Absolute garbage pharmacy. The automated service to refill a prescription is cumbersome and not user friendly. Pharmacy staff are rude and entitled Gen Z'ers. Closing the pharmacy for an inordinate amount of time during "lunch" as well. My MD has even suggested switching pharmacies as they're unreasonable. I wish I could could only give zero stars. read more

This is quite possibly one of the worst CVS pharmacies I've ever had the experience of dealing with. From the sitting there waiting 30 minutes for over-the-counter calcium/vitamin D pills for my just post-op cancer stricken wife (just tell me it's OTC, don't waste my time!), to the bungled appointment for my 6 year olds flu shot (they let us schedule there, then when we go said he needs to be 7, then ends up this location was wrong and we had to go to another CVS location in a different city for them to tell us this), I don't know if this location is just under-staffed (probably, it always seems busy) or mismanaged, but I hate it here. If my benefits weren't through Caremark, I'd go somewhere else. read more

CVS should be ashamed of itself. They have always used the same germ-infested pencil and clipboard for each sick person to pass onto the next. But that's how they make their money. From sick people. And that's part of the problem. A sick person with Covid is coughing and sneezing while waiting in line at the drive-thru for their meds. Then they take the clipboard and filthy pen to infect and pass on to the next person to get infected. All the CVS's perform this practice to my knowledge. It's disgusting. read more

I stopped in while traveling for work - to restock on a couple of toiletry items I had run out of - and to pick up some cold bottled V-8 juice and water to throw into the mini-fridge at my hotel. I recently moved to Berea and had a Livalo (Tier 4) prescription transferred from another CVS pharmacy. My co pay is $95.00 for #30 tablets. Has been for the entire time I have been prescribed this medication. Due to a side effect intolerance I self administer 1/2 tab daily on the advice of my primary physician. Berea CVS pharmacists have elected to charge me $95.00 for #15 tablets as they are able to at "their discretion". They refused to refund me $45.00 or provide me with the remaining #15 tablets to which I am entitled. If any pharmacist can act at their own discretion without fear of consequences, with no concern for senior citizens and their fixed incomes, then I pray their karma will not prevail. On principle I will never set foot in a CVS pharmacy again. I have registered with the Cleveland Clinic pharmacy, where the pharmacists and staff act with integrity, and display courtesy and kindness to all customers. read more

This is my local pharmacy and I use it weekly. The convenience of it being open 24 hours is incredible, whether I've needed meds or some convenience items. Once I stopped in because I was out of hair product and had an interview I was on the way to, I also had to use the restroom-the employee let me use their private bathroom and wished me luck in my interview. The pharmacy does it's best for being absolutely swamped. They would get a 5 if they answered their phone more consistently but seriously, if you go inside and watch the sheer volume of prescriptions they're filling with minimum staff, we should be impressed and thankful for all they do. read more

So this is disappointing I had 2 prescriptions filled and requested they be sent to me. I was in to this location about 2 weeks ago to pick up my epilepsy medication it was not ready I asked Paul the assistant pharmacist or whatever his job title was to please mail it to me. Np he created an account for me from a automated text from CVS so great I got my pills in a couple of days. I checked my account and it said I had 2 prescriptions ready for pick up.I don't drive due to epilepsy. So I called and asked that they be mailed to me. I was told sure np. Didn't get them in a few days and was told they were delivered I asked where and they have me a address from 2008 in a different city so I asked how and was told I had 2 accounts I told them I do not live at the other address and was told they'd figure it out and get back to me. They got back to me telling me I told them to use the wrong address and was recorded and on video. I said just send me my medicine and was told no because I supposedly told them to send it to a address I didn't live at I asked for a refund and was told no because it was delivered to the wrong address and The USPS confirmed it as delivered . So I called the corporate office because they already did and this stupid stuff was there answer and basically call someone else ad f*** off who I spoke with didn't care. I said I would call corporate office and closed with 2 choice words You can probably guess the words.needless to say not good customer service. read more

THIS CVS is ok. The inside is clean. If the line gets too long, they always call an extra cashier to help out. The pharmacist has always been nice. Did I mention this is a 24 Hr. CVS. While normally I don't need 24 Hrs. it has been helpful in a pinch when I was really sick & needed my meds. My one complaint is the parking lot. Not only do you have to watch out for the yahoos that drive in it, you have to watch out for the crater-sized potholes in the parking lot! It's kind of like parking-lot dodge ball. You are avoiding other drivers, pedestrians, and huge holes in which your car may get lost. read more

