The down side of this place is that it's really, really cluttered. The shelves aren't really organized and I felt like it needed a good scrub. I wanted to buy a pair of sweats with my high school logo on it but the bottoms looked like they were worn- they were covered in dirt. No thanks. The store still carries a variety of different things, perfect for you when you live in a small town. You can get pretty much anything you need here, including lottery tickets while you shop. I just wish it was a little better taken care of and it would be a great spot.

She said all the pumps' card readers were down . . . again. I said I needed to fill my tank and offered to leave my car keys or a cash deposit. She said "No. You've got to leave your credit card." After just witnessing the attempt to cash in a bogus lottery ticket at this store, I wasn't about to leave my credit card for 5 or 10 minutes while I filled up my gas tank. I declined to leave my card and said I'd go to the other BFS out on Bowers Lane. The clerk said "Bye!" and waved me out the door with a single-finger salute. I have not purchased gas from any BFS station since that incident.

The rehab ordered the wrong shower chair so I called the next data to return it for a transfer bench. The delivery man said the if anything was not correct we could return equipment. While on the call I was told by the representative that I could not return it and they were sticking with the shower chair and the bill. To make matter worse they charge me $195 for a commode chair that literally sells for as low as $30 on Amazon. I called and tied to negotiate with a fair offer and they said that they don't negotiate. This is called price gouging at it finest. To make matters worse, I received an update bill stating that I owe the $50 for the shower chair or it was going to collections. I was not home when the equipment was deliver nor did I see the pricing sheet while in rehab. Medical Supply is a real racket. Nothing like taking advantage of those who are barely able to function and leave it in the hands of other who don't really care what you are charged. I was quoted $120 over the phone. When I arrived, I confirmed this amount multiple times with the front desk and was repeatedly assured that the total cost for the appointment would be $120 -- nothing more. During the visit, the pediatrician ordered a lab test. At no point did anyone mention that this would incur an additional, separate charge from an outside lab, nor was I told what the test would cost. There was also no disclosure of this on checkout. This was after I had repeatedly asked about the price of the visit and told the employees that I was paying out of pocket. Weeks later, I received a ~$900 bill from the lab. Naturally, I called the office and spoke with the owner. Instead of showing any professionalism or accountability, she was impatient, combative, and dismissive. When I pointed out that her staff misrepresented the costs and failed to disclose the lab fees, she flatly said, "We're not going to pay your bills." She offered no solution and insisted that they had no responsibility to inform patients about incurring additional costs. She claimed that she could "ask the lab" to lower the fee -- which is obviously meaningless. I addressed the bill directly with the lab, but this office has zero transparency, poor communication, and no sense of responsibility for misleading their patients. They advertise a family-friendly practice yet operate with deceptive billing and an appalling lack of professionalism. If you're paying out of pocket or simply expect honest communication about costs, stay away from this clinic. I will never return and would strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere.
