Green for a 500 mile round-trip to pick up her wallet and her bag that she left at your store. Because she verified her identity over the phone and that it was her bag and you won't let her Dad, who is local, pick it up for her. If anything happens to her at the train station, on the train... During this trip at all, I will sue the F out of Walmart. This is absolutely ridiculous. I truly believe you're trying to steal her shit. read more

Showed up under meat markets ? ? Walmart probably has the best prices on meat but also (and prob because of) the worse meat market in the nearest four county's . Not worth the difference for sure !! read more

It's ashamed that the very first Walmart in Texas was this one and it's awful!! Lack of respect from those you talk to. A while back I started driving all the way to Gilmer to pick up my orders and I think it's time to start again. Online order is my main way to shop but the people packing the items in the car is causing me to have damaged items. When I call, people are very short and unapologetic. read more

Honestly this is our only shopping center in town. I call it the Mall of Mount Pleasant and Pittsburg. I wish the stores (Walmart) would take more pride in their employees by buying them all decent uniforms. Some people you know struggle already and can't afford to buy clothes. I think this would give me a better impression of the store. This super center is much better than the one in Gilmer. They have everything you could possibly need on a day to day basis. M read more

Pro-They have many options to choose from. Their clearance can get very low, I've bought items for under a 10¢. Some employees are kindly mannered. Some departments are well organized. The store usually smells clean. Con-Very seldom have I had an employee help me after I inquired about assistance. I call the store phone number often but no matter the time of day, it usually takes a very long time for someone to answer-if they do at all. Some departments are a bit cluttered, or not in the right spot (items above the wrong price labels). read more

I had a utility trailer tire blow out on I-30 this past weekend and stopped at this Walmart thinking it was the closest tire repair shop. I went to the shop and told the guys that I needed a trailer tire replaced. They told me to take off the tire and roll the tire into the shop (trailer was sitting right next to us). I told them I didn't have any tools to take off the tire. They told me there was nothing they could do to help. Fortunately, there was a reputable tire shop just down the street. They had me back on the road in 30 mins and got to sell 4 trailer tires. I would never go back to this store and its lazy employees. There are way better options out there, stay away from this place! read more

My wife and I are RVers and we get around to many smaller towns compared to the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex. We have found, on the average, the employees are WalMarts in the smaller towns are much more friendly and helpful. We've also found the stores are much cleaner than the urban stores. We've visited the Mount Pleasant WalMart twice now during our 8 day stay at Daingerfield State Park and have been very impressed at the cleanliness and the friendly attitude of the employees. Way to go Mount Pleasant WalMart! read more

Worst Walmart ever. Terrible service. They never answer the phones. Usually unclean, poorly stocked, and not enough checkers to handle the volume of shoppers. Tonight, we were forced to go to their Mt. Pleasant location for some badly needed items. After standing in line forever and going through the check-out process, we were told that our check and ID didn't match although it CLEARLY DOES. Not only does our information match, but it's also been the same for more than 20 years. We have shopped at Walmart, particularly this location for over 20 years, and never had this type of problem. Unfortunately, we walked out without the items, totally disgusted. read more

This Walmart is very large. We were in here twice and purchased fishing items and also some food supplies. They had four manned stations to pay, twice what we have in the much larger town of Bakersfield. The food we bought was fresh, and the fishing gear is good too. read more

Ok so I go to a lot of Walmart's this one is just nasty in the bathrooms they smell like crap Always under stocked out of stuff Please go to some other Walmart read more

Walmart USED to be a TRULY American institution, however, since Mr. Sam Walton passed, one has to wonder why they are not considered a monopoly like a lot of other companies. They have all but eliminated service employees, they employee more stockers, and expect customers to hunt down help when they have 1 employee working Toys, Sporting Goods, Automotive, and Housewares. Also, if I have 2 carts FULL of groceries and supplies, I expect a REAL LIVE PERSON and a conveyer belt to check me out and sack my purchases for the prices things are costing. I find it ironic that even though gas prices have fallen, grocery prices only rise and never drop in price (even though you know it doesn't cost as much to ship). I'd love to see other stores come in these towns and MAKE this company take their customers seriously again instead of just taking their cash! read more

The wal mart shopping app is a joke. I guess the wal mart app is closed by midnight as well as the store. I tried to agree to any thing just so I could check out so I wouldn't lose my healthy benefits for this month and going through all the dress of switching health insurance just to get 150.$ month of healthy food and over the counter medication, bad mistake. Now I can only shop at wal mart that I don't even live near and the app has done nothing but give me a migrane and thanks to app being so difficult I'm out of over the counter medication. Please don't fall for that healthy benefits and only shopping at wal mart and you are homebound and have shop on app because you are better off paying for otcs and keeping your current provider at least you don't have to go without. read more

It's Walmart. The Mt Pleasant store is more expensive than any other Walmart in the area. As much as 5 - 8 dollars a piece on women's shirts and pants. The selection is a good bit smaller than you would expect since they have such a monopoly in the area. I have had so much trouble with the veggies and their meat made me sick. When they stopped packaging their meat in the stores something changed. The pre packaged meat had something wrong with it. (Maybe pink slime). Haven't tried their meat in many years since it made me so sick. Couldn't even smell it cooking without getting very ill. Many friendly employees. Some not so friendly also. read more

I work at this location as an overnight stocker the managers are screw ups there expectations are way to high my adrenaline runs off of team work and they expect me to get my aisle zoned at 7am but this whole teamwork is a big lie the managers don't even send help when I'm struggling and they don't pay you for your overtime witch is illegal but they find ways around that buy sending you home early or coming in late so I left my aisle with a big fu read more

The store employees have given me a very hard time when I take in my service dog! I have to explain to them what and why do I need a service dog. The employees are not very helpful when I'm wheelchair bound disabled I can't reach a lot of items I need! Most of the time I'll just get tired of waiting a long time for help I'll ask a customer to help me out! Some employees are helpful and nice but they're only a small number of them! read more

Up until the Covid-19 pandemic began, Walmart has always been my favorite one-stop shop place. Nowadays I find myself on what seems to be a treasure hunt for bare essentials like toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, alcohol, and more. But these are some of the main items that I just have to get at whatever store I can find these items. I no longer have the option of going to the store at during the wee hours of the morning, and seeing less people. Most 24hr businesses have cut that time at least by half. Also if I'm shopping for clothing, there are no dressing rooms available to try on outfits as needed. Who wants to continue to buy clothing that cannot be fitted before purchase; and in most cases have become non-returnable. I have walked out of many businesses lately just because of this. I have two shirts that I purchased and are way too large, but I cannot return it. I hope all and any issues associated with Covid19 can return to normal, and everyone can return to a natural cultural environment. read more
