I want to give a special recognition to Kallen in the CVS pharmacy department. I am not sure of her exact title, but she is truly an asset to the team. My family and I have been loyal CVS customers for many years. When I relocated here over two years ago, I hesitated to transfer my prescriptions because I feared I would not receive the same quality of service. Sadly, that fear became reality as I often felt dismissed, rushed, and met with little empathy or professionalism. I was close to moving my family's prescriptions elsewhere. Today that changed when I was helped by Kallen. She showed me kindness, respect, and genuine care. She listened, took the time to help, and treated me as a valued customer, which means so much when it comes to healthcare and medication. Her professionalism and compassion completely shifted my experience and restored my faith in this location. Because of Kallen, I have decided to keep all of my family's prescriptions here. She reminded me what excellent customer care truly looks like and made me feel seen and valued. Kallen is truly an angel, and I am deeply grateful for her. read more

CVS policy tries to override your doctors orders! Then they implemented a 50 mile rule and won't fill prescriptions if you and your doctor doctor's office is outside of 50 miles of each other. Sometimes specialist are hard to find in your area, but don't ask CVS. And Walgreens don't care. Was actually told you just need to be more open to different treatment options. I've had my condition since 2005. I have tried everything under the sun and iIT IS NOT my pharmacist business who I see for my treatment!!! Had today left to pick up my prescription. I am all out and just got payed, that's why I waited. Apparently they send back meds in the morning so I actually didn't have today left to pick up. Seems like they need to wait til end of day to do that... can't stand stupid people It is a REAL problems that I cannot take my medicine tonight now. read more

I have been a customer at this location since it opened eight years ago and, aside from occasional long wait times--which I understood to be due to staffing shortages--I have never experienced any significant issues. On September 23, 2025, I attempted to pick up my son's daily medication, which he relies on heavily. I presented both my Mexican passport and Mexican consular card, both issued in the United States, as valid identification. These forms of identification have consistently been accepted at other CVS locations as well as at competitor pharmacies. However, the pharmacy technician and the pharmacist on duty (Jeanine) refused to accept my identification in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, despite the fact that it had been accepted at this same location in the recent past. Their conduct was discourteous to the extent that even my son asked whether the pharmacist was angry, noting that her tone of voice made it apparent. Additionally, she disregarded our privacy while addressing the matter in front of other customers. It is deeply troubling that the same passport used to secure a mortgage, open a bank account, and undergo a school background check was deemed insufficient by CVS employees. As a result, my son was left without his essential medication and struggled without it. District/area manager has not contacted me as I requested regarding this issue. Due to this unacceptable experience, I will be transferring all of my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

Absolutely frustrating coming to this pharmacy. First they couldn't find my son's prescription. Then I come back after calling the urgent care my son was at and they find it but say it's going to be 20-30 minutes before it's ready. So I go do another errand, not even 10 minutes after leaving I get a notification that the prescription is ready to be picked up. I have a prescription that has become a pain to pick up in the last few years because of supply/demand (nothing to do with the pharmacies.) It has added more work/stress not only for customers, doctors, but especially the pharmacy's who are already busy as could be. In the last few years I have had to hop around the Princeton/plano/allen area pharmacy's just to find one who was in supply for that month. I've dealt with probably 5-6 different pharmacy's in the last 3 years (this cvs however is my most visited) and HANDS DOWN, this CVS has the best, friendliest, helpful staff time and time again. Today they decided to close the drive through window and have everyone come inside to get prescriptions! Really impacts those who are disabled! Obviously they don't care about their customers! I love the nurses at the clinic but this review is for the RUDE employees I'm the pharmacy. The older black chick came and asked what I needed and I told her that the nurse put a per prescription in for my husband. She immediately coped an attitude and who called on in and I pointed towards the minute clinic and I said the nurse at the clinic here. In a deeming tone she said it wasn't ready yet and I said she sent it over and we talked for a while so could she check and make sure it wasn't ready. Well obviously that's not what she wanted to do and got upset but went and checked and came back and proudly said it wasn't ready. So I went to the self check out up front and paid for my vitamins and then went back And sat in the chairs in front of the pharmacy for 30 minutes and patiently waited. The medicine was promised by 5:01 so at 5:30 I went back to the counter and the older woman didn't even look at me as she walked by. Instead after she got over I'm front of the pharmacist she glanced sideways at me said something to the pharmacist and the pharmacist chunked a bag over the counter to a basket by the older black woman who in turn asked a younger guy to wait on me!!? Like wtf??? So he goes to another area and grabs three prescriptions and brings those and the one the older woman handed him and was just as rude as the first woman! Anyway there's more but I'm done. I worked today(Christmas Eve) and I pass this place daily on my way home. I went in for small last minute items. Upon checkout, i waited a while. Donna(Shift Supervisor according to her nametag), begrudgingly sighed and opened a second register. She spent another minute finishing a conversation with a friend of hers who had just walked up(while I was in front of her). I tried asking her if I could split my purchase between a card and cash. She didnt answer. On the second time, she paid attention and I asked how I do this. She sighed heavily. I told her "this is VERY frustrating", to which she replied: "You should try working on Christmas Eve". I advised her I had just done so, and left this aweful store. WTF Donna?? read more

