I had a written one in my hand. I pulled out of Linné and put it in the drop box. I called and spoke to a very nice young man who told me I couldn't get it that day as it was a controlled substance. Ok I understood that. I told him I would be in early the next day to get it. 10:30 the next day I was there. They had no script for me and the other one they had to order. Huh? His poor butt and man hood all the way up to his belly swelled and was fire engine red. I immediately took him to the sink to wash it off. After a half hour the swelling went down and looks much better. I want to know what fragrance is added. Because that is the only thing I can think that triggered this. It's like they're trying to offer too much. The store often feels claustrophobic to me- with any open space shoved to the brim with merchandise. And it's not necessarily essential merchandise. For example- they have a DVD bin. Is that necessary? Also, near the produce are a few racks of clothes and dresses. Are there a bunch of locals looking to try on dresses at their local drug mart? I think space would have been better served by offering less stuff and maybe more produce. I do feel like they offer interesting food and flavors sometimes. It's interesting to see what impulse items they have on the side shelves. The workers are always very nice and personable and are a bright spot to every visit. If I were to offer a suggestion- decrease the items you offer by 15-20% to make more space in the store. Get rid of items that make the store feel dated and junkie like DVD's and weird clothes. And focus on all the other great stuff you do offer.

Nothing. Go to pharmacy. Prescription has been ready since day before. No notification, but ok. I go to pay. Pharmacy didn't accept my prescription coverage (not a preferred provider), which I was not aware of. They didn't tell me this and tried to charge me retail price for a script while telling me insurance was used. I told them that based on the price, that I didn't think so. They double down. I ask them to verify, please. They checked again and admitted they were wrong. I wonder how many people paid extra for their meds thinking their insurance was applied when it wasn't. Never has this issue at another pharmacy.
