This is the worst pharmacy I have every used. They are always late getting my prescriptions filled. The staff is rude and not helpful in trying to correct the problem. If you actually walk in and see the pharmacy, it's kind of a pharmacy sweat shop. The store is also very unappealing. read more

We have to use CVS because that is who my insurance company uses. My husband unfortunately is under a lot of medications and he requires extra help/patience sometimes when picking up his meds. It has not been the greatest experience because of one specific male pharmacist/tech. He is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Today! Today was a very good day. The old man in the cvs pharmacy store was very impolite and looked down on customers. When I came to pick up the medicine, he asked for my information. Because he spoke very hard, I misheard and read the first name as a last name. then he asked to see my medicine pick up message, and I showed it to him, then he got angry with me just because I didn't know how to click on the message to get the code and he left. left me there, in the counter there was a young Asian girl who saw the situation and came to help me. They need to improve their service tremendously. I get that they have self check out, but at least have one person at the regular check out the sales people just be conversing with other coworkers and having a great time while people are waiting in the self check out online instead of just helping people with the regular check out.... Not to mention the way that I've heard over several times that they like to profile people of color and constantly ask them if they need help finding anything even if they've already said several times that they don't need help and or following them towards certain part of the store. read more

I also can attest to that horrible pharmacist/manage Kurian. After reading the other reviews, I can see my experience with Kurian is not unique. He's so rude and has the ugliest and most arrogant personality. I called to find out the cost of my prescription before going to pick it up. He unfortunately answers the phone. I asked was it cheaper with my insurance or script save (RX card) and whichever it's cheaper with, is what I'll be using to help cover some of the cost. He blew up like if someone flipped a switch. Started yelling at me and telling me, "we don't do that here! We only take insurance." I've been using one or the other for years. I didn't even know about script save until another pharmacist told me about it. I told him that too. He refused to acknowledge it and by this time still had not even told me the medication cost. Then I attempt to redirect his yelling and ask how much is the medication again. He then hangs up on me. I was appalled. I call back and he picks up and I said hi the phone must have gotten disconnected and he hangs up again. So I call back again, and very sternly say quit hanging up on me I am a customer asking a legitimate question about my medication, it shouldn't have even taken this long. I finally just wanted to know the cost with insurance. I told him you have absolutely no reason to be hanging up on me and could have given me my information I wanted by now instead of making such a big deal. He says he has customers to service and I'm wasting his time. I'm like in a customer! With a customer question about medication you descends!! I say who's the manager. He arrogantly says, "I am. I am the manager. What are you going to do? Cause I'm the manager." Then I say, ok well then give me the number to your corporate office. He says, "Oh what you're going to tell on me? Go ahead. Call."And he gives me the number that's on Google. I actually did eventually talk to someone useless over this area of CVS stores. Nothing was done. I think more complaints need to be made to corporate rather than Yelp. Even the store workers / his coworkers were complaining about him and saying how rude and nasty he was to them when I walked into the store to get my medication. They said he's always like this to everyone and people complain but nothing happens to him. There also seems to be miscommunication with staff. I've gone to the store several times and the staff tell me before coming I need to call and let them know if I want to use my insurance or script save. Now some of them are saying you need to do that when you come into the store. Either way it doesn't warrant his behavior. read more

I needed a prescription filled for my toddler when he was diagnosed with the flu. I left the RX with this pharmacy around 3:30 p.m. and waited to be notified that it was filled. By 7:40 pm I had not received any correspondence so I called to check & what do you know? It was filled. I explained I would be there shortly to pick it up. When I got to the drive-thru at 7:57 there was a car in front of me getting their rx. When I approached the window, they pulled the security screen down. I could see two pharmacists inside talking to another customer so I lightly tapped on my horn to get their attention. One pharmacist closed the inside window, then they came over to the window, looked at me, then turned off the lights in the pharmacy and walked away. I tried calling a different CVS to attempt to get the prescription filled but was told that they couldn't do it because their system showed it was already filled. I now have to wait 13 more hours to get medicine for my toddler. This is completely unacceptable. I wish I would've read these other reviews first. I will never again step foot in this CVS. read more

