I've shopped at this location a few times before I decided to write a review. I wanted to make sure that I was accurate about the service. The ladies up in the front behind the registers spend more time talking amongst themselves. Then assisting customers in the store. When you walk inside the store you are not greeted or when you pay for your purchases to leave. Poorly and unprofessional workers here at this location. However, I do like that there is a nice decent quality of full stock items on the shelves. They have a wide selection of good products that I don't see in many other CVS locations. The pharmacy staff member Liz displayed very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service at the drive-through. She came across as dismissive and rude. While it's possible she was having a difficult day, such interactions make for an unpleasant customer experience. I WANT A NEW DRUG Whether for beer & snacks or greetings cards and pharmacy, this CVS has usually been a reliable choice. It's conveniently located at the halfway point between my work and home; I've stopped here dozens of times over the years in the ongoing search for the cheapest case of beer. Sometimes they'll have a 12-pack of domestic for a decent price, other times their fridge will be barren and I leave empty handed. When it's not on sale, the cost of beer here can get pretty darn expensive (upwards of $9 for a dozen cans). Selection of frozen dinners and things like cup-o-noodles is good but the prices are elevated. Nice greeting card section and seasonal aisles filled with decorations and bags of candy. Employees have been chill and it appears to be the same ones working over the span of many months. The people who work here have begun to recognize me as a somewhat "regular" and don't card me anymore, which is cool. Recommended and I'll be back! :) read more

Employee at the self checkout register was not wearing his mask (it was dangling from one ear) and ignored my request that he put it on or move farther away from me while I was ringing up and paying for my items. The state, county, and town governments all have mask mandates in place at this time. Employees of a pharmacy should not be violating the law and threatening the health of customers. read more

I was not too happy about my experience at this location from this morning. I had made a COVID-19 appointment for at 10am. I arrived early and asked if I could be processed earlier. The lady who attended med responded as she was being bothered by my request and proceeded to tell no as informed that I needed to wait until my appointment. I understood and didn't mind waiting. When I came again for my appointment a young man took care of me and he took about 5 minutes to finally give what I needed for the test but instructed me to go park, do what I had and come around to drop it off. I followed the instructions, but I was confused due to the fact that the test took no more than literally a few minutes. When I came around, there were a few cars in front of me. I had to be somewhere and felt that it was unnecessary for the specific instructions they gave me. I could have done my test right there and then and would have been faster than them giving what I needed. read more

Employees at the front checkout area almost always say hello and goodbye, even though I usually do all my purchases at the pharmacy. Recently, a drug that I had been getting for free suddenly came to $25. The pharmacist assistant gladly contacted the right people to inquire why the change had occurred and managed to get the issue resolved to my liking. The store is a little tough to get in and out of due to it's corner location and the way the drives and intersections are aligned. Hours are a little shorter than most pharmacies. read more

I've been dealing off and on with this Pharmacy for at least 10 to 12 years. It's been off and on because of insurance issues and other things about their pricing. I had a singlecare discount coupon that gave one price online and they charge me another I can't see their register but online it directed me to CVS saying this would be the price, it doesn't indicate an estimated price. I've gone to Walmart and other pharmacies and they charge me the exact price that it shows online. The clerk said she had checked with the manager and that's what the manager had said it's estimated. Also the clerk told me one price and my credit card was charged another I saw it when I got home So not only was customer service very poor in regards to the pricing information I felt I'd been lied to. I probably won't be doing business with them again. read more

I believe this store has new management as it felt very different on my visit this time from others. I was greeted right as I walked in the door. The employee was super helpful! I was in a rush to get children's medicine and a thermometer. He asked if I needed assistance and told him exactly what I needed and took me there himself. I completely understand when you come to a CVS 10 minutes before they close that the service will not always be the best but deciding to check out an employee and take almost 10 minutes to get all the coupons scanned in while customers obviously wait in line behind you is absolutely ridiculous. What makes it worse is that the employees never once apologized for taking a long time or even acknowledged the fact there were customers waiting. One of the worst CVS locations. First, it seems to close earlier than most. They haven't had shopping baskets in months, just carts. Supposedly, the baskets have been ordered (?). The pharmacy at this location is so lacking it's pathetic. The staff at the front of the store is fine but the pharmacy is the poorest excuse for customer service ever. We've been customers since they first opened and time after time they make promises to fill the prescription and inevitably there's a slip up.
