Been coming to this CVS for as long as I can remember! Great staff, friendly pharmacist, and usually a pretty quick trip!

Other than being convenient, there is currently no other reason to go to the CVS in New Hope. The drive up pharmacy is closed because of staffing problems, so you have to go in and stand in line to get a prescription. What a pain. The pharmacy staff is working hard, but there is no way they can keep up with the orders and refills. Unfortunately the automated system they have is making it worse. The text or phone call you get saying your prescription is ready is not always accurate. Not only is it not accurate, it does not always tell what prescription is actually ready. Sometimes it would be nice to have more than one ready at a time. The shelves are very, very empty in the store. Since I have had to wait for prescriptions, I've walked around the store several times in the past few weeks killing time. It's so strange to see whole rows of empty shelves. Additionally, there really is no one to help at the check out at the front of the store. They are asking customers to use the self check out. Each time I do, something goes wrong and I need "assistance". It means someone from the back of he store now needs to come upfront and figure it out. Need to check out the pharmacy in Giant and Rite Aid. Maybe mail order from somewhere. read more

Worst pharmacy in the nation! Doesnt matter when you go...there is a line of frustrated people waiting in line forever for an Rx. When you FINALLY get your Rx....CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER...they almost certainly got something wrong. When the pharmacist got his Pharm D....apparently he swore to care for patients AS LONG AS ITS NOT BETWEEN NOON AND 2pm....so your daughter will just have to endure her post-surgery pain while everyone has lunch, and maybe a short siesta. They're also inept with payers. I walked away from a $300+ Rx here and took it to a Walmart Pharmacy...$18! read more

This CVS is an ongoing embarrassment for the CVS brand. It provides subpar merchandise selection, mediocre experience and borderline unacceptable pharmacy services. Missing fulfillment timelines, lacking inventory, lack of communication and rudeness over the phone are part of offering. If any of the above is attributed to short-staffing, we experienced several other CVS stores that function with far superior service. New Hope residents deserve far better store and service from this company. read more

Where do I start? This place looks like a run-down ass clinic from 1970. Speaking of which, the carpet looks like it's seen one too many low budget porn scenes with all the stains on the carpet. What is more ridiculous than anything is that they NEVER have prescriptions ready. Maybe they're too busy snorting it in the back? I went to this CVS to try to purchase at home test kits today. Got there 10 minutes after opening and was one of two customers in the store and the only one at the front desk. I asked the woman working if they had COVID take home test kits. I had checked online ahead of time and this was one of the only stores listed as having stock of two brands of these. I was absolutely shocked by her reply. "well let's seee if you past one sign and then another on both doors when entering that say we do NOT have at home test kit then I guess its safe to say we do not" I explained that online still said they had some so I figured I should ask first as I drove far out to try to get some. Her reply "well we have been asked y a million people a this point and if you go asking another store, assume you will get an attitude in response there as well because we are over worked and under paid and deal with the general public and you, looks like you have off." continued... "or maybe you do deal with the general public as well because you look like a waitress."... Just holy WOW. I work at a hospital. I needed a test to be able to attend my family gathering. Over worked and underpaid? Tell me about it some more lady. I am a front line worker and have been working over time hours since this began. I cannot believe the response I got that was so unwarranted, reckless, and just extremely inconsiderate. I shouldn't be berated by the employees of this company because they are frustrated with their life situations. If I ever treated patients or doctors with this level of non-regard, I would be written up immediately and in meetings with HR. 12/23/2021 @ 8:15 a.m. Bridge Street in New Hope location. They have improved somewhat since my previous review, according to friends, but there are still privacy problems (probably the worst in our area, if that's important to you). This is one of the worst CVS stores I've ever been in. The store seems dirty, old and sorely in need of a makeover as s the entire shopping center That is not my main complaint. I go to this pharmacy at least twice a month to fill my prescriptions. Christina Quinn is the worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with. They never have my medicine in stock, I call first and I'm left on hold all the time and have to call back. She is rude, condescending, oblivious to her surroundings and lacks any customer service skills. I have never had a good experience with her and the most maddening issue is she act like she has never seen you before. After months of having problems with filling my RX I'm going to the Rite Aide. The entire store and ms Christina need a makeover. read more

