Literally in the middle of nowhere (like your life) miles away from any Highway, you will find this rather useful little Pharmacy in the little village of Milford which is kind of a suburb of Detroit but it's so far out that is probably closer to Ann Arbor and Flint and it would take forever to get here especially in traffic. Anyway it's a good little Pharmacy with a nice little small town mentality and if you're out here for some reason you'll be glad it's here if you need a pharmacy like I did. Pretty close to the gym that I sometimes use all the way out here. Barbie says - CVS must stand for Carries Various Sundries. Their prices are usually expensive, but if you sign up for the rewards card, you can use different coupons to make things more affordable. This place has my favourite hair ties. read more

Completely unacceptable pharmacy, in my opinion. No one will answer the phone, going on 48 hours. I've waited on the phone 20 minutes multiple times. My child is sick at home and when I finally managed to go up to the pharmacy to check on my prescription, they told me they're out of amoxicillin. So now I have to wait another day for my dr to open to try and fill it elsewhere. I'm just exhausted and they don't care at all to be decent by providing surface level communication. read more

The pharmacy is great. This review is for the minute clinic. Horrible. Slowwwwww, the system never works and it's never open/properly staffed. I've had appointments and they run hours behind. Why even have this clinic if you are hours behind? Stay clear!!! read more

Would not take a Minute Clinic walk in because they had "paperwork" to do for 45 mins before the clinic closed. Unreal. Finish it at lunch like the rest of us. Find an alternative one that doesn't pretend to take walk ins. read more

I bought a knee copper compression sleeve, bought wrong size. Wanted to return because they did not have correct size. Cytstsl store manager was so rude, load, inconsiderate with the way she spoke to the customer. Crystal should not be a Manager or dealing with the public. This location lied and said they do not carry Norco when we went to get a two day prescription for Norco. They have to carry it because it is so common that it is one of the most stocked medications. Too lazy to fill the prescription. More money for the competition. Won't ever take any other prescription here. read more

Stopped into the pharmacy portion of the store and overheard the pharmacist (I believe name is Jill?) talking bad about a customer who had just left (and I witnessed her interaction with the customer.. the customer was so sweet). Very unprofessional and rude and kept going on and on. Definitely wouldn't trust her. If you have a problem, discuss it with your coworkers in private - common sense. My son missed four days of his medication because of an error on part of the staff at the CVS pharmacy but never once did they apologize for the error. After two days of phone calls between my son's doctor, the pharmacist and techs at CVS, and a third party company that records the filling of his prescription, we found out that CVS had actually filled the prescription TWICE! However, each time I called to see if it was filled yet (for four days), they didn't have it. So interesting. When they finally did fill the prescription and I pointed this out, Gio's response was "Well, it's filled today". Again, no apology. We will never go to this store or pharmacy again. read more

The Minute Clinic at this location is a joke. Each time I was visited I sat and waited for 30+ minutes, despite the wait time the kiosk showed. The doctors need to be more aware of the time they are spending with people. This is not a full service doctors office. read more

Terrible minute clinic. Their 90 year old nurse practitioner straight up denied me a physical with no due process or valid reason. Just needed it simply for a telemedicine program out of state. Was told she "doesn't wanna be a middle man." Please. Retire already or update your knowledge with current modern day medicine. read more

Can I do no stars? Christina was my cashier. I came in for a return. I had the top portion of my receipt but ripped the bottom part with the bar code. That was my fault. She offered me a store credit. That was fine. My return I purchased yesterday, mind you same cashier both days. It was contact solution priced at 23.99. I was given a 16.99 store credit. "That was the price of the contact solution" I have a receipt with it being 23.99 and on the shelf it is priced at 23.99. Christina said I had 3.00 coupon I used so thats why but even if they took the 3.00 coupon off that product, (even though I spent 40.00 yesterday), I should of had a store credit of 20.00. It was 4-7 dollars I missed out on, which is not the end of the world but it was Christina's behavior that I did not like and I will never be back. Bad business bad practices.
