You'll wait longer here than at any other pharmacy in town. There is ALWAYS a long line. On my most recent visit the pharmacy tech also YELLED the name of the prescription I was there to fill like 10 times across the room to the pharmacist, to ask a question about it. She even SPELLED IT OUT for him without any regard for my privacy. In front of a completely packed store and people standing not 5 feet away from me. Waited in line for an hour today to pick up prescriptions. Only one employee there trying to wait on 20 people in line. At one point the CVS employee spent 20 minutes with one customer while we all waited. There was a total of two people working at CVS at 3:30 pm. The second employee was on a phone the entire hour we waited. Finding a new pharmacy. read more

They never pick up the phone, and they messed up my prescription. I have waited hours on the line during normal working hours and no one has picked up the phone. Worst CVS I have ever used. Repeated mistakes, and not an ounce of empathy. Three times in the past four weeks I have received the CVS text saying that a medication was ready. Each time it was not. Today I asked why I was receiving texts which are obviously incorrect, and the answer was "well, you can phone HR to complain". Utterly, utterly unhelpful. Last week, I was standing behind an elderly lady whose Rx was refused because "there was not a diagnosis code". She clearly did not understand the term, and yet the pharmacist just kept repeating it, saying "we will get into trouble if we are audited". They don't answer the phone.....EVER. The staff is rude and disrespectful to the customers. You wait in the aisle where shoppers are looking for products where you have to stand and wait. It's just a terrible situation with a staff who knows nothing about customer service read more

what the hell. I had a prescription refill until 02/24. when they did the update on their program they are now telling me I need to see my doctor for refills. I just saw my doctor in February 2023. I have now been on hold for over an hour. last time I picked up my prescription the girl was very rude. why do I have to wait for 30 minutes for my prescription to be filled when the doctor filled it 2 days ago target trying to get more shopping done. target sucks. transferring my prescriptions read more

Efficient, courteous pharmacy services. They even deliver (except for my insulin) which is fair because it has to be refrigerated. All kinds of goodies and surprise sales are offered in store and online too. Coupons galore, just look at that famous store receipt! LoL read more

Very short handed at pharmacy. Long wait times. Since they do not have enough help, it seems things are slipping through the cracks. I brought prescriptions to transfer from another pharmacy out of state, waited in line for almost a half hour. They wrote down my info, Never got the prescriptions transferred. Horrible experience at the pharmacy. Made an appointment online and tried to get a covid booster, but was denied even though it should be free (I have health insurance too). That could have been because of some stupid policy cvs has and not the fault of the pharmacist, but it was terrible customer service nonetheless. read more

I recently received new health insurance which Cvs does not accept. Last week a female elderly pharmacist told me that she could not legally sell me my prescription with or Without my new insurance. I reached out to Hy-vee to have them call Target to get my Rxs transferred over to them. Hy-Vee told me that they would call over but that as of yesterday morning they had not been able to get through to Target for another client because Target was not answering their phone. Last night I went to Hyvee about six hours after calling to have the prescription transferred and they still could not get through to Target. So my husband and I drove directly to Target North where a nice cashier at the pharmacy was trying to help us. As we were explaining to him my dilemma the same elderly pharmacist woman yelled to him, not addressing my husband or myself, that she would transfer it tonight and that the cashier needed to get my information, all while taking on a very rude tone of voice. Fast forward to 9am this morning I call Hy-Vee to see if they had recieved the prescription from Target last night which they still have not. Hy-Vee is attempting to get ahold of CVS Target again today but as of right now they still cannot get through. I am currently going through active withdrawal symptoms having not been able to get my medication for several days. This is the worst experience I have ever had. read more
