No common decency found in any of their employees! This isn't just about the pharmacy but I'm also talking about the photo services. Recently i placed on online order for some prints that totaled $100. CVS SAYS its same day pick up, but I ordered it at night so I had no expectations of picking it that day. I did expect to pick it up or for it to at least be ready by the next day. I heard nothing. I went in the next day just to see how it was going for 60 prints, not a large order but not a small one. They tried to say my order was at the wrong location. Then I pull up the confirmation number and conviently it's there but they haven't completed it yet. And i said that's fine, but is there a way to get it started. Then they call a manager up to tell me the machine has been broken so they wouldn't have been able to fill the order anyway. LIKE WHAT? CVS GLADLY took my $100 for my order. The employees and management saw my order and didn't do anything to tell what was wrong with this order, oh and that it was never going to get completed?? Shitty ass people. They should just shut this CVS down, because clearly management doesn't care about the people that CVS serves, CVS has no morals or customer satistifaction in place to avoid the frustration of having to call and bounce around and be placed on hold to get a refund. Literally go anywhere else. FORTANTELY STAPLES was able to do my order at HALF what CVS charged so fuck this store. read more

They are so bad that they have to hang a sign on their window asking their customers to be nice to them, respect them, and not get mad at them. How about you fill prescriptions correct the first time and respect your customers time. How about when you make a mistake you apologize for it. I will never go back to this CVS again and too bad because it's very convenient to where I live. One of the pharmacy technicians was so incredibly rude. She ignored me twice as I was trying to get her attention while she was walking down the aisle just to ask if she knew where the thermometers were. I proceeded to follow her and said once again, "excuse me ma'am" and she turned to me and said "you'll have to wait your turn." I wasn't even in line and just needed to find something when I couldn't find anyone else to help me. Then, I found a young girl who worked there but I guess she wasn't on the clock yet and when I asked her if she could help me, she pointed to another employee and said "ask her." I placed an order for a store pick up and they said it's ready and will be held for three days. On the third day I come in they said it was replaced back to stock and surprisingly got sold and now I can't get my order. Thanks a lot CVS for screwing me around. read more

The WORST pharmacy I have ever visited. Made the mistake of scheduling a PCR test here. Received confirmation of appointment time via SMS and a link to a self-testing video. Upon arrival (15 minutes early), no signs describe any differences in the drive thru lines. "Full service, both lines" is the only signage. Waited 40 minutes to reach front of line 2 and then was told that PCR tests can only be administered in line 1. I objected but the clerk said they are not allowed to direct cars into either line and I must go to the back of line 1 and start over. There were 4 vehicles in front of me again and I had to wait another 30 minutes before starting the test. Horrible service. read more