CVS takes my insurance and this is the closest CVS to me, so I'll probably still get my prescriptions there, but I'm going to make every effort to get my vaccines at a different location in the future. They were actually okay the other times I've been there for a vaccine, but today was an unpleasant circus. First I had some questions in addition to my vaccine, but the person I was talking to said that she couldn't answer them but the pharmacist would when he gave me my vaccine. Okay, fine. Then they asked if I had filled out the forms online. I had to tell them multiple times that I made the appointment by telephone, because the CVS website would not allow me to make it online, and I had not received either a text or an email with a link to fill out the forms, so of course I had not filled out the forms. By the way, the person who asked this was the pharmacist on his way to give me the vaccine. Then the original person I talked to gave me printed forms and said it was her bad not to have given them to me when I arrived. Yes, it certainly was. Then the pharmacist gave me my vaccine and told me they came in packs of four and therefore he was wasting three doses like that was my fault. It's not my fault if the manufacturer has this stupid packaging. Then when I rolled up my right sleeve he said oh you want it in your right arm like it was inconsiderate of me to want it on the opposite side from where he was sitting. Last I heard you could get a shot in either arm that you wished. Then I asked him my questions, and he said he would come back and answer them. I spent the waiting time doing some things on my phone, so at least it wasn't wasted. I think I gave him about 5 minutes and then went up to the counter. One of the things I wanted was for my primary care physician to be in my records so that she would be sent my vaccine information. He claimed he couldn't find her in the system. She was there. Then he said he couldn't add her because I didn't have any maintenance medicines with her. I said what??! He finally condescended to add her, I think. I don't actually trust that he did. Then when I tried to ask my second question he said oh I have to go give another vaccine. Needless to say, I thought to myself, well you'd have time to answer it if I hadn't been sitting twiddling my thumbs for 5 minutes. I stood there a while waiting to see if someone else would come and see if I needed anything, but nobody else did. So I said screw it, out loud, and left. As I said, it is not my intention to return to this location for vaccines in the future. I think you can see why. It's too bad because my previous vaccines here have been just fine. I'm pretty sure I got them from a different pharmacist, although I must admit to not paying particular attention to the faces or the names. It seems unlikely, though, that the same pharmacist could be very nice one time and such a jerk this time, so I'm 99% sure the nice pharmacist was a different one. read more

Poor customer service. Hope you have time and gas to spare! They received my daughter's prescription on Friday and had not filled it as of noon on Monday. There was no communication with me that it had not been filled. When I came in on Monday to pick it up, I was told I need to speak to the pharmacist. He said they were unable to run the insurance and I needed to call the insurance company to get primary/secondary insurance corrected. With many cash pay options, the insurance issue is an unacceptable excuse for not having the prescription filled after 3 days time. It's also unacceptable that the insurance issue was not communicated to me during these 3 days. Nevertheless, I called my insurance company while at CVS and get the issue resolved. During the time I'm standing there in their office on the phone with my insurance company (for about a half hour), they still make no effort to fill the rx. After the insurance paid them, they said it would be about 4-5 hours until they filled the rx. This pharmacy is about an hour out of my way, and there seemed to be no concern for the inconvenience to travel back and forth because they don't want to fill the rx when they get the prescription from the doctor. read more

