Awful pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy twice in the same week to pick up medications and they randomly closed early.

We are aren't currently able to schedule your 2nd dose right now. This morning I went to the CVS #2370, on Derry Street at 10:45am to get checked in and surprise, I'm not on the list. The young lady checking people in sent me to the pharmacy to double check with them. I went to the pharmacy and was helped by a man named Justin. I handed him my ID and he checked the system, his response, "yeah it looks like it didn't process". Handed me my id back and kept working. No apology, no attempt to get me on the list, no empathy whatsoever. I'm 54 years old and diabetic. I went back to front and asked the young lady if she could add me, her reply, "I'm just a contractor". My first line of communication was to call the CVS complaint line...it doesn't work. So I filed this exact copy to their corporate team, I'm not holding my breath there either. So what I see is a company with broken systems and employees that don't care about THE BIGGEST HEALTH ISSUE OF OUR GENERATION. I have usually been treated poorly by CVS employees which is why I use a local pharmacy over an hour away. This one was enough to make me write this review. Don't use CVS folks, the only thing they are about is getting your extracare number.

They need to go in there and observe. Every time I go in there, they are rude and disrespectful. Someone needs to boycott the CVS in Middletown, PA. What that means is that you have to call into the pharmacy to resolve issues and here lies the problem. You leave a message for a call back in an hour you will never get one. They will not call you back they will send you a text message that they got your call but wont call back. My issue is with them I have my prescription mailed to me and i pay for the shipping. I have to call in to remind them to ship it verbally because they will not adhere to the message. The will not call back and they would listen to the message and ship it. This is my last attempt to make this work and will move on. The people that work at this pharmacy do not give a rat-arse about you! I say the later because if I'm sure I'm not the only person going through this. Their should be a way that a customer can long onto their CVS account and select mail delivery only so they do not have to call in. Go head and try to call into the pharmacy and see what you get.

Driven by the Norfolk-Southern trains and dissipated by traffic along 322, the primitive parts of your brain cannot help but respond with dread and apprehension. Don't go there, your mind begs your more-developed senses. There is only madness on Grayson Road. Go anywhere else. Go to Target and challenge the yoga pant mafia instead of what awaits you in the fetid thunderdome in the distance. As soon as you reach the property, you are stuck in traffic and are on alert for any number of possible threats and in this case your primate brain serves you well as dozens of cars lurch and swerve, stop randomly to release its passengers, and wait inexplicably for a parking spot in the distance that is gridlocked while attempting to flee this fearful corral of glass and steel. The people, worshippers of the gods within this blue concrete temple, pour in and out of the entrances, clogging the main artery between freedom and parking. Women push their strollers or carry their children into traffic without looking or pausing, believing the white lines on the road are lines of physical protection from the angry, impatient drivers mere inches from tragedy. You think driving to the far end of the lot will save precious shreds of your grace and sanity, but the man cowering behind the wheel of his dark security vehicle, revealed only by the light of his iPhone, reminds you that even HE has given up and this place is in the hands of some dark, hungry angels circling overhead like winged carrion. You will fight to avoid marveling at the festive, dancing police lights across the temple walls as Swatara Township Police struggle to penetrate the lot, called back for the fifth of fiftieth time for a disturbance, a mental breakdown, or an attempt to take goods from the Walmartian temple without paying proper tribute. You will feel the need to stay after fording these violent currents for what feels like hours, but you should not stay in the realm of Krampus because you have not yet found a spot to stop your warm, safe rolling steel coffin much less pressed your body across a hundred others to get through the bottlenecks and begin your search for whatever you forgot. You may think this is your punishment, your holy penance to honor the season, but listen to your lizard brain and turn back. Heed the screams of those within the Walmartian Temple and turn back.

While the parking lot is a typical example of Sheetz' infatuation with sadistic BF Skinner fantasies, this location is generally run well. The staff is friendly and makes eye contact. They respond to lines building up at the checkout. The kitchen is usually moving quickly and the orders are kicked out promptly. The store is generally clean, including the bathrooms which - while not pristine - are rarely nightmare levels of filth you'd see along the highway. It's easy to frind grab-and-go items and there are a lot of pre-wrapped food items to choose from if you just need to gas up and go. This location will get you through the queue quickly. The Beer Cave is often crowded and cramped with product that can't be stocked from the palate, making it hard to get to stock in the back. My main issue with Sheetz is more about the brand. What used to be a go-to spot for decent food has become more of an expensive roller-grill with the kind of subs that you can get wrapped out of a gas station cooler. As Wawa shows up in Central PA, there is a clear difference in quality for about the same price on similar items. When flying in or out of Harrisburg, I'll order lunch from Wawa even if the price of gas is much higher there, just so I don't have to settle for airport fare. But on Lindle Road, I know I'll get quality service so I don't have to make an extra food stop in the neighborhood if I need to keep moving. While Sheetz is obsessive about its branding, that WOW feeling is no longer matched by the kind of radical culinary offerings and quality that made it more than "gas station cuisine" and as someone who discovered this place long ago at IUP during an overnight pub crawl in the late 90s, it's come a long way but in the wrong direction.

For what it's worth both Wawa and Sheetz do not do breakfast well but in a pinch on the road they both do the trick. The waiting time was not long at Sheetz and I love that they display the status of the orders on a screen with estimated wait time.