This pharmacy is a TOTAL disgrace. No one is on the same page and there is ZERO accountability. I have been blatantly lied to and misinformed by NUMEROUS staff at this pharmacy. I have been given the WRONG quantity of a class II controlled substance by this pharmacy. I have been given the WRONG generic medication by this pharmacy. All of the incidences are unacceptable, unsafe, and cause undue waste of time. Simply because this is a 'busy' pharmacy, or understaffed, does not negate the health care professionals within it to act as ANYTHING LESS than actual health care professionals who took an oath and obtained licensure. Whose patients well-being is directly impacted by their words and actions. It is shameful to see the lack of regard on such a consistent basis. After being a loyal customer for 4+ years I will no longer be returning to this cvs pharmacy. It feels disrespectful to be treated so poorly for simply trying to fill ROUTINE scripts. I have 2 chronic health conditions which require medication I MUST take to prevent me from going into a coma. I was a customer there for years with no problems. The pharmacy did not contact me to tell me they were out of stock on my dosage of the medication I need. Their app is not worth downloading as there is always problems with it. When I called about my medication and why it was not filled after 2 days, I was treated rudely and as if I was annoying staff because I inquired about my refills. If you require medication that is vital for your health, this is NOT the pharmacy you want to go to. No one called to tell me that they were out of my meds, and I had to travel to a different CVS pharmacy to get my prescription filled. They are rude, incompetent and untrustworthy! Please don't go there if you have a serious health condition, because they can't even be bothered to call to inform you that they are out of stock. Worst experience I have ever had! My daughter is on a number of rx drugs to control her epilepsy. At least once every 90 days we have had a problem filling one or more of her meds. Whether it be the wrong quantity, or the pharmacist who does the ordering was on vacation (seriously, you only have one guy who can order these meds? Seriously?) Other times electronically submitted orders get lost. They have no respect for HIPPA laws either. Too many pharmacy techs and not enough actual pharmacists to duo a proper job. I wish I had something other than the Caremark RX insurance because they really put a monopoly on things. read more

Went to get an antibiotic which they have in stock and said they can't fill it until tomorrow afternoon. They are too busy and are understaffed. Corporate won't allow them to hire anyone and if a customer complains to corporate, they staff gets in trouble. CVS doesn't deserve to get so much business! Find another pharmacy. Stopped in at 8 AM to pick up a few things on my way to work. There was only one employee there and the women in front of me in line wanted something done that the employee didn't know how to do. After spending time looking at the screen and asking the customer questions he called the manager on her cell phone. I was now going to be late for work so I left the items on the counter and walked out. Now I remember why I stopped going to this CVS in Berea. After years they still haven't improved there customer service. Maybe there should be more than one employee at 8 AM, and employees should be trained on ALL the services CVS offers! read more

I assist an older woman with chronic back problems who has taken OxyContin for years to relieve her pain. For some reason the strength of the pill she takes is only carried at a handful of pharmacies, CVS being one, but only in the CVS pharmacies that are open 24 hours, as this one is. Another restriction that she has is that she can only drop off/pick up her meds when I'm around and can take her. She has one other friend who can help her and takes the same med, but her availability is sporadic. A couple months ago the pharmacist at this CVS wouldn't fill her prescription when I took her because she was there 2 days before the prescription ran out, which is perfectly legal, but the pharmacist said she smelled marijuana on the prescription paper!!! When my friend came back to the car and told me this I tried to get her to go back in and grab one of their piss tests and do it right there in front of the world to show the pharmacist what an ass she was, but she declined. I wound up having to take her the next day to get the prescription filled. The same week her friend of whom I referred before had her prescription filled with no problem, however, when she got home she got a phone call from CVS saying that THEY HAD MIS-DISPENSED 100 OF THE DRUG AND WANTED TO KNOW IF THEY HAD GIVEN HER 100 TO MANY!!!!! I stopped using CVS years ago after they showed how inept they are, have had my friends do the same, but this med at this prescribed strength is impossible to find elsewhere. Much ado was made about how brave CVS was in eliminating tobacco products, thereby loosing out on a 2 billion dollar intake. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out thar THEY'LL SIMPLY RAISE THE PRICES ON EVERYTHING ELSE TO MAKE UP FOR IT! I miss Revco. read more
