I lost a visa gift card and went back to the store 20 minutes later. They said they could not cancel the card even though I had the receipt and I should call corporate. I called corporate 5 times only to continually be pitched products and never reach an individual. Worst policy and procedure I've seen in a long time. The store manager needs some training on being a store manager. She walks around doing nothing and looking mad. I felt very uncomfortable and normally don't go to this store. If the store is busy and you need help, she'll ask the store employee to do it, while he's running the register and doing everything. The pharmacy is a disaster. No one knows what they are doing and they don't put the right amount of medication. I ran out and they said I couldn't refill it a week early. I came in here as an emergency to buy pads and use the rest room. The store was empty with maybe 2 customers. My mom gave me a pad and went to pay for the pads as I went to ask the older woman behind the counter where the restroom is. She turned around, looked at me for a split second and resumed to pack up some pictures while telling me to go to the back and someone would help me. I waited by the rest room for 5 minutes(again there was no one at check out when I asked). I then asked someone behind the pharmacy glass if they could help me out, I let them know I've been waiting and really need to go. I even let them know that I have toilet paper between my legs and Its an emergency. There was at least 3 males back there and one turned around , looked at me and said we don't have a key. I asked if I should go back to the lady behind the counter and they continued to say they don't have a key , other people have the key. I bit my tongue and walked away back to the restroom, waiting for someone to come unlock the door for me. After maybe 10 minutes(I'm being generous) a young woman (I was thinking maybe around my age, I am 20) came to the back walking a bit slow(I guess emergencies don't matter to anyone but to the person that needs help) I wasn't even sure if she was going to help me, so I asked "hey can you help me?" While holding up my pad , she said "yes sorry I have to help the customers first". I bit my tongue but I was very upset and disappointed. There was less than 5 people in the store, opening the restroom takes less time than it does to help others. In conclusion, do not come here if you have a bathroom emergency and expect someone to help you immediately. Maybe im in the wrong, I don't know, I know how I can get when I am upset--so I tried my best to not be rude or say anything out of line.....but I honestly would think there would be more staff on hand to help out in situations like these. Every pharmacy I've been to help you very quickly when it comes to something like the restroom. I personally will never come back here. I give this place 1 star for at least having the pads I needed. No hard feelings , just bringing awareness to others. The cherry on top was that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom:) how nice am I right? read more

This is the worst pharmacy. call them today to have refill my wife prescriptions (monjaro and novolog 70/30) and told to call our md for approval which i did and found out that novolog 70/30 approval was sent to them on 6/17 and that monjaro was prescribed last month and has 6 refill yet there automated voice machine told me to call our md for approval! i have to go there to sort this things!!!! read more

Places complete trash they don't even let you use the bathroom as we're sitting here waiting for a prescription to be filled. We have 10 minutes to sit here and wait. We can't even use the bathroom. I find this so unprofessional and so ridiculous nowadays that companies do this like I'm not a paying customer. And then on top of that, one of the girls happens to listen to my conversation as I'm talking with my wife and decides to tell me that I don't need to cuss like first of all mind your own business and second of all, don't listen to what I'm saying because I'm not even talking to you. I don't understand how people like this have jobs. I don't understand how a place like this is even still open. read more

They're nice, staff always helps out and asks if I' need assistance. I'm not much of a complainer, but the minor inconveniences are the ones that really hit me. Having to the press the button for assistance to open the case for a deodorant or like lotion sucks and lowkey ruins everything. And I feel bad because whenever I go, I have to open like three different cases from like three different aisles and there's only like 1 or 2 visible staff members so it gets awkward having the same one having to come from the front to open another thing for me lol. I called the store and the automated service indicates open until 10pm, trued connecting to the store and the phone simply rang and rang. This review is just for the pharmacy not the actual store. So yesterday was the first time I ever picked up medication from here since my doctor accidentally sent it to the CVS and not the one I usually go to. There was about five people ahead of me, and I was standing in line for almost 45 minutes. Everyone in that line was just picking up medication so I'm honestly not too sure on why it will take so long. So today I tried calling because my doctor sent over more medication for me and first time I called I was waiting for someone to pick up. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and again I was on hold for another 20 minutes, so I ended up calling another cvs pharmacy closer to home , and literally took five minutes to finish conversation have everything transferred out. I am highly dissatisfied with this pharmacy. read more

