You cannot get anyone on the phone to fix the problem and it does not matter that I discontinued "auto reorder" in May, they are still reordering every 45 days when the prescription was written for every 90 days and even though the auto order was discontinued. I would like to give this pharmacy more stars but in all honesty I cannot. I talked to so many people trying to get my issues resolved plus after getting a headache I was told by a Humana rightsource pharmacist that he couldn't help me- what is a pharmacist supposed to do? Plus I have no idea what the correspondence this pharmacy sent me. After submitting painstaking documents I received a check for .19cents!!! I threw it in the garage. I long for the insurance carrier I had for the last several years. I'm giving two stars because the Go365 customer representative was courteous and explained issues efficiently. Humana pharmacy uses highly inflated drug prices to put customers in to their insurance coverage gap (donut hole). When I tried to refill my prescription for two inhalers while in coverage gap Humana quoted a price of $523 and if you walk in to any pharmacy in the Midwest without insurance it would cost you no more than $120,Humana is blatantly ripping off customers that have have Humana drug insurance. read more

If I could rate a negative star, I would. I mailed in 4 separate prescriptions. Prescription 1 - they sat on for almost 3 weeks, didn't E-mail or call me to advise me there was a problem. THEN - they sent me a letter by mail. They questioned the prescription, because my doctor wrote the prescription for two 150mg tablets versus three 100mg tablets per day - same total dosage per day. Prescription 2 and 3 were held up for 3 weeks (and still haven't been processed). There reason was they were waiting for medicine to arrive for Prescription 4 before mailing. I'm going out of town in less than 2 weeks, and the probability of Right Source making sure I receive these prescriptions prior to that time is low. To compound the problem, two of the four prescriptions are controlled substances. Therefore, I can't get a fill-in prescription from the doctor to tide me over until I return home from my trip. Humana has been helping me thus I am on the verge of gratefulness but find so many things that have transpired so distasteful, it hard to appreciate the wonderful things they do for me in the face of such incompetence and adversity. Let me cite this Pill Section as an example of a serious problem I have. Here they provided me 7 prescription FOR FREE and I was forced to cancel the order based upon their negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose and for lack of a better description, incompetence. First, please know I provided AAA Judicial Services for 17 years thus I have taken an oath of Office and ask you accept this article for the truthfulness and insight it provides. I get no benefit and as stated, the medicine was free thus there must be some legitimate reason that in dealing with these people it had to be returned knowing it must be purchased at the local pharmacy. As a Trier-of-fact, I find it objectionable when people fail to disclose material facts and misrepresent pertinent issue. That behavior is often distasteful. I am sorry to say that 45 years ago a hospital paid a heroin addict for blood they then used when giving me a transfusion. I was in a motorcycle accident, in a coma, and 45 years later I was told I'm a dead man. They caused me to have a blood Disease, get STAGE 4 Liver Cirrhosis, they removed my thyroid leading to a hormone imbalance, put me through radiation, gave me diabetes, 3 heart surgeries; a lot of stuff. I'm at/about $3 Million keeping me alive. One of my problems is that the doctors have me taking about 750 pills a month including Opioids and pain meds every 2 hours. So these people send me less than a hundred pills in bottles that hold 1,000 pills and I cannot fit them in the bedroom pharmacy. How stupid is that? I must very carefully store medicine and keep accurate records and I cannot do that when they send a few pills in huge bottles to save themselves a few penny's. If they send it all in one large size and buy those in volume, they literally save a cent or two irrespective of the fact the packaging is unsuitable for the product being provided. The large bottle cannot be stored in the drawer set up as the pharmacy-supply, in the location where the records are kept and made when every single pill is taken. One cannot empty a labeled jar and throw unidentifiable pills in something when there are so many different kinds of pills; it's not like I am only taking 5 and could probably remember which pills are which. More importantly, some are deadly and a person often refers to the specifications so as to know how many, when, times, all that. Now these people are allegedly professionals, they are licensed, they should know