After I paid I realized that the site was incredibly suspicious and I called customer service. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone and when I did they circumvented my questions. After a while, they connected me with the distributor (which their site says they will not do) and that was Elmora Healthcare. To be fair, the customer service person with whom I spoke - he and I had a language barrier and in the end, I saw that he was trying to help me so no fault there. Once I was transferred to Elmora Healthcare I spoke with Ben Hertz, the manager and third generation in the family to run the business who assured me that the site was credible and gave me numerous ways to verify that. He proceeded to tell me where I could get further info on the chair I wanted and offered info on a scooter as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about challenges that disabled individuals face and answered my questions before I asked them. Once I got to NYC I decided to call them to thank them for their assistance as the chair was perfect and exactly as described. It was after hours but Ben answered. He was clearly out at an event but still took the time to tell me the ins and outs of the chair and let me know that I could call him anytime if there was ever a problem. When it was time to leave he called me to ask if I had been satisfied. This very long review is my testament to exactly how satisfied I was! I plan on using them any time I return to NYC. Through their efforts I am able to receive a very costly medication via a foundation at no charge. I live in northern NJ and Linden delivers my prescription at no charge. I recently experienced a problem where Medicare incorrectly billed that prescription. I was being charged a a very large amount of money. Through the efforts of Chee (a pharmacist and one of the owners) the incorrect charge was reversed and the medication was billed correctly. The entire staff is extremely considerate and efficient. The service and customer service are subpar, and they can't even provide accurate information about medication availability. The phone wait times are excessive, especially when we have an emergency and need to pick up medication for someone who is ill. Since my last review was deleted, here I go, again…read more.. Within the past year, Moribotos is under new ownership &, lets just say, I wasn't the happiest customer once this happened. Prescriptions I had been getting for 7 years, every 30 days, now weren't able to be filled the same day. Why? Well, last month I had to call the insurance company/dr office myself bcuz I was told I was unable to fill 1 of my prescriptions, (& not having this particular prescription would inevitably put me in the ER within a few days, & a pharmacist should be 100% aware of this/was aware, since I told him that && I was also leaving for vacation), so I HAD to get this done. (Mind you, ea time I went into the pharmacy, it wasn't PACKED - he was on his cell). He told me to make the calls/aka - do his job, (which the woman from my insurance company told me). After my 2nd call to the insurance company (approx 3min total on the phone/the amnt of time it would've taken the pharmacist here to do it), they told me my prescriptions were ready TWO DAYS AGO! Knowing I was supposed to leave for vacation (& knowing I had told Mike MANY times, I was LIVID!) Not only did he screw up ALL my medications somehow, but NOW, he made me miss 2 days of my vacation & $1500 for accomodations on my vaca (which I also told him), cuz ya can't cancel day of! -- so, knowing ALL of this didn't need to happen, & it was 100% the fault of the pharmacist made me soo angry! Incompetence is the 1 thing I CANT stand! Especially when dealing with someone's medication! Needless to say, I've just switched pharmacies today & GUESS WHAT?! - I CAN FILL ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS THE SAME DAY! Thus proving the Pharmacist's incompetence. & while I did curse him out, he 100% deserved it! He made me lose $1500!! I TRIED to stay bcuz the location is ideal, but it caused me SOO much stress that my Doctor suggested I switch pharmacies, especially after hearing that I was receiving some 2 weeks apart from my other medications, & he knows they're meant to be given on the SAME DAY! - it's common sense! Yes, this is an individual incident; however, it took a bit for my prescriptions to end up THAT far apart--AND he would ask me to go in (cuz whenever I couldn't fill my medication when due; I got stressed/anxious, like anyone would if they NEEDED their medication, & who doesn't NEED their medication?!); & explain in further (or so he thought), detail as to why I couldn't get them. So, he not only made me go there for no reason, but made me go to slowly tell me the same thing he told me on the phone! Why waste someone's time like that?! Then after few minutes the pharmacist administer the vaccination swiftly with no hassle. She was willing to answer our queries regarding our future schedule for other vaccinations. The sales associate on the counter was helpful too. When asked on one item she knows where the items were and made our transaction faster.

However, over the years this location has missed a step or two. Items are (seemingly) not restocked as often, shelves could be more organized (it's not a mess, but sometimes you need an extra few moments to find what you need because it may not be where you expect). Also, almost every time I have gone in the past year there is a person outside asking for money. He is not aggressive, but I find it odd that a store would allow someone to become such a permanent fixture without trying to help him out somehow. The one thing I will say for this location is that the staff is always outstanding. This is only one of two Walgreens I have ever been to where employees have actually come up to ME to ask if I needed help. It happens so seldom my brain sort of freezes when it does because it's such an unusual experience! This is not my "go to" Walgreens, but in a pinch this location will do.

This is a usual occurrence with this Pharmacy they have a habit of putting medications "on hold" (whatever that means) without informing the doctor's office or the patient and there is no justification for it. Super non-efficient