Let me start off my letting you Yelpers know that I am always very fair and give second chances so this is 10+ years of dealing with this particular CVS. The pharmacist Emmanuel needs to quit. He flat out refused to provide me my medication. There's so much that has happened that I could write a book. My doctors and insurance also agree that this is by far the worst experience. Long hold times, long drive through lines almost as long as their receipts! They "Lost" my $16,000 specialty medication one time! The promised dates and times never met. And the very rude unprofessional pharmacist Emmanuel, I seriously don't know why he is still working there. I had to part ways this week they've stressed me out so much I was literally in tears. They are so overwhelmed that customer service doesn't exist in the pharmacy any more. I will be making a formal and corporate complaint. As far as the rest of the store and workers they are ok but if you are looking for a good reliable pharmacy look elsewhere! read more

So for the last couple months I've been going in to get medical supplies for my diabetes , the last 3 times I've gone in they have not had the testing lancets and I need those to test my blood sugar , and I don't drive so if they don't have what I need , I could get sick even die ! There's never enough people to get help from on the floor , there isles are to small for people to walk through , I'm not happy with the lack of supplies and the management team at this cvs on Kendal and university San Bernardino , and the don't compensate people for sales when there running out of supplies they had mounds candys 3 for 3 dallars but they only had to I asked person at register can I still get the deal 1 dallar each she's said no I can give you a rain check , I want the candy now . Absolutely ridiculous! I've been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy three times to check if my sons prescription is ready and instead I'm going to have to drive over there. It's simple as picking up the phone but the lack of training in this department to just pick up the business phone is absurd! This place was horrible. It took 3 days to get an antibiotic. Each day we called, each day they said it was ready. We go to pickup only to find that we were "misinformed" Day 1 we found they hadn't recvd their order yet...ready tomorrow after 3pm. Day 2 - truck has arrived but trailer hasn't been unloaded Day 3 - trailer has been unloaded but stock hasn't been loaded into inventory. I feel for anyone who is dependant on this pharmacy for their meds. read more

INCOMPETENT. Every single time I have a prescription set up with this specific CVS they never follow through with it. They put you on hold, hang up on you, and treat you like a statistic instead of a customer. I've been waiting a few days now for my prescription to be filled just to be hit with the "We're contacting your Dr for an alternative medication." I do not need an alternative I need THAT medication. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I feel for those that have this CVS as their primary pharmacy. Good luck getting your medication. This pharmacy is horrible. If you need to talk to someone in the pharmacy, don't try calling. They refuse to answer the phone. If you need medicine, they will run out of that specific medication 9 times out of 10. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. It is always your fault that they can't get your medicine. If they just forgot to fill it, they use the excuse that you need to update insurance at the other window. read more

There's only 1 or 2 pharmacists that are always nice as for everyone else they could be friendlier. I had one pharmacist throw up the white power symbol, another one was talking to her coworker insinuating she was gonna beat me up for no reason but she didn't want to say who she was talking about I was the only one there. An email I sent to cvs customer care. To whom it may concern. I would like to inform you that your management on the day of 9/3/19 9:30 am was very rude to me as a customer. As I entered the store with my bike that is a great value to me, I asked if i can park it inside next to the register, where I can see it. One lady quickly said yes and the other who I assume to be a manager quickly cut her off and said "no, the lobby". With a rude tone in her voice. As I was parking it in the lobby (that has no cameras I might add), since it was only going to take a minute to buy my drink. I heard her chuckling to her co worker as if what she said to me was funny. I got my drink, paid, and left. I don't know what your policies are in your stores, but a little kindness goes a long way.