better and appreciate they are not at liberty to cause such havoc in order to see Humana make a one or two cents at the expense of its' Insureds. Counsel would argue things like "Detrimental Reliance" or perhaps even breach of the covenants of good faith and fair dealing which in our our simple world means doing things in "BAD FAITH". Yes, something as simple as the size of a bottle when sending you pills free of cost. They send it fee of costs as that too actually results in a savings for them after paying out benefits under the policy to which its Insureds are legally entitled. You just do not know what they are doing, and why they are doing it. And when for arguendo they suggest it is in the consumers best interest as it lowers your policy cost, what it's really called is Fee Erosion when a Carrier can increase its profitability and fails to do so. That's right people, FEE EROSION. And if they do this with a pill bottle, take a minute and think about what is really going in this business. I am also a Texas Licensed, bonded Public Insurance Adjuster so I ONLY represented the public at large, never the insurance company's. I would like to offer you things I have seen are a real eye opener that would be shocking to most of you. They often hurt people in ways you cannot imagine. Most people would be elated where I came in and said I negotiated 2 or 3 times more than what their insurance company offered to pay them. My personal best you ask? Snail pace on renewal of prescriptions. Had a prescription that had already been approved by their pharmacy and still had to have it re-reviewed. What kind of stupidity is this. Funny thing. When I complained enough and wanted the issue escalated. Magically the next day it was shipped. Go figure. Only reason I stay is most of my meds don't cost anything. I have wasted so many hours dealing with this operation - their non-functional website, obtuse messages about why your prescription could not be filled, reps who don't speak understandable English, etc. Came to a head today when I spent almost two hours attempting to find out why I had been sent a prescription I had not ordered. (It was their recommended substitute, despite the fact that it was making me sick, and my doctor had gotten approval for the original drug.) What's even worse, they had deleted the drug I needed from my drug list, and reinstituted their preferred alternative. I called 10 days ago to refill a prescription. It took forever to get the Rx processed so I was told I'd get a call back. That was 9/6. On 9/10 I got a voicemail saying my Rx had been sent. Ok, I thought, that's good. Well, they sent the wrong Rx. I called back on Friday, 9/13, to get this sorted out and their entire system was down. I was told they'd call me back. No thanks, I said, I'll call back myself. Well I called back today and the system was still down. Now I'm out of a Rx and seriously annoyed. Sept 3, called to refill RX, Sept 13 called to check on status, told IT IS IN THE MAIL..called Sept 14, 15, 16..same answer! Spent a total of "3 HOURS" with numerous CSRs. Called my doc for a refill (per their request) local pharmacy was told by insurance it was too soon to refill (due to the RX in the "LOST" mail!) THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN WORSE THAN THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION, which is also bad. They can never just answer a question, expect their website to be inefficient and down a lot of the time. Phone customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The people who work there don't care. Be prepared to pend a good 30-45 minutes on hold just to check the status of items ordered either by phone or on-line at their site. My mother who is 90+ wouldn't be able to negotiate their B.S. system. I hate dealing with them. Every time her doctors order a drug that they dont want to supply, we have to write letters, numerous letter in which they tell her to try alternate medicines, meds that she has been given that didn't work. Finally we get denied again. Then more letters, months later we get approval. It is an exhausting process. No one on earth should have to get the DELAYS and lack of service that RightssourceRx/Humana gives it participants. If you complain about how long it is taking as you are repeatedly put on hold, they get really rude. The say it is all being recorded, I WONDER IF ANYONE EVERY LISTENS TO THEIR RECORDINGS??? Unfortunately Rightsource is part of a huge insurance conglomeration with glitzy brochures and snappy patient ads. It's about marketing, not healthcare, not true patient care. Rightsource lost my prescription and agreed to contact my doctor to get a new one. It never happened. The medication is one where you can't stop it without gradual withdrawal and it was a bad experience. If you're considering Humana or Rightsource, please check for other insurance options. read more

