Yesterday my 19 yo daughter went to pick up a prescription that her pediatricians office sent over for her. When she arrived, John (official title now being best pharmacist ever!) Pulled her aside and explained to her that he wasn't comfortable giving her the meds because she is allergic to penicillin and apparently people who are allergic to penicillin should not take Cefalexin either, as they often have the same reactions. They called me and explained what was going on, and not only did he catch what her drs office of almost 19years did not, but he called the office multiple times to try and get a new prescription. So while we will not be going back to that drs office, we will never leaves Bells! Thank you John, what would we do without you!

Not only was the pharmacist able to fix my *2 week apart* issue that my prior pharmacy had put me in, but he also called me & updated me on everything, considering he knew I hated the situation my prior pharmacist put me in. The prices are even cheaper here than at the small pharmacy in my town! While my prescriptions are free, my mom doesn't have prescription insurance. So, I used the app "Good RX" to try and save her $. The prices at Bell Pharmacy are CHEAPER than Good RX! My mom was paying approx $50+ more/month for her prescriptions @ our other pharmacy. So, for the simple fact that I loathe horrible customer service/incompetence & had her switch pharmacies also, (bcuz we go to the dr & fill our prescriptions the same time/day & I didn't wanna walk into my old pharmacy again b/c of the stress they put me under), she - without intent, instantly is saving $50+/month-$600+/year! So, not only is the customer service impeccable, so are their prices! Going to Bell Pharmacy will not be regretted by any customers. I highly recommend you go here if you live in the area.

However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. So, I had a prescription of Iron medicine for my Kid. They provided an over-the-counter medicine charging me more than 3 times than its available on Target/Walmart/Amazon. It was not a generic / Custom medicine. Market price is around $8 and I was charged $31 for the same brand and quantity. That huge was the difference. When I understood the issue, I went back next day with the bottle (not opened and sealed and they didn't agree to take it back. If it was a custom created medicine, I would have agreed but it was just a standard medicine. Pharmacies do have a policy to not take medicines back but it's not applicable for over-the-counter ones. Sorry Colonia, I am not going to recommend you to anyone anymore.

The…read morecashiers are young, rude, clueless, and act like helping customers is the biggest inconvenience in the world. Half the time they're standing around talking while customers wait forever. The phone service is an absolute joke. You get put on hold for 20-30 minutes just to ask a simple question, and then they come back with an attitude like YOU bothered THEM. The pharmacist acts overwhelmed and disorganized constantly, also a rude dick. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, nobody communicates with each other, and every visit turns into unnecessary stress. What happened to professionalism? This is a pharmacy, not a high school hangout spot. The staff acts annoyed anytime someone asks a question, and the customer service is honestly embarrassing. I've had better experiences at busy chain pharmacies than this so-called "friendly neighborhood pharmacy." Honestly, I'm switching to CVS. It's closer, faster, and at least when employees have attitudes there, management actually steps in and fixes it. Here, the bad attitudes are apparently encouraged because nobody does anything about it. And CVS calls you to tell them they have your medications and then call you when they're ready. Here, you have call them. You wonder why you're losing business? This is exactly why. The ownership changes constantly, employees don't care, and the whole place feels poorly managed.
