The staff pharmacist goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is greeted and leaves the store happy. The pharmacist and all the girls back there have been working here for years. They've really gotten to know their regulars over the years and greet them by name. It's a pleasant experience because they always ask how I am doing and how my boyfriend is doing. Great crew. Just a tip - if they aren't nice to you it's because you're not kind to them. Remember not to rush them, they have a lot to do and not a lot of staffing. They usually have prescriptions done in 15 minutes or less if there are no problems with your insurance or the way the doctor wrote the script. Just please remember to give them a little bit of professional courtesy. They're dealing with dangerous drugs and checking for interactions while billing your insurance. It's not fast food, it's health care and they have laws to follow. Don't treat them like fast food workers.

At the pharmacy Kathy M is more than helpful at all times. She always has a smile on her face. The inventory is usually pretty good at the pharmacy. Sometimes the rx needs ordered. But most times it is in stock. The retail store side is always stocked and ready to go. Parking is very ample. You shouldn't have any issues here. It is also a 24 hour location.

We went to the minute clinic on ridge and explained what happened- Ashley claimed we yelled at her when we were shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was the exact opposite of the truth of how she explained how cleaning our ears can cause an ear infection she makes it sound like an ear cleaning is very dangerous and risky. She does not trust her patients is extremely dishonest and fake - the other minute clinic was very understanding - I have had my ears cleaned in another state by a minute clinic while I had an ear infection to cure my otitis media - I never got a fever or infection by them helping me that way ... Ashely does not have any professional medical clue what she's talking about very disappointed we even stopped at this location ! we did not file a complaint about her over the phone the to corporate we don't have the time to waste people have very busy lives - we had to schedule minute clinic online and had to drive there just to be sassed harassed and listen to ignorance ! but if you're looking for unprofessional health care workers and want to have a hard time getting your health care needs met this is the cvs to go to ! I enjoy my experiences here. STORE: The store is well organized and clean. It looks very presentable. It also feels safe unlike some other CVS locations. INVENTORY: The inventory is always well stocked. There are no items out of place or bare shelves. I can always easily find what I'm looking for. There are plenty of clearly marked sales on many items here, great value! Seasonally you can find decor, gifts, and sweets for various holidays - Christmas (75% off sale), Valentine's Day, and Easter. There is a good aisle of Valentine's Day gifts. Valentine's Day chocolates are currently on sale so you can start shopping for your sweetheart or your lovely self. You'll also find more practical winter items - shovels, snow brushes, and cozy blankets. SERVICE: Service is pretty good at this store. All customers are greeted and addressed warmly. The checkout is always staffed. Interactions are pleasant. PARKING: The store is in a plaza with multiple businesses. The parking lot is spacious. Two entrances/exits are available for easy in/out. The only issue is that the parking lot is not always tended to in a timely manner in winter. During my last visit the parking lot was very slippery and due to an incline it presents an issue. Few customers assisted someone pushing their car so that they can leave the parking lot. I was also sliding in this parking lot. The parking lot should be salted in a timely manner.
