AVOID AT ALL COSTS (otherwise it will cost you!) We have used this pharmacy for about a year now and each time we do I think "that has to be a one off time" and each time I regret it. The drive thru pharmacy is lowest priority. I imagine they make sure the store is swept, mopped and dusted before they address anyone in the drive thru. During one visit, I was the first and only car. I waited. And I waited. And I honked the horn and waited some more. At this point I got so frustrated I called the 800 number, and filed a complaint. All while still waiting. Most recently, I brought in a paper prescription for eye drops. The pharmacy "auto-corrected" the prescription for ear drops and charged me $30 (vs the normal $6). I spoke with a manager and she stated there was "nothing she could do but ya know..." (Quoting here.) I responded, "no, I don't know please explain." Overall just a nightmare. I think it's time to stop making excuses for this poorly ran establishment and move our prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. My mother had surgery and walmart called to see if cvs has an antibiotic that our walmart was out of. Cvs did have it. The pharmacist (shelby) lied and said no one had called and then came back to the phone and said they did call and they did have it, but they are closing in 4 minutes so no they won't fill it. Yesterday morning my husband and I had a doctor's appointment. I fill my scripts at Giant Eagle and he fills at CVS. My script was done by the time we arrived at home which was 11:00 am. I called CVS at 7:55pm because I still didn't hear from them and the pharmacist said it's not done, it won't be done until tomorrow because he had been backed up all day. I couldn't believe it!!! I will never fill another script at this pharmacy again. If it has to be CVS, I will go to Targets CVS, I hear they are much more qualified to handle the overload. He wasn't even apologetic. Just "Nope, not gonna happen today!!" My husband needed that steroid, he needed it terribly!! I hate how these pharmacies hold our lives in their hands. ZERO STARS read more

This is a review on CVS Minute Clinic. The YELP search only shows this as a Pharmacy, but it is has a Minute Clinic as well. I have been to this MinuteClinic about 5 times already, for sports physicals and my kids illness. My current doctor (who is totally awesome) is pretty far and I was pretty sick, so I just did not feel up to the drive, That is why I ran up to the Northfield CVS Minute Clinic. The wait was not long considering I was 4th in line, but I took that opportunity to shop around. Once my turn was up, the exam was thorough and the Nurse Practitioner was very nice and she remembered me and my kids. Once I was finished with my exam, she emailed my prescription and it was waiting for me five feet away at the pharmacy, I just picked it up and went home. If your wondering, the MinuteClinic took my insurance too. I just sent my niece up there as well. This is just a convenience and when your sick, you can just walk in during their hours, no appointment necessary.. Now here is the most interesting part, the Nurse Practitioner , Lauren, called me three days later to see how I was doing.. Great Convenience and you feel really cared for! read more

I like CVS in general and they have great promotions and coupons. This location is fairly typical, but it's hard to find since it's off the main intersection. Their customer service is not exactly welcoming. Also, their main window is very very dirty. read more

To all who are pioneer employee, manager & pharmacist in CVS, beware to one of a girl with the initial name A.H. who came from RiteAid, I heard that she was now in CVS...if she's one of your superior you need to have extra careful with her because her motto into herself is "Save herself first before you". Lot's of pharmacist & pharmacy manager including store manager, employee who are already pioneer in the RiteAid Pharmacy are now gone because she fired them. Her technique is to save her foot 1st before you! So that's why she need to fire any of you particularly those who are already pioneer in the company under her jurisdiction. That girl doesn't know anything in her job what she knows is to fired anyone of you! The reason why she left RiteAid it because she smells that the RiteAid corporate office will going to fire her, so in able for her to be in a good reputation, she need to file a resignation, but deep inside she knows nothing in her job! This is a review about the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy here primarily due to proximity to my home and because my insurance incentivizes use of a CVS to reduce cost. On several occasions the pharmacy has made errors which required a substantial amount of my time in order to either correct or to wait for them to correct. On none of these occasions did the staff pharmacist come off as anything other than condescending. I understand it's a pharmacy and the philosphy probably doesn't exactly center around "patient experience" considering the demand that drives their business will always be there, and for the most part people will just go to what's closest, but the staff pharmacists there really seem to take that to heart. So, go ahead and go there, the staff in general is friendly or at least ok but if you have an issue and/or have to talk to the pharmacists, don't expect much sympathy or really anything other than a defense of their actions (versus consideration of your needs or experience). There's another CVS about 10 minutes away in Twinsburg that is much better, incidentally. read more