I am actually irritated today. The pharmacy here is amazing and this does not apply to them. This applies to the store itself and the workers inside. It's very pathetic that when I am shopping, they're walking away from the register to literally stares at me as if I'm going to steal something. My mother, father and I were all trying to pick out supplies for my grandmother who is in the hospital and we were all being watched constantly. The lady, whose name I think is Christine, was literally away from her register staring at me looking for a shaver. I don't even have a purse so what would I really do? While she was doing this, the line up front was forming and was way too long. I've worked in retail so I understand theft issues... But we have shopped here since the location was built. Convenient location for me. Right down the street from my apartment. Have had decent customer service here. I gave this location 3 stars because they do not offer my insurance for medications any longer. I also gave them this rating because the cashiers are SLOW. Yesterday, I went to buy a couple items. There were 2 people in front of me in line. I kid you not, I waited there at least 7-8 minutes. The cashier then decided to call back up and finally it got the line moving after about 10 minutes. From all the other reviews of crappy customer service, corporate needs to get in on this. On to my review. I'm stuck at work and I'm in desperate need of products for women, every woman's worst nightmare. I have a friend willing to go pick them up for me so I ordered curbside. Three hours go by and nothing, finally he goes by and they tell him that either he pays for it (AGAIN because it's already come out of my checking account) or... nothing. There's no other option. When I called I get some a-hole who didn't even care about anything I was saying and just talked down to me in a condescending tone like this wasn't complete their fault was on the phone with me for all of 3 minutes. I've been loyal to CVS over Walgreens for probably the last 8 years and honestly, all that just changed. I went to the clinic 1-24-20 with flu symptoms. The Dr didn't test me for flu saying it was only 66% accurate. She said my eyes were not blood shot so probably not the flu. She called in prescriptions for sinus and coughing. I woke up this morning feeling like a truck hit me with bloodshot eyes, blowing my nose and coughing non stop. I called the clinic and it was a main office number. They sent details to clinic. The person I saw yesterday called back. She said she'd call in flu meds to CVS. I waited a while... finally called to see status and she never called it in. I called cvs pharmacy where clinic is located (Dominion) the nice pharmacist called her saying she wasn't answering. She went to door and no one answered. She said she left for day, (5 minutes early). Tomorrow I'm in the 48 hour window to take it and it probably won't work. I would NOT recommend this clinic but I'm always satisfied with this pharmacy location, Dominion location San Antonio TX. I would give them 0 stars. I made an appt at their minute clinic for noon & arrived at 11:30 as requested.... Waited until 1 just to be told my appt would have to wait for after their lunch hour with was after 2... SO disappointed with the lack of customer service. After asking everyone in the store what the deal was I was told since they are their own office they could not help me & they apologized for the inconvenience. What they don't realize is I have to take off from work & was only granted a small amount of time to take care of my personal business & they last thing I want to do is wait around all day when I'm sick. read more

The pharmacy staff at this Dominion location could not have cared less about helping me find what I was looking for and it was important to me. Then the front checkout person was extremely unhelpful when I tried to use a coupon from my CVS app for the item I could find. These guys need to learn how to work with customers. My husband had a scrape on his arm that appeared to be infected. Due to the Corvid19, Minute clinic required you to make an appointment online only. They would not take walk-ins. That would have been fine, except their website got to a certain point and would go no further. We drove there and the doctor was standing at the door of the clinic. No one else near the clinic. My husband explained that we tried to sign up on line, but couldn't do so due to a glitch in their on line system and asked if she could just look at his arm since there were no other patients. She told him she couldn't because he didn't sign up on line. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. CVS just lost our business, but if this was indicative of their attitude, they won't care. read more

Pharmacy orders go thru pretty fast. The Minute Clinic thing is kind of weird. It's like CVS's take on a Texas Med-Clinic-like concept but they tell you that they are not doctors but certified nurse's assistants or something like that. Nonetheless, I gotta give the guy an E for Effort. read more

Nothing worked at Pharamcy for quick checkout. Code did not scan, trying number did not work. Pay terminal didn't allow for Apple Pay. Tried inserting card into chip reader, declined. Swiped SAME card, notice to insert card, then card worked. This was by far the worst "quick" pickup ever. Try taking a que from Walgreens cause this sucked. This is the only CVS I've used for a pharmacy and it will probably be the last pretty soon. Second consecutive month in a row theyve "had my prescription " on order. They "have it on order" so long, that it expires and I have to wait until next month. I expressed concern that it would expire and I would not be able to fill it. The pharmacy tech pulled out his calculator and subtracted the dates and said I was "good to pick it up until 'X' date". I come in 3 days before 'X' date, to be told that it was expired and they couldn't release it. Addiontally, the order still hasn't come in. Apparently the tech using a calculator to do basic subtraction made an error and told me the wrong date, forcing my to go back to my doctor, pay other co-pay to get it filled again later that month for the following month. Again, I went to fill it to be told it's out of stock because "alot of people use this medicine". I would think if alot of people order this, it should be priority in stock. To make matters worse, their phone systems "Can't handle cloudy weather" or so I was told when I was on hold for over an hour. Apparently it can't handle sun, dark, hot, or cold, as it's every time I call I'm on hold for a minimum of 35 min. I've never seen this location busy. It was even to the point i was on hold for about an hour and 15 minutes, drove to the location, walked in phone in hand still on hold, to see the phone ringing numerous people standing around, and once they saw their only customer (me), scramble to pick it up and I hung up and told them that was me. Showed them my call time and she laughed and said "yeah, it does that when it's cloudy." A business phone can't handle slight misting? Don't have any names because they often trade employees out from other locations so you almost never know who you're talking to. In advance for those who may think why I don't leave: closest pharmacy to me that doesn't have gouging prices and I've already switched pharmacies from Wal-Mart who prices it double. It's a pain switching but think I may have to bear the extra drive time. Sorry for the long post, but over all, fed up. read more

