We have have had the opportunity to get to know Kristen and Sandra as well as the male pharmacist (I am forgetting his name) intimately. Each of them warm hearted, empathetic, patient and understanding. HOLLY, on the other hand - aggressive when speaking, interrupts, says she will hang up. While I was extremely frustrated closer to the end of the conversation, it was warranted as I listened to her explanation of the process, I had CLEARLY ASKED if she could then listen to my question and concerns without being interrupted. She continued to interrupt me. Then spoke assertively which then spun me into raising my voice. She threatened to hang up on me. In fact put me on speakerphone, using her associate's names against me. Horrible. I am left with disappointment and disgust. Horrible bedside manner. ***IF we did not need to change pharmacies due to insurance reasons, I can ASSURE CVS that I would be moving pharmacies regrettable IMMEDIATELY. My kids were always sick when they were little and I really appreciated the quick home delivery back then. They are always courteous even when very busy. Now I take my grandchildren there. I'd like to mention…read morebefore I start this off that i'm autistic and have a lot of anxiety when having to talk to people. Same as the other replies that dealt with a "rude" lady. I called to ask about a script I ordered online that gets ordered to CVS, since I was having an issue with the online service. She was very short and impatient with me as soon as she picked up, not even letting me explain why I called. Immediately getting the sort of vibe of her personality, I started giving flat replies because why am I going to keep be nice to someone who isn't being respectful to me? So then, she ended up having to ask me why I called, so she wasted both our time shutting me up in the start by not letting me initially explain why I called! Towards the end of my call, she literally told me in a hostile/annoyed tone after finally explaining why I called. "This isn't our problem, there is no script for you go to the person you called" Oh yeah, she also kept asking me over and over again the name of the company I ordered through (Wisp). I didn't get annoyed at her for repetitively asking me, yet she had 0 patience for me. I told her right before I hung up (in now a more hostile tone) "you don't have to be so rude to me. I was just calling to see if there was a chance this script got filled or not, goodbye." Just gave her back a nice dose of the tone she gave me. I cried after I hung up because this stressed me out. I somehow managed to stay strong and not cry when she picked up the phone initially. I think the power of the pain my UTI is giving me right now gave me a thicker skin I normally don't have. I was literally just checking to see if by chance there was still a script so I wouldn't have to get driven all the way to the pharmacy. I hope more people address this person. I've also gotten an impatient /standoffish man in the past, not as rude but still, why? Please stop hiring rude people CVS, especially for people that have special needs. While my autism isn't high functioning, we need people who are patient to deal with those who are higher functioning or have any sort of special needs. It's disgusting to treat people this way.
