LOCATION -- This Walmart is located right across from the shopping centre called "North Olmsted Towne Center" which has Target, David's Bridal, Party City, and other shops. I hardly visit Walmart because in the past, at other locations, it is always hectic there with long lines and customers complaining. My experience at this location though was smooth and calm. Maybe I came early in the day when less people were here (I can't remember) but I had a no-hassle experience. He could give me my $20 back; or I could try to get $30 from lottery. I think the store manager should have given me the $30 and he should have discussed with lottery representatives about the problem that was encountered at the lottery machine in his store. The burden should not have been placed on me to contact the lottery. The store manager handled this situation poorly and is an extremely poor representative of Discount Drug Mart