This mail order pharmacy pulls the old "bait & switch." They called me to ask if I had any other medicines I use. I told them yes but did not need any for 6 months. Without my authorization, they sent me $130 of these meds and refused to admit their error (they record all phone calls) or take back these meds. Be careful. Do business elsewhere. read more

I switched to Humana this year to because their Medicare Rx program, using RightSource mail order pharmacy would save me over $700 compared to other companies. It has been a nightmare dealing with them: I mailed 10 prescriptions in Jan 3. They showed up on the website with an order date of Jan 7. It is now Jan 30 and I am still waiting. I have called at least 12 times and each time it is another excuse followed with a promise followed with nothing. I am stuck with them for a year because of the Medicare regulations. Maybe things will smooth out. Recommendation: send in one prescription at a time. They don't split orders so if something requires prior authorization or they don't like the way the doctor has written out the dosage instructions, the entire order is held up. If you never want to talk to a real person, this is the place for you! One receives a rush of voice mail notices and reminders and there is little chance you can connect with someone who is alive. I did get through once with email and was told that I needed to contact someone else within the company. I emailed back that, instead, have them call me. Fat Chance! In that instance, I was trying to find information on generic Lipitor at a time when the patent was running out. One would hope that they would take the initiative and contact their clients but such was not the case. I now use a nice local pharmacy who seems to think of me as a real person. Good prices and rapid delivery when your order flows neatly into and out of their system. But if there is an issue, you can wind up in in all sorts of aggravating loops that will truly raise your blood pressure. In my case, when it came time to renew my prescription, I went back and forth and back and forth trying to get my doctor's renewal to them. The service kept telling me to to call the doctor to get him to fax my renewal. The Doctor's office did just that, but Right source said it was the wrong kind of fax....and on and on and on. They don't reliably advise customers if there is a problem filling a prescription. The worst is that when I have confronted them with their mistakes, carelessness and incompetence, their customer service agents have been known to LIE. Don't use them. Dr. office said they never receive anything from them. - got multiple charges on creditcards, Customer Services Manager, billing department said they can't look up previous charges, we have to fax them the credit card statement - if you trust them to look at your cc cards info/statements, then after faxing this statement to a general customer service fax, it'll take them 3 months to investigate and decide to refund or require more statements from you. - drugs price going up in July - don't know if it is normal for Medicare part d. I have to say that over the last 2 or so years, things seem to have changed quite a bit. I take quite a few medications, including 2 insulins, about 10+ different pills/capsules, and prescription fluoride. The insulins, fluoride and all short term medications- I get refilled at a local pharmacy. All maintenance medications I get from Rightsource. There is no problems or issues with the delivery as long as my one doctors send the prescriptions right to Rightsource promptly. My docs are now familiar with Rightsource, and I can assume vice versa, and there is almost never any problem with my medications or their delivery to my home. It occasionally took more than the 7 - 10 days, even on up to 2 weeks or more to receive my meds, but I should say that this delay is the exception rather than the norm. It took me a while of calling to ensure their proper receipt of the prescriptions from the doctors to "establish". In the past, I have had an issue with making sure that Rightsource had received my scripts from the doctor. I have been told that either the doctor did not send them, that they would "look into it" and to call them back in an hour only to be told (by their service) to call during "regular hours" to talk to someone, or that the doctor's office HAD sent the scripts but not to the right place (since when do items faxed to a specific location's fax number "not always go to the right place"???!!!!!!!!). Due to what I would LIKE to think are better business practices, I currently no longer seem to be having any kind of difficulties, aside from what I will call "mildly sluggish" shipping. However, my orders/refills currently always have the entire order included as expected. As a P.S. (post-script), they seemed to be having a problem with my declining a review of my medication profile. They kept calling and calling about doing one. My insurance said it was not mandatory, so I turned it down. I do not need to review medications that I have been on for almost decades. read more

Like many modern businesses, Humana Pharmacy has a system that it is labled custumer service but it does not provide custumer service. Initially you will to a scripted CSR who is not a pharmacy tech and certainly not a pharmacist. If you are in a kind of unusual situation don't expect any help. Of course you have the typical menu with "if you speak Spanish", etc. Strangely, one item on the menu is "Do you want to speak to pharmicist?", but just try to speak to one -- the whole system is crafted to prevent you from speaking to a pharmicist. read more

Run. Run fast and run far. Stay away from Humana pharmacy and their insurance plan. Their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Their website is an absolute disaster. If you chat online or speak with them on the phone they will almost always claim you need to speak with a specialist and give you an 800 number to call. Don't be surprised when that 800 number is not in service. And don't base your prescription insurance choice on what they charged you last year. My copay, for very common generic drugs, went from zero to $125 a month with no warning. I pissed away over half a day trying to get prices on two different eye drops for upcoming cataract surgery. When I finally got their price it was a grand total of $10 less (out of $450) that Walmart's over the counter price. Sure not worth the hassle. Right Source Customer website and customer phone service are grossly incompetent. Customer service including many of those at Supervisor level give out wrong information and are unable to accomplish what they promise. The Right Source website is equally dysfunctional often providing conflicting information on MY account during the same site visit. The irony indicative of Right Source's overall incompetency is that the customer service person cannot see the same info on their screen that I see on my screen. In the last 2 years I have spent between 1 & 3 hours averaging 2 hours every three months that I have tried to order prescription refills. Please know that I have consciously used FEW adverbs or adjectives because none individually nor any collectively are capable of adequately describing its overall incompetency. read more

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to do business with. I've had an order for $25 they refused to ship without pre-paying because they said that was over my credit limit. They have lied and told me an order shipped and when I called two weeks later it was still there. Now they are telling me I owe $267 when I owe nothing. I have been told I actually have a $184 credit, but they still charged my card for a recent prescription. (They said that they are having problems with the financial side of their web site.) They can charge your card immediately, but it takes 10 - 14 days to get a credit. Why can't I use Walgreens or Walmart when they offer an extra discount for a 90 day prescription. Oh, then there is the 5 or 6 pill Cialis prescription I've had filled at Walgreens that Right Source said they could fill for $2,000. I don't think so. read more
