If I could give them 0 stars I would. Got in at 859 to pickup my prescription that they messed up on and promised for me to pickup yesterday and proceeded to tell me that they are closed. Sorry pharmacy people but you guys are lazy piece of poops. Seriously get it together. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff are slow, incompetent, lazy, and flippant. There are 6 people working behind the counter but it seems like no customer leaves satisfied or with their medicine. The retail floor is disorganized, dirty, and understocked. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Great service but the machines have problems sometimes and sometimes refuse to take coupons but other than that it is a great place

Well they have just about everything you'd need but the service is so bad, I don't think they warrant another star. I've never seen more than one register open dispute the store being fairly big and usually at least half filled. read more

Wish I couldn't rate one star, but that's all I would give this store. My visit was the worst: I came in for my face cleanser by Olay (which they keep locked), first the button didn't work, I had to chase an employee down. The woman I asked seemed bothered that I ask for help and as she opened the item I wanted, she had told me that my item was to be kept behind the counter. Claiming it was store policy so I thought nothing of it. So as I'm continuing to shop, a customer came and asked the same woman for an item out the case. Here's the gag: the associate let the customer walk around with the item. I confronted the employee and she kept telling me about policy. As I got to checkout I saw a supervisor and asked about the policy, the employee saw me telling the supervisor and in Spanish told him I could be a thief. He laughed and so did she. This pharmacy is completely unorganized and runs terribly. Prescriptions that are called in way ahead of time are never ready. You're better off going to the Rite Aid on 55 Myrtle ave. It's ten times faster. read more

So for the first time I'm using CVS to get my prescription transferred from the Rite Aid on Knickerbocker over to this because of insurance difference they told me to wait 24 hours that the transfer will go through and they would email 24 hours go by and I can only walk by to see why receive an email or just to chat they tell me that they need my insurance card I told them I didn't have Insurance charges at the moment and they asked me to call my insurance company and to receive my information which they are supposed to do so I do so 40 minutes later after calling health plus I'm not able to get my information the house plus operator tells me that be pharmacy at CVS is supposed to call, so I call CVS pharmacy back and the pharmacist tells me that oh yeah it's the weekend the members line is not active and we can't call right now as a pharmacy because I have customers in front of meeting to say that I am not a valued customer and that is the easiest way for CVS pharmacy to tell me go half off so I after given me the run around she kindly tells me they're about to close and not to call back on Monday remind you I am sick with bronchitis severe coughing and need the urgent care of the medication that I'm supposed to be taking as of two days now... all these other reviews about customer care are true and the CVS here should be shut down or restart from the pharmaceutical area all the way to the front of management.. terrible! terrible! terrible! read more

It may not be the cleanest or most organized drug store, but at least the pharmacy staff knows what they're doing! I've been getting my scripts at this pharmacy for over a year, and the staff has always been very helpful. They definitely know what they are doing. I travel to this pharmacy instead of going to the Rite Aid down the street because the service is that much better. read more

I don't have too much to add to the other awful reviews of this CVS. I completely agree: its dirty, understocked, and poorly organized. With maybe two exceptions in the past few years, the staff is consistently inattentive, slow, and sometimes rude. The atmosphere is unbelievably unprofessional. Nothing is ever on the shelves, or they're put in the wrong places. The carpet is dirty. The front windows are absolutely filled with thousands and thousands of dead flies. The front doors don't operate properly. This place looks like a run-down store thats been sitting here deteriorating over 10-20 years, but its actually relatively new. The silver-lining is, it makes the awful Duane Reade across the street seem like a great place and makes Duane Reade's staff seem like superstars, in comparison. read more

This store is horrible. To drop off a prescription or pickup is literally a 40 minute wait.

The pharmacy itself is fine, it's specific employees who are not, and I'm sure this review will sound familiar to other people who visit this location. One person named Marcia who works here is the worst pharmacist/pharm tech I have ever seen. Yes, the worst. 3-4 months ago, I waited standing on line for an hour to get a prescription picked-up because her and the other non-senior person working there were totally incompetent. Marcia and her coworker were stressed, frazzled, and complaining loudly about how everything was so busy and they couldn't figure out what to do. They didn't know how to use the computer, and constantly had to ask the senior pharmacist questions, who was extremely busy trying to fill a last minute order on the computer (apparently). Marcia and her coworker were actually getting testy with customers as well. It was unbelievable. I wrote it off as a fluke, and assumed Marcia and her coworker would be fired and I would never see them again. Today, at about 7pm, I went to fill a prescription, and noticed a long line, which is unusual, actually. Lo and behold, there's Marcia working. Like before, she was stressed and confused, huffing and puffing about how she didn't have help and looking like her world was coming to an end (but in that very childish way that really tells you the person is overreacting and their problems are simple if they would just calm down). Her main gripe seemed to be that she didn't have any plastic bags left, and she was trying to get a coworker to get some more for her. She was also constantly running around, to the center console to check the other computer, to the rack of filled prescriptions and back to the register again, in an effort to figure out god only knows what.I don't know how CVS internal politics works but this and whatever else she was having problems with shouldn't be such an issue that the line is constantly ten people deep and each person is waiting at least 10-15 minutes to simply pick-up a prescription. What's worse is that both times, the senior pharmacist was just standing behind the large center computer console, concentrating intently on whatever they were doing at the computer, looking indifferent and grumpy, and answering Marcia in one-word sentences and looking like they couldn't be bothered to help out at all. It seems ridiculous to allow such a terrible employee to drown in their own mess with so many customers waiting on the line. Does CVS have a sink-or-swim training policy? Maybe it's time for some basic training on how to manage a two person staff. Marcia is an extremely unprofessional person and an embarrassment to her co-workers. I have truly never seen a pharmacy employee in such a completely un-hinged state, when normally pharmacists in my experience are remarkably calm, serious, quick and professional people. It is also unnerving seeing her like this because she's possibly the one who fills prescriptions (at the very least putting the filled bottles into the bags)! Am I getting my actual prescription? Or is it Ambien? Blood-thinners? Thalidomide? Who knows! Marcia, you seem like the kind of person who just blames everyone else for your problems and is completely unable to reflect on yourself and how you can improve. Get it together. I don't care if your job is hard. You are acting as the face of a respected medical profession and no matter how little training you have, you need to at least pretend that you know what on earth you're doing. read more

Worst CVS location that SCAMS its customers. Workers have on multiple occasions scanned items more than once, while they chitchat behind the counter. Old coupons are left on display, making customers think the wrong things are on sale. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE or you will for sure be paying more than what you should've. read more

Absolutely love the employees very helpful and friendly which makes my shopping experience a delight. Also love the lighting and mild music, it makes me feel like I am at home only thing missing is my slippers. read more
