This Sheetz is newly renovated and is currently clean and convenient. Of course as a gas station it's easy to pump your gas, although I'm a little unsure what to make of the ethanol-free pumps - is this unique to West Virginia? Maybe I would have preferred that, but I didn't feel like doing research on the internet just to pump gas and opted for regular. A sign of some sort would have been helpful. Food inside was prepared well - delicious sandwiches that rival those of Wawa out east, with a handy electronic menu so that you can get it fresh. I got my customary cheesesteak and it was just as good as the Sheetz in Uniontown. I suppose I'm in danger of being a Sheetz aficionado, a convenience store connoisseur? read more

Not only did it take 22 minutes to get my food while the employees talked constantly. My food was over cooked and the buns were hard as a rock and my sandwich didn't even get Mayo but it got a lot extra lettuce I never asked for. read more

Yes as a Sheetz it is below the other Sheetz, but for what it is compared to a regular gas station they easily deserve 4 Stars. Decent selection and a great concept. read more

This place is smaller than most other Sheetz locations. The layout is downright terrible for traffic flow, both inside and outside. I like Sheetz food, but the past several times I have been here have ensured that I will not be returning to THIS location. Once they get even the slightest rush, the whole MTO system fails. People start getting frustrated & walking off with other people's food. Someone took a sandwich I had already paid for & the manager told me that I needed to purchase another one. read more

Was visiting from out of town. This place was incredibly bizarre, but in a positive way. It looks and felt like a gas station inside, but offered so so much more than that. The order menu was crazy in how in depth it was and how many different combinations you could do for your order. My only issue was the system for when the order was ready. The people behind the counter need to speak up and clearly into the mic because my group was just guessing as to when our food came up. read more

This place is totally disgusting. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon on our way back to SC to grab a quick lunch and use the restroom. The restrooms didn't have toilet paper, pee all over the seats, and the sinks were filthy. The fries I ordered were cold and soggy. Incompetent employees and piss poor management!! I'll never stop here again!!! read more

I can't imagine how difficult it is to keep a Sheetz this close to WVU clean. Seriously. Though I imagine that around 3am on Saturday is their busiest time for food sales. The very best gas station AND fast food stop. The service is friendly. The food is fresh and made-to-order. Great coffee drinks and smoothies, too. Awesome snacks such as single pie slices, fruit cups, and pasta salads. Great chain! read more

I usually love Sheetz stores, those jalapeno poppers are my weakness, but this one definitely needs some work. The entrance is a bit tricky to get into and the inside seems smaller than most. Parking is also extremely limited. You would think that a sheetz in the middle of a college town would be more accommodating. I went into the store today because I was feeling a little hangry, only to discover my beloved jalepeno poppers have been replaced with cheese bites. As bummed as I was, I love cheese bites and ordered some, along with a house salad and a smoothie. It was a bit busy when I went in, so the entire staff was rushed and flustered. After waiting for 15 minutes, I finally recieved my food (which is a long wait if you're familiar with Sheetz) and after a few more minutes I recieved my smoothie. The cheese bites were way too salty to be edible, but the salad and smoothie were pretty good. All in all, I am pretty disappointed with ny visit here today, as I have been the last few times I've visited. I doubt I'll visit this location again, as the extra five minutes to go to another location is worth quality food and fast service. read more

A couple of weeks ago we ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches and when we got home it was nothing like we ordered. Little pieces of chicken covered up under a couple of pickles and onion on a slider bun and charger us $4.50 . Worst sheetz in morgantown. Takes twenty minutes to wait to pay and then most of the time the food order is wrong. Is it that hard to just read a food ticket? Apparently. Won't be coming back. Get it together. read more