The Pharmacy here does not know what they are doing. First, I get a prescription filled by a pharmacist that is the wrong brand. The prescription from the doctor says what to proscribe me. The other brand they filled I had a bad reaction to years ago. Thank gosh I caught the mistake before i took the medicine. I called them to fix the mistake. They told me they would work on it. They didn't work on it as they said they have to process it first then reprocess the new one once they had it. That was never told to me on the phone. I waited there 10 minutes. Then they told me they didn't have enough but that it would be another 10 to 15 mins. I expressed how I can't wait but they just told me that I would have to wait. My husband shows up 3 hours later trying to get it and they inform him then that they don't have the pills. They just apologized that they made another mistake. They need more competent people in their pharmacy department. read more

I would give this place -10 stars... Worst experience today. I usually go to H-E-B pharmacy, but thought it's closer to my house and this was a new prescription for my dog. Brought my dog to the vet today because her one and only eye has glaucoma. All I needed was to eye drops. When I drop the prescription off, I ask how long will it take? They said an hour or so, but will get a text when it was ready. I I never got a text, so I just went there. I went back after 2 hours and they haven't event started on it (meaning pull it off he shelf & put it in a bag)... While there waiting another 15mins. Then I asked what's the hold up, they said they would have to call the vet because they had a question. I said they are now close 623pm. What a joke... There was a family ahead of me waiting so long to get a simple flu shot. I understand they get busy, but be honest to customers how long it will take. I then asked for my prescriptions back and now at H-E-B Pharmacy, which I had no problem getting it. It looks like all yelp reviews are bad also. They should just shut down and do everyone a favor. read more

Came in to go to the mimic clinic and signed up for the waitlist (a 2 hour wait), went home and came back at the scheduled time and had to wait 40 more minutes because the nurses decided to take lunch that much longer. Minute clinic did not describe the speed of the clinic either, took them over 45 minutes to diagnose a cold and another 15 to fill the script (the only reasonable time frame for said activity I believe). All in all the trip took hours longer than anticipated or advertised, and I will no longer be a customer at a CVS. read more

The customer service here is the worst. I ordered 3 black and white photos only to find when I got home that the order was incorrect. I was told the correct prints would be provided upon my return. I returned back that evening only to be told by Zack (the store manager) that the machine was not working properly and I would not be able to get my third (iPhone pic) in black and white. Let me reiterate it worked properly for the first two photos. I then asked for my colored print (the one created in error) for free. I just traveled back to the CVS (the one closest to my work) a second time and I still didn't get the correct order. I think a $3 photo would be a nice gesture for the hassle. Nope. I was told the machine won't work and there really is no indication when it will be repaired. I'm not one to reach out and leave negative remarks because everyone has a bad day. But, this is the second time this CVS has failed miserably at customer care. The first time, on Father's Day, I was given someone else's prints and wasn't able to give my dad the present complete with picture--because I had the wrong family's pictures! I mean I could have--it just wouldn't have been the same. lol I will definitely NOT return to this CVS based off customer care alone. Zack, customer care--thumbs down. read more
