It wasn't, it was located at the end of an aisle. It was like they knew they weren't going to have enough space so they did exactly what they needed to do to make a full store fit in here. Finally found my item and went to find my friends before I went to pay and ended up finding a few snacks for the impending road trip we had ahead of us. Then we made our way to the register area. The register area was just as big of a mess as the rest of the store, but it somehow worked and flowed so much better than expected. Customers were in and out fairly quickly. Probably had something to do with a majority of them being self checkout, but whatever, the introvert in me liked that.

The many times that I've had to go to the pharmacy was to get prescriptions and the medical and the food needs that I would need for the next day you may remember that CVS pharmacies also have milk and other groceries, yet they don't have vegetables and the meat department you would have to visit the regular store. There are many CVS that do such an incredible job there is the El cajon Pharmacy and the Hazard Center pharmacy with the new one that was under construction that is now become the popular one that is located in Downtown San Diego near East Village when you go the main Transit Station, you can see it right when get on and off the trolley. With the CVS Pharmacy East Village, they are a caring staff and helpful when it comes to getting your prescriptions and having the cold drinks and the snacks you may need when you arrive late at night and having to the pharmacy and get your kids medication. For the best in service and the many pharmacies and the grocery stores you cant find those places that have the best in service that can call your doctor and tell your doctor you need to have other medication the CVS family has been the greatest and the most helpful. For the many people that come to the CVS stores it's the first time with kids it can be scary and having to wait they are there to help with your needs. The East Village store location is close to the busses and the trolley in case you need to take the trolley or if you live close by the store is a good convenience with the food things you can buy from Ice Cream and cold drinks, they also do carry candy and the many types of cookies and cereal in case if you need to pick up for the breakfast. The pharmacy there can help with orders they let you know when you could get certain medications if they had to order it or have to wait for delivery. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer one of the many that goes to CVS and gets many things for the week you may never know that if you have a certain medication, you may need juice or Milk of Magnesium. That said, the blonde lady at the cashier who was wearing a mask denied us because my friend was with me and didn't let him purchase any. We took the L gracefully and left but what annoyed me is that she allowed clearly the person ahead of us to loop and purchase again after she called him out on it. Why would you allow someone to loop and deny two new clients to buy. I'm here with my friend and we shouldn't be playing and acting like strangers so we can make a purchase. This is ridiculous. And the need to be rude about it was unnecessary especially when we were nice about it and didn't argue nor call you on the wrong you allowed just prior. We abide to rules, and that's the whole love part of this gaming community that inherently make is what it is before the scalpers you allow took over and ruin it all. But if you allow looping then turn us down, then I gotta say it was a let down and a disappointment. Because we also drove a fair amount to get there.