A good place to waste your time with getting prescriptions wrong and making numerous visits until they get it right. Of course there's that great recording when you order that's also a mess. Overall the experience is always bad. read more

I've never been treated so poorly. The pharmacist refused to help me because he said he had another person to help and told me to get back in a different line then the one I had already been standing in. Mind you, I was trying to fill a prescription because I had been in a motor vehicle accident and they didn't care because they were clearly overwhelmed. I won't be returning. read more

This particular CVS is absolutely horrible, including the service, stock, and employees. My two daughters wanted to go to CVS quickly to purchase a "bubble" moisturizer. Keep in mind I had a meeting to attend soon after. I decided to wait in the CVS parking lot for my daughters while they walked in. Only a few minutes after they had been in the pharmacy, the two ran out crying horridly. Immediately I asked them what was the matter, and this is what my 10 year olds explained to me while in tears. "There was this man who worked there who had been following us around the whole store and looking at us the entire time. Mommy he was making us uncomfortable." As a mother, seeing my daughters upset like this just makes me angry. The male employee following around MY kids and not others who have absolutely NO adult supervision. Does a grown man really think my elementary school kids are going to snatch something and run out of the store? What the hell CVS. Do better. read more

Another Horrible experience with the very rude pharmacy staff. Over the past year myself and my husband have had multiple interactions with the staff, none of them good. When out of a drug for our dog the staff and corporate office told us we would have to drive from store to store to see if it was in stock elsewhere instead of them calling. They refilled prescriptions that were not requested and blamed me. They have also given my son the wrong dosage of a powerful drug in the past. Several other issues too long to go into. My husband has changed to Whitman Pharmacy. I will be following. read more

My physician called in an Rx on Thursday. Called to check on status the following Monday and was told I was behind 300 other prescriptions. I can only hope than none were for life-threatening conditions. Also, I called on the phone line reserved for physicians and still waited 20 minutes for my call to be answered. This is not about the poor overworked people working there, but rather addresses the incredibly poor management who has let this situation run amok for a long time. It's your average CVS... walk in needing one thing, leave with 75 dollars worth of things you really don't need ... However, the pharmacy is a nightmare. every time. These people are so inconsiderate and rude, I have trouble comprehending how they can keep a job. Always, ALWAYS, act like they are doing you a favor answering any questions. Never helpful, never friendly. I try to go to Giant pharmacy when I need a prescription filled these days. Last time i dropped off a prescription and came back after 15 minutes and took a seat. right in front of them. I waited, and waited....finally after 30 minutes of people coming and going I asked for a time frame. It had been ready the whole time! I know Pharmacist Nitin is doing his best, but I'm told that he and his staff are constrained by "Corp" policies related to staffing levels, etc. Additionally, the computerized answering device is of little help, and if you ask "it" to speak to a member of the pharmacy staff, you can wait forever!!! read more

This pharmacy is getting worse when I did not think that was possible. I always now go to CVS Lambertville (so much better) but thought I could stop at the pharmacy for allergy meds. When I arrived the girl said they needed my DL. I unfortunately only brought in cash leaving my wallet in the car. I explained that to the girl but no big deal. I paid at the front for everything else and hoped around to the drive through. As I approached the window the two girls were laughing when they saw it was me. Between giggles she was saying how it is also a law to not sell these meds at the drive through. So unprofessionally handled. Why I had to wait in line TWICE and then listen to them laugh about it was infuriating. Of course after I left there and went to Lambertville they have signs posted with the rules...such a better pharmacy only 5 mins away. read more
