Used this Pharmacy for just over 2 years. I will be moving forward with a second formal complaint, with corporate offices. Both Pharmacists are beyond rude. They lie to your face, then yell at you in front of other customers, call you a liar, they clearly forget they work for a large company. When I asked why it took 5 weeks to get my prescription, and when it finally came in, then insurance declined it. I was told that is how it is done, Jay (lead pharmacist) says "are you asking us to commit insurance fraud". WTF? I was asking why I waited 5 weeks, and to be declined and my prescription delayed, I could have resolved the issue during the 5 week delay in filling my prescription. The decline was resolved, it was a simple dosage issue, that was resolved when I contacted my insurance. I have no idea the steps of ordering my prescriptions, and then insurance paying. Btw, due to their incompetence, was the reason it was declined. Jay then says that he never filled a prescription I got in 01/24, I took the box in and showed him that they did fill it. Instead of apologizing, he chooses to continue to yell and make offensive comments. He Lied about what another employee told me, I spoke with the employee, he was no where around, but he knows what was said. I was told I would be contacted when a different prescription had arrived, I get a text CVS cancelled the order, I called and was told it was not cancelled, when it arrived I would be notified. If you want a caring pharmacist, professional service, and a good experience, please find a different location. CVS is not the problem, as usual bad employees destroy a company. When I did the review, their score was 3, guess I am not the only one with issues here. I will be contacting the regional manager Ross, and follow through with holding people accountable. read more