I called to check on my prescription that called in two days before to have transferred from another pharmacy and the girl that talked to me over the phone was very short and almost rude. Later that day, I got a text that said my prescription was ready for pick up so when I went to pick it up the same girl was talking to me like I was a child and incompetent. REFILL A PRESCRIPTION ANYWHERE BUT HERE! These people are completely inept. I submitted refill requests FIVE (5) times for the same drug on the CVS app when it said "Available for Refill", each time receiving an email confirmation my refill was in progress. Each time I went back to check if it was ready, the app showed it was never refilled or even processed. I finally called after three days of repeated submissions and was told by the pharmacy worker that my insurance wouldn't cover it again until Jan. 1st. No one bothered to call me, text me or email me that this was the case. I'm supposed to be psychic. FINE. I offer to pay out of pocket and they say it's fine. I say I'll be there by 6pm, and they say it'll be ready. I drive there after work and NOPE. It's out of stock until Monday. AGAIN, no call, text or email that this is the case. I have to walk in to find out. I will never shop at this or ANY CVS for the rest of my life. I'm cautioning my friends and family to do the same. YOU should do what you like, but the technology, customer service and general business aptitude of this location SUCKS. I hope they go broke and close from being this useless. read more

The CVS corporation really needs to investigate this pharmacy. They are dangerous and should not be in business. A few weeks ago I needed authorization from my doctor for a refill and when I called to check on the status the pharmacy clerk told me I needed to call my doctor, which I had already done. After two days of trying to find someone who knew what they were talking about (and going 2 days without my thyroid medicine because they refused to refill it) I finally found out that my doctor had sent the authorization in plenty of time and it had been filled all along under a different prescription number. Today was the last straw. I have severe bronchitis and my doctor prescribed a steroid burst for 5 days. I am on the 2nd day and noticed that it didn't look like there were enough pills for the next 3 days. I counted, and sure enough I am 6 pills short. I called the pharmacy and they told me "even though it's not common practice we'll go ahead and give you the 6 pills". NOT COMMON PRACTICE!?? No apology and no professionalism! More important, no CLUE how dangerous it is to not pay attention to detail when dispensing medication!!! I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

I've never been to a "good" CVS, but this one takes the cake! With so few close options in such a small town I had hoped they would have been better. I have used them twice with horrible experiences both time. First my 2 year old had both an eye and ear infection, and we're prescribed drops for both, after picking up his drops I noticed they switched the directions, telling me to put the ear drops in the eyes and vice versa. Having been a pharmacy tech for many years, I immediately caught the mistake and was very upset. They could have cause serious vision problems had I put ear drops in my child's eyes. After confronting the pharmacist about his negligent mistake, I received no apologies, just a "sometimes mistakes happen, we are all human." NO AN ACCEPTABLE RESPONSE! Second, I recently broke both bones in my left leg, that required surgery. After my temporary pain prescription had ran out from the ER my surgeon called in one to my normal pharmacy. Unfortunately, they wouldn't have the medication for 24-48 hours and I was already out. I call CVS and asked to have them transfer it, so I could at least get my pain back under control. I even notified my normal pharmacy of what was going to happen. After 4 hours I contacted CVS back, they had no idea what I was talking about and blamed a staff member who had left for the day. They then promised to have the transfer complete and prescription filled within one hour. 3 hours later I called my normal pharmacy, as they were about to close, no prescription transfer had been done for me! Upon calling CVS, now 7 hours after then initial transfer request, I was told they were too busy and it would be another hour! I told them to forget it since my pharmacy was now closed and I would rather deal with a competent pharmacy anyways. I was able to get my prescription the next morning from my normal pharmacy, after a long and painful night thanks to the blooming idiots CVS employs in their pharmacy. This is how many, many friends and families experiences go with this pharmacy and staff as well! Take it from me, find a different pharmacy, because it's a wonder they don't have any law suits against them, and it's only a matter of time before they seriously hurt someone! read more
