Appeared to be similar to most cvs that I have been to in the area. The store felt clean. Shelves were full. I didn't really see any employees on the floor, but thankfully, self checkout worked, and I was able to use my rewards digitally. I pull to the drop off line put my script in, the door closes and sends the script. A woman gets on the speaker and yells don't use this it's broken and hangs up. So I wait and she comes back and says can I help you. I say yeah I just sent my script though and want to fill my meds. She puts her manager on and he tells me the lane is broken to pull to the other lane. Now four cars have gotten in front of me. I wait for another 20 mins, get to the front of the line and they say they'll have my Script ready tomorrow I said I'm completely out of my medication and need to wait. They said no they're backed Up and earliest is sometime tomorrow. Completely unprofessional and can't do their job. Don't come here. read more

Avoid this CVS if you want a COVID test. Employee attitudes worse than dealing employees of the DMV or post office. The last thing I wanted to deal with when taking a COVID test for the first time was an unprofessional employee who talked down to me and spent half the time turning around to talk to their coworkers. Don't say I didn't warn you. The front counter staff were very courteous. My guess is they are under a different manager. read more

Most disorganized store I've ever been in. Spent an hour Looking for items in my cvs Medicare book. Omg. Then I go to pay only to be told they do not participate in the cvs Medicare program!!!!! I just took my first CVS Calcium Magnesium Zinc pill today. The label said "Easy to swallow". I was choking for 10 minutes and in a panic. It wouldn't go up or down. After trying to relax, it finally went down. What a horrible feeling. I take other OTC pills every day and never have a problem. Some are actually bigger. False advertising CVS. So this needs to be shared....HOW irresponsible! CVS: confirmation code? Me: *realizing I never got it* you know what? I never actually got it. I'm wondering if I did something wrong when scheduling. I can go home and re-schedule CVS: no problem, we can figure it out. asks for my name and tells me to wait a second...she will get something together. Hands me a test packet, gives instructions....I look at it, and realize it is someone with a different name...born in 1945. *clicks call button* "Um excuse me...this is not me. this is not my test. I didn't open it, but *gives a concerned face of what could have happened* CVS: hold on... ok so I only have 2 appointments right now, 1 for someone born in 1945 and an older woman... Me: YEA! that's not me....Like I said, I was thinking I may not have a confirmed appointment....I guess I'll just go home and re-schedule? CVS: yeah go ahead and do that... they are suppose to check ID, Insurance card etc. Can you IMAGINE if I didn't look at the paperwork? someone would get MY results and I would get none...what a mess! read more

This CVS doesn't usually have a ton of employees around, but it is a generic CVS that doesn't really need a lot of staff. The few times I have been here a manager is always visible on the sales floor and usually goes out of their way to ask if I need help. No problems here! read more

I chose this CVS pharmacy initially because they were prompt and responsive when filling one of my prescriptions. I also chose them because I don't like the business practices of their main competitor. Since I have transferred my few prescriptions to CVS, however, they have performed unreliably. In two instances, they said my physician did not renew my prescriptions; my physician had renewed them the same day. I also use their Autorefill capability. I attempted to refill a prescription from my online account, but the website said I needed to call them. When I then tried to refill the prescription on my phone by typing in the RX number, the automated message said the RX number didn't correspond to that location. This RX number was on the website; I was looking at it as I typed it in. When I talked to a pharmacy assistant, she had no idea why that had occurred. She also didn't know why I had received a text on the same medication, stating my physician wouldn't respond to CVS' refill request, when my doctor had responded. Two months ago, on another prescription, CVS took two weeks to refill a common medication, and told me it had arrived only when I called them. Again, this prescription was on autorefill. CVS must be poorly managed, or simply negligent. I will be transferring my prescriptions soon to an independent pharmacy. read more

A drug store close to home although I rarely visit. Every time I do I'm reminded why I don't. When ever I enter the store it looks like they have no employees. I walk around the store looking for an item and sometimes they are hard to find. I have never had an employee ask if I needed help, that could be because they need more help. Also the cashiers are always rude and seem to be in a hurry but I don't understand why there are no customers. I may come back from time to time but it will not my my first choice. read more

My boyfriend and I spent a good time looking for a product we couldn't find but when we finally decided to approach Mary she was exceedingly helpful, she even walked us to the product to ensure we found what we were looking for. Card reader is broken for NFC and Apple Pay for either their main payment terminal or all of them. The staff seems to think this is fine, so I'll probably use other nearby pharmacies of which there are many. read more

I am required to use CVS for my medication and I hate it. They NEVER have standard meds in stock and this time they promised me I would get my meds on Tuesday morning. I was leaving for vacation on Tuesday at noon - perfect. EXCEPT - i got a notice stating that they have to ORDER my standard medication and I would get it it Wednesday after 5 pm. My vacation is delayed for 2 days waiting for this. Avoid this place if you can. read more

very bad customer care. first, they all ways say they at least 45 mins even after the prescription was electronically received, then I went there to pick after 4 hours, now they say the name on the perception is wrong they got to fix it and they need 30 mins and then after that revisiting, they still did not fix....in this I needed to make 4 trips just to get my prescribed medicine. read more

Been having problems with Walgreens. These young professionals in pharmacy helped me and worked laboriously to get a prescription filled for me at a saving. Very kind. After a 20 year relationship with Walgreens,I will be transferring my prescription business to this CVS. Thank you to the pharmacy team at this CVS. I cannot believe just how awful this CVS pharmacy is! First of all the pharmacy staff do not know what the hell they are doing. The red head girl was loudly complaining about her managers and customers and her coworker (Asian man) just stood around listening to her for the whole 30 minutes we were there to get a simple prescription filled. We waited for a while for the order and when we went back they were still just standing around talking and the red head said, "sorry kinda busy here with everything! He didn't fill the prescription because I forgot to tell him to." They messed up our order by not adding our insurance on it and when we left we discovered we only got half the medication we were supposed to receive. The customer service on the phone was terrible. Please get rid of the awful staff and hire people that actually want to be there. I picked this pharmacy just because it was closest to my house, but I am changing it asap even if I have to drive an extra 15 minutes. read more
