Chantilly gets busy on the weekends, but never as busy as a weekend at Fairfax. This location is manageable during the week. It usually has everything I'm looking for (Fairfax sells out faster). Because there are strip malls neighboring, there's ample parking overflow. At peak hours during the weekend, you can find a spot near Potbelly. Pharmacists are kind and helpful. Expect lines on the weekend. Overall customer service is hit or miss- sometimes I'm met with the friendliest sample distributor/ welcomer/ or cashier, other times they just can't be bothered. Meh, no skin off my back. I'll just get my $5 chicken and be on my way. I love any Costco food court. Staff here is also hit or miss- lately there's a moody teenager that just wants to leave.
