We had recently moved to Piedmont so I went in to order her second dose on 1.2.2021. She was due to get it on 1.7.2021. We were told by the pharmacist that they would have the injection WELL before the 7th. On the 7th my daughter went to get the injection and was told that she would have to come back because the pharmacist was not available. She went back a second time that day and this time was told that they did not have it. I called that day, the 7th, and was put on hold for well over 10 minutes with no answer. Apparently the tech in the pharmacy told her that they would call when it came in. Fast forward to today 1.13.2021, I call the pharmacy to check and see if the immunization was in yet, was told "no". Let my daughter know, and she informed me that Walgreens had called her on 1.11.2021 to let her know that the immunization was in and she could come in and get it. I then called to confirm this information, and was told "oh our mistake, we do have it". My daughter drove an hour from her college to get the injection, and was told "we don't have it, we have the wrong one". Never again will I shop at or get prescriptions from this pharmacy, I have no faith that they would even get the prescription correct.

On my recent trip I was looking for cough drops and asked the pharmacist where they were. She had a bit of an attitude but I get it especially with people filling up their meds, complaining about prices they can't control, and everything else. Overall a quick stop to get any essentials. Use the self checkout to avoid any further human interaction.

More often than not, they don't have my meds on hand...and this is ok. 4 or 5 of my last visits they ordered my meds. They assured me they would be in on a certain day. I call that morning (5 times in a row) and they say they are ready and will have then waiting for me to pick up in the front. NOPE. BIG NOPE -- They do not have my meds. They did not order them. Understanding that I have a life threatening cancer, just had a major 6 hour surgery and was hospitalized for 4 days and these meds a CRUCIAL to my well-being, I take off work, drive well over an hour, and all I get is, try us tomorrow, they should be in...Just terrible. Cold. Thoutless. Yuk, Gross, No Thank you. Courtesy can be tought and it's not difficult. The cold shoulder, and silence when they know they are wrong is defining. Find someone that can run the damn pharmacy efficiently and effectively.

They have a little bit of everything - jars of candies, children's toys, cards, and more. The milkshakes were worth the drive out! So delicious and sooo cheap! We all got a small milkshake for $3. Tons of flavors from fruity flavors to mint chocolate chip, cookie dough, cheesecake, peanut butter and so much more. I got the peanut butter and I ate it up so quick.

There's also an aisle for $1.25 items that are very useful and affordable greeting cards. If they don't have an item they will order it and it's ready the following day. The owner, Tommy, has such passion and love for and about his clients. I was in a bad cycling accident with severe head injury and was taking an array of meds. I was confused and scared and felt like I didn't know who to turn to for answers. Tommy sat down with me and went over every single medicine and helped me to understand what it was for and why I needed it. Not only that but he checked in with me days later to make sure I was retaining the information, fully understanding the depth of what a head trauma can mean for retaining information. He has hired a staff that totally reflects his commitment to service. When I walk in to the store ( the pharmacy carries a carefully selected line of different kinds of personal items) I always am greeted with warm smiles and cheery hellos.
