Located right across from North Vista Hospital, it makes it very convenient to have your prescriptions filled. Along with some of their staff being bilingual goes a long way. I needed help in purchasing an adjustable ankle stabilizer. Allie, CVS employee, was more than kind, professional, and went out of her way to help me. This is a really clean, well maintained and huge CVS! The ceilings are so high and it is great for all the displays, especially the large Halloween decor that's out now and all the piñatas. Prices are good with sales for CVS card customers. Easy parking to walk in and out quickly. Perfect stop for the area and they had lots of candy and a coffee drink in the fridge to start my morning. Rude pharmacy Tech, Scheduled my prescription for Delivery. Said it was not gonna arrive until wednesday. I call and ask if i can just pick up, was told yes. I arrive in store, tried to explain to the RUDE WHITE GIRL WITH GLASSES at the register of pharmacy the situation. All she kept rudely saying to me in a very demeaning manner "There's nothing ready for you". My Medi-Transport dropped me off early for my vaccination. And also an older gentleman. We were not able to check in yet. I can't stand long, so I sat in the area of slot machines that all were not in Service. A stern grouchy old lady came in demanding loudly "You can't sit here, you have to GO! I don't know why you are sitting in here"! I didn't know she worked there; no name tag.....I just thought she was a bossy old lady. The older man sat in a loose chair in the same area. I didn't look up because I was trying to log into my CVS app to check-in. She stands over me yelling that I had to move. She was NOT 6 feet away from me!!!! I calmly asked her if she knew a nicer way to speak to people. She said "No". I advised her that a little kindness goes a long way. The man was shaking his head. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have been to in all of Las Vegas, Its mind-blowing how little they care about customer service here, It starts from the top, I have met at least 3 pharmacists there and you would thing at least one would be nice but as incredible as it sounds they just do not care, It saddens me because I have lived in north Las Vegas my whole life and would love to see it do better but do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy if possible. read more

The worse phone service. I had called in to see if my electronic Rx was there before I head in to pick it up. The pharmacist or tech answered the phone with, "please hold" before I got to say anything. I was on hold for 30 minutes (no joke)....I then called back and they did the same thing again and this time for another 25 minutes. What did I do? You bet my patient a$$ I called Smith's Pharmacy and asked if they can call cvs for me to have them transfer my Rx over to them instead. When I went into Smith's, the pharmacist told me how awful the service was with cvs that she didnt blame me for switching. They had put her on hold 3 different times, each time for 15-20 minutes. The 4th time she finally had enough and before they could say anything she went off on them and demanded that they transfer my Rx to them. Never again at this CVS location will I give my business. read more

Always a good experience and great deals when I come here. Parking can be a little tough during some hours because of the super market next door but cvs has extra parking on the side. Other than that the customer service here is really good and they're friendly. I go in for some lipsticks I like to get and essentials. There's always deals going on and some one around asking if you need any assistance which sometimes I do because I want something specific hehe. read more

Yeah, if you're thinking of making this your home pharmacy, pick another one; it would be worth the longer bus/car ride. The staff is incompetent when it comes to the simplest things. Don't get me wrong, sometimes the staff is OK, like the gentleman who described the medicine to my mother once or the other gentleman who administered my vaccine earlier in the year. I'm pretty sure these are the actual pharmacists. Basically, all the women who work here act like it's utter hell working there, it shows on their faces. Almost as if they were forced to work there. Pretty sure those two amazing employees who helped us in the past are relocating because the majority of the staff seems to have a stick up their arse. The experience was this: After being on hold for 30 minutes, I decided I would just drive over to ask my question, I thought they might have been swamped. No biggie. I get there, it's completely empty. "Alright," I thought, and continued to ask my question. I was attended by a younger, Asian woman and all was well; told me to move to the drop off area and I did. Some other woman asked me what the matter was and I began to explain to her, VERY CLEARLY AND POLITELY, the issue I was having since I was going in on behalf of my ma who was working at the time. The entire time she was being condescending, obviously pretending to listen to my issue, letting me know that there were instructions in the prescription. No duh. By then, I had gotten my answer but not after facing the wrath of someone who obviously didn't want to be there in the first place because like most people at these places, they don't want to be there. Watch out for the older, Asian woman with the dramatic lipstick, she was the one that attended me. Really needs to work on listening and not so much speaking before thinking. Outstanding customer service sets this CVS apart from others. I was in CVS yesterday to pick up prescriptions when I was told that their was a problem with my insurance. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond calling my provider as well as other resources to help insure I would be able to fill my prescriptions. While I was panicking they were cool calm and collected. Thank you so much CVS. I will remain a loyal customer and refer all of my friends and family to this CVS. read more

The worst the worst the worst experience ever in my life with a Pharmacy..I was at the cashier there to pay the meds...which eas free cuz I had medicaid..and I was dangling and dangling my card cuz this insurance was new for me..forget it..tbe clerk said ohh we have tbat isurance on file And I said okay..but No they didnt and she proceeded to tell me $95.00..and I started to explain..but she jumped in and said Medicaid doesnt cover "everything!" So I had to leave limping with severe pain! I was 7 days like that in great pain..so I started doing a little digging and all my meds "were" free..I went back and Ive never told off a clerk like I did that day ever! Turn away from this place..and run for the hills..also their lady Pharmacist is a terrrible terrible person..bitter bad attitude and overworked..she hides constantly behind these shelves right behind tbe cashier..its crazy! Okay I'm going to start off by saying I'm a 14 year old Hispanic. Me and my friends (also Hispanic) walk to this CVS almost every day after school and buy drinks. The cashiers know us and are friendly towards us. Today we walked over there like we always do. One of our friends needed to use the bathroom so we waited for him outside the restroom. Then the manager (not sure what position she was) comes and tells us to leave. She's a Caucasian female. I tried asking her why she is kicking us out but she kept dodging my question. She kept on telling us to get out, but we did nothing wrong. Finally we were forced to leave because she threatened to call the cops. I am disappointed because that CVS is like a second home to me and my friends. We always go there. It's our go to store. But today we were forced out for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I am very disappointed in the treatment we received today and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. read more
