The staff is friendly overall. There are usually only one or two cashiers open, and most of the time you're directed to self-checkout. Items are usually well stocked, but since this is a smaller store, you may need to look around a bit for certain items or ask an employee for help. The store also has a Starbucks, a deli section, and additional departments, which is convenient when you're short on time.

Cat health and human health overlap in some prescriptions. It is about 2:30 on Saturday. Six people wait in line, I occupy a chair by the vaccination desk of my local WAG. Waiting for prescriptions called in 8 pm last night, sitting in the system since this morning, sitting in the system with one prescription tech filling orders, sitting in the system through lunch break, sitting in the system, I suppose until I appeared. I have met interesting people here since November. A new pharmacy tech, concerned about the complexities of her job. I told her about the time I had to memorize miles of ship's piping, thought I broke a pumpbfeeding the "valve nest" and got jokingly threatened with Leavenworth Prison. Don't worry kid, you'll learn. I met a grayed couple, so in love, so in friend, so helpful to eachother I was impressed. And of course, Energy Child, patiently herded by Mom as he. used the lane dividing walls for a personal gym. Super bright, super active. Great human potential. The complainers. curmudgeons and cranks stop by, floating a giant cartoon question mark over my head. Here's one now, expecting instant service, over from some valley city, in for work, feeling poorly. We all need moments of patience, smiles and geniality carry us far in life. I know, "Complainer" was once my middle name. Prescription drive up, one cashier, one tech. Busy. Plus a pharmacist for coaching. Everyone was so helpful and nice, I really appreciate it. Thank you. I've typically had a really pleasant experience at this Fry's location. The employees are usually…read morefriendly, helpful, and always make shopping here an easy experience. However, during my most recent visit, I had a bit of a frustrating experience at the meat department. I needed some specialty meat cuts and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for assistance. The employee who eventually helped me explained that he was working by himself and needed to finish some tasks before he could assist me. I completely understand that things can get busy and employees have responsibilities they need to complete, but I did notice there were other team members working nearby, so I was a little confused about why someone else couldn't step in to help. Once I was helped, the service was still friendly, and I appreciate the employees doing their best. I'm hoping this was just an unusually busy moment because my past experiences here have been positive. Hopefully, there can be a better system for assisting customers who are waiting, especially in departments where customers may need more personalized service. I'll definitely continue shopping here because, overall, this location has usually been great -- just hoping future visits have a smoother experience.

You cannot get anyone on the phone to fix the problem and it does not matter that I discontinued "auto reorder" in May, they are still reordering every 45 days when the prescription was written for every 90 days and even though the auto order was discontinued. Overall I'd say 5 for the company! I am a longtime Walgreens customer - best place to get my travel…read moresupplies & my photos. I'm always greeted with a friendly welcoming. The store is organised so that you know where everything is, you don't hafta guess. Pretty much the same formula for every Walgreens no matter what state I'm in. I love this location. But lately, the friendliness has turned too oft into grumpy and surly representatives. The tone I got when being asked a question, whilest sitting trying to create photos, was more like an accusation. I get it. They're tired of the local community looting & plundering to feed (for the most part) their addiction. I feel for the employees who have to deal with this constantly. But I had to remind them not to allow these people to bring them down. Be tough love firm. Sadly like photos, businesses such as Walgreens are quickly vanishing. I may find myself choosing their competitor for now, because their Photo Company has chosen a program which won't allow me to print any of my photos that aren't 4 years old or newer. And that's WRONG! That really pissed me off when I'm trying to preserve my family history.

Despite the crowd and the tech issues, she stayed calm, professional, and genuinely kind. I even stepped out and came back later to ease the pressure, and she was still pushing through with a great attitude. When the scanner continued to misbehave, she took the initiative to track down a coworker with a working one and got everything handled. Ester's persistence and customer service were outstanding, especially under pressure. She's the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Management should absolutely take note -- she deserves recognition.
