The next time they see you, they remember what you were there for the time before and ask you how you are. Then they tell you that you look better. If you do not look better, they will tell you what to do to help, and call the doctor for a renewal if necessary. They also remember your family. They go above and beyond what a good pharmacy will do, and tell you it is no problem, even when you know it has to be. The other people who work there are amazing, too. The woman who stocks the store is the best, if they don't have it, she will get it. If you are too sick and can't make it to the pharmacy, they will bring it to you. If you want a team that makes you feel better when you are feeling at your worst, and it is right in your neighborhood, this is the place to go. I have been their customer since Bonnie opened it. 10 out of 5 stars 10/5. **********(inventory)

NEVER use this pharmacy!!!…read more The store is DIRTY with items on the shelves that have been there for YEARS (and I don't mean 1 or 2 years, more like 10+ years!!!) even the food and OTC medications are OLD... ew! The store itself is dirty and probably hasn't been vacuumed, dusted or cleaned since it opened. How is the health department allowing this place to be open!?!?!! THE RUDEST pharmacist EVER! I take heart medication three times a day and tomorrow I only have enough for my morning dose but not my noon or evening dose. They refused to fill it, knowing I can't pick it up before noon because I have to work tomorrow and I go into work before they open and I'm at work well past the time I'm due to take the medicine. So basically the pharmacist refused to run the prescription even though it was for my heart! So, I brought the prescription to another pharmacy and they told me that they didn't understand why the Wald pharmacist was saying it couldn't be filled when my insurance actually would have filled it 2 days ago. Just STAY AWAY from this place and these people.

Covid booster shot clinic review only…read more This pharmacy held a clinic right across the street from the business in a community center. It was open to seniors from Mercer county but near the end younger folks were included. When I found out about it I offered to take my uncle here. He jumped(figuratively) at the chance. We arrived around 3:00 and found only about 5 people ahead of us. A pharmacist and an assistant were the only staff here, but the assistant was amazing. This young lady did all of the paperwork and made sure info and cards were accurate. This was no easy feat as each person there were operating at senior speed(no offense) and missing certain documents. She helped the process flow and you eventually made your way to the pharmacist who was administering the shots. Regardless of your first vaccine, you were able to select any of the 3 approved vaxs for a boost. This in itself was time consuming for a few of the recipients, but the pharmacist patiently explained the options to each. He also prescribed plenty of fluids to begin immediately to cut down any side affects. Both of these workers seemed to really care about what they were doing! I don't have a need for prescription drugs, but I'm sure going to try to find a reason to bring some business to this pharmacy.

That extra care just really ranks them high in my book. Reliable, timely, and overall GREAT "good neighbor pharmacy!"
