Not being able to walk or anything, I knew I had to rent her a wheelchair for doctor appts and going to the toy store. To my surprise, this pharmacy near me offers wheelchair rentals as well as other medical & mobility supplies and equipment. I called ahead of time to inquire about the companion chair vs. the lightweight wheelchair. When I arrived, both wheelchair were brought out to me and all the staff there were so friendly & nice. Michael especially, the one who explained and showed me how to use a wheelchair bc I'm completely clueless was extremely helpful. I opted for the companion one and couldn't be happier. It's very lightweight and fits perfectly in my trunk. It's going to be my daughter's best friend for the next 3 months or so until she heals & can walk again. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all your healthcare needs!

It's always the same 2 people working every-time I go & it never fails. Also, they seem to be very rude as if you're bothering them. I wish I was being dramatic when I say every time I come here there's an issue. I have even tried calling before hand to find out if it's ready & thank god I did because they don't even call you to let you know if your prescription is out of stock. Oh & if your prescription is in stock DONT hope to get any kind of instructions or a syringe if your prescription requires it because they "never have".

I'm glad they had it, but the wait time was quite long when dealing with sick children. The one pharmacist obviously can not handle all the prescriptions that goes there. Every month it takes them at least 2 -4 days to fill my prescriptions. Now not is OnPoint Roslyn having difficulty getting a different med in stock, they keep saying they will deliver on a specific day and do not follow through, and then I am the one who has to make a phone call to follow up. I just called to cancel my order, explained patiently all the problems I have had, and not a mutter of an apology. DONE with OnPoint. (Also: note that all but one of the good reviews on Yelp are prior to when OnPoint took over in September of 2022.) Don't mess with people's health.

It helps when Yuri is there to answer all your questions for any need. He is exceedingly helpful and will go above and beyond. The aisle are spaced apart and easy to move around in the store. It's not cluttered but there are a variety of pharmacy items available. There are other items that are not medicine related available. I highly recommend this place with filling of subscriptions or pharmacy needs. This is the next best thing to CVS but on a personal level to it. The place is Village Square Pharmacy

This has got to be the worst Petri dish of all drug store I have been in. Everyone stands in one long line between two aisles sick and some coughing waiting to pick up a prescription. Over and over I let my best friend send me here for his meds and now I'm getting sick! Last time I tried standing to the side waiting while keeping my eye on my spot - but some person rushed in to my area coughing - wtf. When time to ring up the prescription they repeatedly demand you touch the same keypad answer multiple questions. Normally you'd want to just tap the card reader and not go near the keypad - but they need confirmation - so urge you to keep touching the same gem filled key pad every sick person had all day. No sanitizer next to it!! Plus air felt heavy. Yea Gross gross and grosser still . Knew I was going to pick ups something from this last run - so mad I didn't insist he use another store not so crowded. They are so busy they won't care- but this would be the right place to do curbside pick up.
