me It would take about 10 minutes to put together and to have a seat. I waited 20 minutes before I stood up to ask if It will be ready soon. They told me It was ready and to get back in line. I got back In line and when I got to the front the man working the register told me It was out of stock. The employees started to get upset with each other because no one could understand why she had just told me It was ready and made me wait so long for nothing. The only person who was nice was the man working the register. Overall the whole experience was super disappointing and the staff was rude. read more

Worst, most disorganized pharmacy ever. And rude about their own mistakes. Had to stand in line twice. Then told to come back two hours later to pick up medications for my mom on hospice. Came back 2.5 and they couldn't find my prescriptions or THEN told they couldn't fill some of them. Completely inept. read more

I normally dont leave reviews but today something unexpected occurred today. Me and my friend often go to this store and they are very sweet and kind. today was a different day we walked in and this lady kept on following us around we didnt mind at first until she shouted from across the aisle "are you guys going to buy that " rude and we said "excuse me?" and she repeated the same thing and we felt very uncomfortable and felt like we were being stereotyped. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cant believe they have this very rude and unprofessional staff here very disappointed! read more

New management must have taken over as this place has turned around quite a bit. The cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly. The manager is helpful and the shelves are mostly stocked instead of being empty. Still quit a bit of vagrants harassing the staff and stealing but at least the items you come for are available read more

I'm so thrilled that we have a great pharmacy on the eastside that's welcoming, clean, and inviting. I've been using this pharmacy since they first opened and have received excellent service from pharmacy staff and the pharmacists; whether it be about helping explaining my insurance benefits to how to use my prescriptions safely. They're always courteous and professional. Pharmacist Thomas always remembers us and makes us feel like we're in good, capable hands. The CVS staff in general has also always been courteous and professional. They're always busy keeping the store clean and stocked but not too busy to help customers. I've always been able to find someone to help me out at a moment's notice. The bathrooms are very clean as well! I love that near the check out is a big red machine that will show me my current coupons on items that I buy regularly. It's really convenient!! I like to see what my coupons are when I first walk in so that I can pick up extra discounted items if I need to. They also have a great selection of holiday items that I LOVE!!! Very family friendly. Truly one stop shopping. My favorite part about CVS is that they now give you the option that have your receipts EMAILED to you!! No more long, wasteful trails of receipts to take home. read more

There's been multiple times where I am followed by the manager. I don't know what's his name is I just know he has glasses and doesn't wear the uniform. Every time I go in he thinks I am stealing. I kid you not he would be behind me every time. I also have witnessed this before with him doing the exact same thing to a small group of teens. Impossible to get through to the pharmacy, I had to call CVS 1-866 number and they transferred me over to CVS pharmacy relations. Neither of them could get through she left a message as well as the First Lady I spoke to. I called back to CVS pharmacy relations number and was told I can transfer my prescription to another pharmacy if I went in. I went to Ventura, because I was in town and was told I couldn't transfer because it was a narcotic. I still couldn't get through to milpas on cvs. I can't check on my app because I have ti speak to the pharmacist and they have ti merge my pharmacies. This is absurd, how difficult it is to speak to a pharmacist. I understand it gets busy but not being able to get through all day when I'm calling 30-45 minutes in a row. Three times today, hopefully they do something about it. At least now I know to go to RITE AID down the street read more

I went to this CVS during my lunch break from work. The woman ahead me was asking for cash back but the clerk was new and called the manager twice for help. I was in line for about 10 minutes patiently waiting and didn't know how much longer they would take. I saw two men were working behind the counter. So I asked if one of them if they can help, I only need my prescription. One guy who was wearing blue scrubs said" Jerez, you didn't wait that long! " I was shocked and upset but explained that I HAVE waited for a while. Another pharmacist or pharma tech helped me. But the attitude from the guy wearing blue scrub was rude and uncalled for. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about 3 years and I definitely think perhaps it's time to change. read more

First let me say that I have had really nice interaction both with pharmacy and regular staff. This CVS also has the only Red Box on the East side. The problem is this CVS does not have functioning exterior lighting. It's dark and unwelcoming. The building is newly remodeled and there are new fixtures all over the outside of the building but after months of complaints they still have not fixed the exterior lighting. This lack of respect for the safety of the Neighborhood is why I avoid this location. read more

Every time I go here to pick up my daughter's medication it is neverrrrr ready. I even give it at-least 48 to 72 hours and when I get there I still have to wait. This CVS is just as bad as the ones in Brooklyn,NY. I AM OFFICIALLY TRANSFERRING MY SERVICES ELSEWHERE. Everything else is OK but that pharmacy is a joke. I already knew it would be a problem when I got there and I dreaded it the whole time because as a full time single Mom you just want to get your kids home and prepare dinner and get ready for the next day. They expect you to sit around and wait while they keep glancing at you knowing that you'll be waiting for eternity for your prescription to get filled. These guys deserve five stars! The pharmacy staff is nice and polite. I don't think I've ever had to wait for a prescription there. The story itself is bright and very clean. Huge, spacious, clean, well-lit, well-stocked, fairly quiet CVS! They also have a large parking lot, which makes it very convenient to come in for a quick stop and/or meetup with your UBER ride. I found everything that I needed immediately, and plenty of food/drink choices. The staff were friendly and professional. read more
