The only plus to this store is that its open 24/7. I only fill my prescriptions here if its a dire emergency. They have messed up my prescription more than once. One time they gave me another patients prescription, I opened the bag and thought to myself, this doesn't look like an anti-biotic. I then read the label and realized it was for a Carol not Cheryl, however we didn't have similar last names, both started with F, but not really close at all. I went back and the clerk was kind of rude to me. I have since stopped shopping here unless I absolutely have to because of the self check out. I would say if you are checking out with 5 items, only 1 will scan correctly and the self checkout overseer will pop her gum, sigh at you and roll her eyes when you ask for help. The prices have only increased in this store, I mean if you are making me do the job of the cashier, shouldn't I get a discount?? I'm so happy that walgreens opened, they are a much better place overall, and for the same price they ring me up. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have never had any issues with the staff other than long wait times. However, I recently encountered a problem with an employee named EMILY MORALES at the drive thru window. She was rude and appeared to be having a bad day, which seemed to affect how she treated customers. Her behavior was unprofessional. Based on this experience, I do not feel she is suited for a customer facing role. I will be filing a complaint with corporate headquarters. read more

This location isn't my favorite but the staff is always super friendly. As soon as you walk in you're greeted and if you run into trouble at the self check out their there to help you ASAP. And theres always a good sale. I got Gatorade $2 for 5 and candy bar 2 for $2.25 read more

Their are systemic problems with CVS and this store. 1) called to tranfer a prescription from NYC to Ossining. Would not allow me to do on-line, called the local store, they were able to do the transfers and indicated that it would be ready for pick-up after 2PM, 2 of 3 scripts were not ready because they did not have. Staff indicated that it would be in the following week. Asked why they said it would be ready after 2PM, staff checks stock during "production". 2) phone calls are not a priority, both times I was standing there, phone was ringing and nobody picked-up. Called back after visit, experienced same. 3) somehow (2) profiles were established for me. Asked if they could be combined. refered from pick-up window to drop-off window and after giving them the info, indicated it was done. IT WAS NOT. Another call to the store. 24hr store hours is good, but need to perform when they are there. In search of a better pharmacy. read more

Drive thru pharmacy has been closed for over a year. Dirty, disgusting store that has a long wait for everything prescription-wise. Many non-English speakers standing in the pickup line making the line longer every time I am here who are not here to pickup, no matter what time of day or night you go. Aug 2023, I went into buy a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide, their shelves are EMPTY. Then I wanted Mouthwash, and they only had a few bottles left on the shelf. I walk around the whole store and couldn't believe my eyes that most of the shelves were empty and not fully stocked. Honestly, what is going on with this CVS store, are they closing it down. I ended up going to Stop and Shop, in the same location. They were fully stocked with what I needed, and their prices were great. They even had lots of items on sale in the Drug and Beauty isles. If I were you, don't bother stopping in CVS, just drive in the back to STOP and SHOP, the whole store is clean, wide isles and FULLY STOCKED. I haven't done a yelp review in so long - but this is how irritated I am. I scheduled a COVID PCR test online. It says drive through is recommended but not required. Because I am here for work and without a car, I went inside. The pharmacist (I assume that's who they were because they were the only one wearing a white lab coat) said I could not get a COVID test without a car. I asked what they did for people needing tests but didn't own a car? Pharmacist said they don't get COVID tested. I asked if they could ask someone else to help them figure this out, and a tech came up and offered to test me. I could hear the pharmacist in the back bad mouthing me to other techs. I moved from the consultation window to the register and told her I could hear her speaking about me. She repeated people without cars can't get COVID tests. The tech told me to walk outside to the drive through for the test and to drop the sample in the box. I walked around and was greeted at the window by the pharmacist who blocked the tech and said I would not be given a COVID test. I went back inside because I needed some Benadryl and bug spray, and was followed around by a CVS employee the entire time. ironically, when it came time to pay for my items, everyone disappeared. I have used CVS pharmacy for well over a decade, and myself and my staff use CVS for COVID PCR testing. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I'm willing to deal with long lines or items being out of stock, but not willing to put up with a pharmacist on a power trip. I'm appreciative of the tech for at least trying. read more

They told me "No we dont sell that brand here" I knew they were lying because I seen it when I went last week. I go there this morning. Big ass box sitting there! It's unreal how CVS and the workers expect their customers to check themselves out...I'm next on line and the cashier just walks away without saying anything. Unless I'm receiving a paycheck and benefits from CVS I expect to be checked out by a company worker. read more

When my wife was experiencing pre-labor contractions with our first son they sent us home with a pain prescription I tried to fill here. There was a long line of irate people, and after returning a few times in 4 hours I gave up and went elsewhere. Fine for aspirin, a box of chocolates or school supplies but I have no confidence in their pharmaceutical service, which is kind of bad for a pharmacy. read more

Had a COVID test. Arrived 20 minutes early and got to the window 45 minutes late. Test was fine. Then no results day after day. Called the hotline and waited on hold an hour and 40 minutes. Then got no meaningful answer. Finally got results 13 days after the test. Total waste. The blame lies indirectly with Quest and directly with the Trump administration. read more

I hate coming here. I agree with what others have said, the only good thing about this pharmacy is the fact that it's open 24/7. Aside from that, expect long lines and at least a 20 minute wait, even when they've called you to tell you your RX is ready to pick up. It's not the fault of the cashiers or the pharmacy techs, it's just poor management, communication and customer service training. The self checkout lines up front are no help, either. The machines don't work / scan right half the time, and more often than not, you need to get someone to help you with that anyway- so what good does that do? I went here today and I regretted it almost immediately. I hate myself every time I go in here. I should have trekked across town to Prescriptions Plus where they are so lovely to their customers. The CVS staff make it seem like you are in their way (they must get their training at Stop & Shop). I was trying - HARD - to select a shampoo and they were obviously redoing the aisle. One guy offered to get things out of my way but he pushed it down where I hadn't looked yet. The other woman just ignored me. There was NO WAY to find a shampoo and I was going to purchase one of the higher end ones. Then there was an 'attendant' at the self-help who looked bored to death, again like the customers were annoying her. Next time I will take the time and go to Prescriptions Plus and patronize a store that acts like they like their customers. CVS is too big for its own good. read more
