    Extremely rude nurse practioner here working Monday morning July 8, 2024 named Ashley at the minute…read moreclinic - scheduled an earwax removal for my father and was denied service- our insurance is billed for this - extremely rude about him needing hearing aides over not wanting to be sensible in explaining an ear cleaning procedure - will not return even to shop here. She's just lazy. We do not trust our health care needs being met or even discussed at cvs middleburg heights pearl road minute clinic ! We went to the minute clinic on ridge and explained what happened- Ashley claimed we yelled at her when we were shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was the exact opposite of the truth of how she explained how cleaning our ears can cause an ear infection she makes it sound like an ear cleaning is very dangerous and risky. She does not trust her patients is extremely dishonest and fake - the other minute clinic was very understanding - I have had my ears cleaned in another state by a minute clinic while I had an ear infection to cure my otitis media - I never got a fever or infection by them helping me that way ... Ashely does not have any professional medical clue what she's talking about very disappointed we even stopped at this location ! we did not file a complaint about her over the phone the to corporate we don't have the time to waste people have very busy lives - we had to schedule minute clinic online and had to drive there just to be sassed harassed and listen to ignorance ! but if you're looking for unprofessional health care workers and want to have a hard time getting your health care needs met this is the cvs to go to ! We honestly thought after this experience with Ashley that wasted our time and affected our morning start to the week - that every minute clinic doctor was very hard to deal with and they would not respect the service we are to be billed for ! We will only go to cvs in ridge Parma for minute clinic needs ! Ashley does not explain health appropriately ! She is very incorrect and gives bad advice and Ashley obviously doesn't get paid enough to call people deaf .... Jesus how annoying :/ this place will give u a very HARD TIME for a very simple request . This place sucks . Was so offended . We just walked out .

    Attention Walmart Management: selective receipt checks are not customer service…read more I shop at this Walmart regularly because it is close to me, not because the experience is pleasant. Most of the greeters at the door are polite, but one employee consistently acts as if he has the authority to target certain customers while ignoring others. He reminds me of one of the Minions, but with less intelligence and permanently seated and located right at the front door. On my most recent visit, after I completed my purchase at self-checkout, where every item is scanned and the entire area is heavily monitored by cameras and staff, this employee watched multiple white shoppers and other customers with full carts walk straight out without being stopped. Then he chose to single me out and ask for my receipt. That did not feel random. It felt selective, discriminatory, and intentional. If Walmart is going to rely on self-checkout, surveillance, scanners, and employees hovering over customers while they ring up their items, then selectively stopping certain people at the door only adds humiliation to the experience. It sends a very clear message about who is viewed as "suspicious." I called the store immediately afterward and spoke to a manager named (COACH whoever), but the response was dismissive and gave me no confidence that this behavior would be addressed. That was just as disappointing as the incident itself. No customer should feel racially profiled, targeted, or harassed after paying for their items. Walmart needs to do better training its employees and managers, because selective enforcement and discriminatory treatment are unacceptable. No wonder they have only 2 stars!
