In September I was dispensed two separate doses of the same medication (overdosed) for a week before I realized what I had been dispensed,Parker's had filled my prescription using a retired doctor's prescription and an active doctor's prescription. In December I was dispensed miss labeled box of medication which set me up to overdose again, but I realized the error before administering. At which time I attempted to convey my concerns with the owner, but was kicked out of his establishment with Parker screaming at me to get out! before having the chance to get my concerns addressed. Double check your prescriptions for accuracy. If I had not discovered the mistakes myself. I would have never known just went to the doctor to try and figure out new symptoms. I learned that it's best to double check not to take it for granted that prescribed medication is in fact what the doctor prescribed. I gave only two stars for my experience with the drug store. First is a lack of communication that I received after I got my business established with them. After spelling my name a few times over the phone and again when I picked up my prescriptions. Honestly, I was floored to find out that my name was misspelled. It was corrected after I called. Not too long later I received a phone call asking if I wanted my prescription to be put back. I told the girl that I wasn't expecting a prescription and then informed her that no one informed me that I had a prescription ready. I told her that I would come pick it up. I arrived a couple of days later. I was having a very bad back day that I couldn't hardly walk which is still hard on a good day due to a back injury. There's no drive-thru (second reason) and I can't get my walker up the steps. I walked all the way to the back just to find out that the prescription wasn't going to be covered by my insurance for another two weeks. This is something that they could've called and told me to save me a trip, better yet, they could've told me when she first called about putting them back. Now, there's a back way into their store, there wasn't any parking available and so far, I've never seen any available whenever I've gone. They do have delivery for in town but since I've moved here, I rarely get out of the house. Running errands is the highlight of my day. I went ahead and switched pharmacies so that I could just drive through.
