Management was standing around talking to a customer about personal stuff while there was ONE line open with 8 people in line and 2 self check out lines open with 7 or 8 customers in each of them. By the time I got to the cashier, my frozen food was thawed out. The produce, especially the fruit is terrible quality. Many of the outdoor plants have no prices. The last few times that I purchased baked goods, they were dry and tasteless. From this day forward I will drive to a different store. This is specifically the Giant Eagle in Berea OH.

I had a written one in my hand. I pulled out of Linné and put it in the drop box. I called and spoke to a very nice young man who told me I couldn't get it that day as it was a controlled substance. Ok I understood that. I told him I would be in early the next day to get it. 10:30 the next day I was there. They had no script for me and the other one they had to order. Huh? She does not trust her patients is extremely dishonest and fake - the other minute clinic was very understanding - I have had my ears cleaned in another state by a minute clinic while I had an ear infection to cure my otitis media - I never got a fever or infection by them helping me that way ... Ashely does not have any professional medical clue what she's talking about very disappointed we even stopped at this location ! we did not file a complaint about her over the phone the to corporate we don't have the time to waste people have very busy lives - we had to schedule minute clinic online and had to drive there just to be sassed harassed and listen to ignorance ! but if you're looking for unprofessional health care workers and want to have a hard time getting your health care needs met this is the cvs to go to ! Pharmacy didn't accept my prescription coverage (not a preferred provider), which I was not aware of. They didn't tell me this and tried to charge me retail price for a script while telling me insurance was used. I told them that based on the price, that I didn't think so. They double down. I ask them to verify, please. They checked again and admitted they were wrong. I wonder how many people paid extra for their meds thinking their insurance was applied when it wasn't.
