It started when someone broke the glass at the drive thru, and then all the staffing changes. It was like going to a 3rd world country pharmacy. Long hold times if you were lucky enough to get through, long long waits both inside and the drive thru. It was a nightmare! Collin the pharmacist was on leave at that time and gotta say even I looked into going elsewhere. Once Collin came back (the absolute best pharmacist EVER btw!) things got much better this past year! Yes, sometimes call times can be a bit of a wait, but most times it's not much of a wait at all anymore. (Just don't call right when they open). Things are back to normal! The staff is well trained and friendly as of this writing. As far as Collin, he's so quick, meticulous and good at what he does I would follow him to whatever pharmacy he goes to! Who writes a review about their pharmacist?! ME! Walgreens is lucky to have him, and so am I !!!!!!

Actually bought a lot of Chocolate, Christmas wrappers, a Big Christmas Tree, toys for kids, and souvenirs all on sale!!! Pretty good deals for all of the stuff we got. Browsing around was a little bit of a hassle since there were a lot of people, but we were able to find what we liked. The Checkout process was very good. The cashier was kind and super speedy. I had a very disappointing experience at the Walgreens pharmacy in Graham. I was already in line…read morebefore the pharmacy closed for lunch because I needed to pick up medication that I had run out of. We were also trying to figure out which insurance card worked best. The employee helping me--the woman with tattoos on her arms and dark hair with bangs--was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. However, another employee Carrie ? Taller lady long dark hair came over about four minutes into their lunch break and told her she needed to shut everything down and that I had to come back after lunch. I understand employees deserve their lunch break, but I had already been waiting before the scheduled closure and was in the middle of being helped. The second employee's attitude and lack of concern were very disappointing, especially after I explained that I was completely out of my medication. A little compassion and better customer service would have gone a long way.

The app won't let me deliver my meds. Been calling support for months and they just either stay dead silent or hang up on my and my roommate when no solution is left to be found. But they did send me a care card for my 4 year old account even though I didn't ask for it. But my current about it will take 6 weeks to get the proper one mailed to me. And my prescriptions are sometimes handed to me and other times they are in mailbox. Sometimes somebody else's mailbox. They say once it leaves the pharmacy it is OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND CANT HELP YOU! And so I emailed support they sent me a reply of I see you contacted support if you didn't do this call this number. Last box I bought was so burnt, I had to toss it. Ever since then, I've been peeking through the holes in the box for a preview-- and I don't like what I see. It's like they're failing to consider that the tots continue to cook under the heat lamp. Or maybe their heat lamp is set too high. But this location and Yelm both have bad tots. Imagine thinking about cheesy tater tots all the way from the park, and then you get to Walmart and they're all burnt :( Other than that though, I've had pretty good experiences finding everything I need at this store.