Horrible customer service , the pharmacy manager KURIAN VARGHE is a bully...... I recently called the CVS Covid hotline to inquire about getting my Moderna booster ... they gave me this cvs address and told me all cvs' take walk-in but it is preferred to make an appt. but she assured me I could walk in and get the booster & flu shot. When I walked up (with my 86 yr old mother) to the pharmacy counter - pharmacy manager Kurian Varghe was extremely rude and told me "no" that I had to make an appt. I explained to him why I was there and that his corporation's covid hotline sent me there and told me I could walk in. He refused to service me. I looked online to make an appt and saw that in exactly 1 hour there was an appt available - so I asked him to not make me come back and just give me my shots. At some point he began to address my mother instead of me and I kept redirecting him to speak to me that she didn't speak English. Then he started asking if she was receiving the shots..... so I again reminded him that I had told him 10 times that the vax & flu shot were for me! He began ignoring me several times throughout our exchange and I had to keep asking him to please at least give me the flu shot.... I even implored the other pharmacists to please come help me out with this man. Finally after much refusing- He looked me up in the system and flat out said he would not administer the flu shot because cvs doesn't take BCBS insurance, then he Printed out the "rejection" notice and dismissed me.... Never once asking if I wanted to pay out of pocket .... Which I noticed was only $40.99 for the flu shot on my insurance rejection letter. I had to leave and schedule an appt for 1 hour later... let's see how that goes! After this I will never step foot in this CVS again read more

The Indian pharmacist was rude and did all but call me a drug addict when I was trying to figure out why they could not refill a medication even though it was written with multiple refills. The pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to call in a prescription for a patient and just because the patient uses another pharmacy he was telling me to call them. I told him that it didn't matter if the patient had used another pharmacy before that's the one the patient wanted now. He was rushing me and told me I was taking too long and try again later. Another coworker tried and as soon as she gave the patient's name he took the same attitude. He tried to brush her off by saying the same thing he told me. She was successful in making him input the prescription somehow. STILL he was telling the patient the prescription wasn't there. The patient was already upset and got the PCP office involved. The PCP office called the pharmacy and he told them he didn't have anything. It wasn't until our office manager called the pharmacy to see what was going that he actually gave us an answer. He answered the phone like it was his house and was very rude without even knowing where our manager was calling from. I've been working here for 4 years and this is the first time a pharmacist was this horrible. AVOID THIS PHARMACY UNTIL KURIAN (however it's spelled) IS GONE. read more

Today, I called in a prescription for a patient and requested the price for the self pay patient with the coupon our reps provided. The pharmacist was extremely rude. He explained that he couldn't give me an exact price even after I explained to him that I possess the coupon and can give him the RxBin, RxGrp and ID number over the phone. After I requested an explanation of why CVS now can not provide prices when Walgreens and Walmart today happily had given me the prices, he obnoxiously stated "I don't have 5 minutes to do that." I then stated that the 5 minutes it took him to argue this issue could have been the time spent on my patient's account. He told me to call back. I then asked if he could take the prescription information down since he completely forgot about the RX. He said yes and I gave him all of the information needed for the prescription. Next I attempted to ask if he needed the savings card number now or when I call back in 5 minutes as he instructed. The pharmacist hung up before I could even say "now or later. " I've never experienced this with a pharmacist. VERY unprofessional. I do not even want to do business with this location ever again. Worst experience I must say!! read more

Don't waste your time. First visit to pick up pictures and I saw a bin of fifty percent off Halloween items. I get my pics and have someone's photos. I return them to the store. I have an emailed receipt indicating that they neglected to give me half off Halloween items. Store manager says I need to bring the items back so she can scan them. Well I dont have the items much less the packages because I already gave them to my grandkids. Too bad says the manager. Though the receipt has the information she claims to need she will not be reasonable. Then I want to pick up more photos. I received an email stating they were ready. Can't find them. It will take 15 minutes to print. You know what, Forget it. Customer Service is clearly not on the agenda as it should be when your store is incompetent. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pharmacist is extremely rude. My regular pharmacy was out of stock with the Rx I needed. I called CVS at 4:56 pm, asking them to call my pharmacy to request it be transferred. Pharmacist hurried me off the phone and said it would be ready before closing. Called again at 8 pm asking if it was ready for pick up. He said he called my pharmacy and they had not sent it yet, but he would call again and I could pick it up before 9 pm. Called my pharmacy and they told me they had JUST gotten off the phone with him and this was the first time he had called. Drove to CVS around 8:30 pm to pick up my prescription and he told me they don't accept my insurance so it'd have to be cash pay, which was like $45 more than I would have paid with insurance. I was so upset with the lack of customer service. Had he told me that 4 hours ago, I could have had it transferred elsewhere. And the guy didn't even care.
