I haven't had any issues with cvs I have been using the app and my doctors Sends the script. They usually send me a text when they receive the script and when it is ready. I kind of recommend delivery but your medications can get lost. I was there buying something and I heard a lady yell at the staff because they told her the medication was ready and it wasn't. She made a big deal threatening corporate for a complaint. I pass by and it was the same lady I always had problems with. I can't believe she is still there. I find it silly to review a pharmacy but then again, it is nice if I would have known if a place doesn't deliver at least a 3 stars service. I have had some prescriptions directly to this pharmacy and they seem to either not receive them, put the orders on hold (no reason really) or they actually do what they are supposed to and even get a text notification when complete which is nice. This was my last experience: I went through their drive thru and they have a sign that reads "full service on both lanes" and yet they tell me that pick ups are only on first lanes and they hung up. I called so I didn't have to stand on the line again and they said that they had the order on hold. I came inside and stood on line and they told me I needed to go to another window to place the order. I thought it was in the system. They looked it up and let it go. So I waited another 15 minutes for my order and enjoyed being on the line one more time (my fourth) While I was waiting another customer was irate and asked for a Manager and they didn't apologized for her inconvenience. This is a WARNING! This is by far the worse Pharmacy I have ever visited. My interaction began when my wife had to deliver several prescription for my post surgical treatment; They stated that some of the medications could only be partially filled. Since, I was just out of surgery and needed my medication my wife agreed to partial prescriptions. They gave my wife partial prescriptions. The day after my surgery, I called to check on a prescription; The instant I asked for an English speaker, the pharmacy attendant hung up on me. I then decided that I would receive better results by an in-person visit. Please note I had recent surgery. When I walked in there were two other patients arguing with the pharmacy staff. I waited in line patiently until I was called. When I was called and asked for the balance of my prescriptions they sated that since my wife agreed to take partial prescriptions they could not provide the rest of the medication. I stated cleared no one had told my wife this "Fact." I then in turn asked for the Pharmacist the gentleman working dispatching medication said the "Pharmacist" was off till Monday. I said that was fine, but why had no one informed my wife when she agreed to take partial prescriptions. I followed by asking for the gentleman's name that was dispensing the medication He stated his name was John and followed by saying there is nothing that could be done. I would have to call my Surgeon to have a new prescription written. I was shocked, No one had told my wife or I this would happen. I continued by asking "John" for his last name and he stated that he does not give out his last name. Therefore, I had no other option then to report this to the AMA( American Medical Association). This is nationwide problem. We do not know if these so called "Pharmaceutical employees" are denying patients their medications to possibly steal the meds. Then there is no paper trail to follow up. I may also report this pharmacy to Miami-Dade county sheriff's office for a follow up of the law that was quoted to me; That "John" stated he could not fill my prescription if they had partially filled it previously. Lastly, Please, please, please. Be careful when and if you go to this "Pharmacy" they do not help English speaking customers over the phone and they are worse in person. Also, make sure you are given your proper medication and correct count. Good luck and please do not go to this CVS. read more

Unfortunately the service at this location is CRAP, in particular the pharmacy. Thankfully I have since then made the switch the Publix Pharmacy and they blow them out of the water. There's always a line, whether you come inside or pass through the drive thru. They can never get your prescription right. They suck at following up with patients if their insurance doesn't cover their meds or if the doctor missed something on the prescription, or you're supposed to get a 3 month prescription and they only give you one month. They always have one person manning the register but this location gets a lot of traffic. Why can't they always have two?? And the ladies at the registers are always mean and give attitude. read more

The worse place ever! I've never experience such an inhuman experience! These employees are animals! Friday Jan 6th, at 2:30 I walk into this place, to sort out my prescription. There was an older lady sitting down, asked if she could ask the pharmacist a quick question, which she did. After everything was done as she walked out of the store, she fell. I'm not sure of the cause of her fall weather she tripped on something herself or simply felt dizzy. But she was on the floor, people around her figured it was her sugar that had dropped decided to give her soda. However meanwhile the people on the line with 911 were customers. Who were so helpful in making sure she was okay god send honestly! Where are an employee you make ask? No where to be found a store filled with me people employee stocking inventory but no one had the decency to Atleast stand at this lady's side to atleast block more disgusting people from WALKING over her! In every store that someone falls someone always there to block people from making someone more uncomfortable! This is the CVS closest to my place so I come by often to pick up toiletries, gift cards or meds if I'm feeling sick. It is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The staff is usually nice and the place is generally clean. There is a drive-through window where you can drop or pick up prescriptions. This,location does not open 24 hours. All in all is it what you can expect from your local pharmacy. read more

I have been using this pharmacy to get my self injectable medication for a year and a half now and I'm very happy with the service. During COVID being able to pick up my medication in the drive through was also a blessing. I'm specially happy and grateful with the service I have always received from one of their Pharmacists, Dr. Sosa, he's extremely professional and cannot be more caring! read more

Pros: Great low prices on generic prescriptions. Much lower than Walgreens! You can call in your refill, or order it online. Drive thru pick-up and drop-off. (This one in particular has 2 full service drive thru lanes.) Cons: Long lines at the check-out inside. This location is not a 24-hr pharmacy. Pharmacy is only open until 10 pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends! (I really hate that.) Not easily accessible from the road, in or out! The customer service in this pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous I will not post the name of the older woman that works there because more than likely she will get fired. Her customer service skills and her communication is way below par. I am a surgical trauma ICU nurse and I understand medicine very well. She has sat there and argued with me that you cannot be given albuterol more than one inhaler at a time. Albuterol is not a controlled substance and therefore it could be given to you numerous ones if you have the prescription like that. That is the prescription that I had for three albuterol's And she would not dispense them to me. I then asked to speak to the primary pharmacist or she looked in the system that it was a butyryl and she dispensed all three to me. She is rude the way she looks at you as ass if you were a piece of trash she speaks down to you with a terrible tone. I would highly not recommend this pharmacy. On top of this issue I also have the issue of terrible intra pharmacy communication. I have called this pharmacy and I have been told that I have prescriptions that there are still refills. Upon going to other pharmacies I have been told that there is no such thing they have printed out documentation for me to show me that there is no additional prescriptions. To have individuals that are pharmacist working in the medical field providing medication's that are vital to the survival of some and to have this lack of professionalism and knowledge it is absolutely atrocious and unacceptable. This company should start teaching their employees customer service before they do anything else. read more

This pharmacy is so unprofessional and disorganized..I had to go in person 3 times in one day and every time I spoke to someone I got a different $ amount I was supposed to pay, and on top of that the prescription failed to be available even after 4 times trying to contact them. I was given attitude for mistakes made by them and ended up being told my card didn't go through when I had more than enough. DON'T waste your time and patience.. My experience with this pharmacy has been horrible. Every single time I have tried to get my mothers medication I've had issues resulting in the delay of treatment by 2-3 days. They always claim that they haven't gotten the order or need clarification and the Doctor does not get back to them. All of these excuses are down right lies!! If you call and are lucky enough that someone answers be prepared to deal with someone who simply does not care and is completely uncooperative but quick to dismiss you without any resolution. Personally, I think CVS is more expensive than Walgreens, but their Extra Bucks program is actually pretty cool. I bought a ton of household items and with a coupon, I walked out having only spent $2.50. This is my go-to location for buying cosmetics and anything drugstore related for that matter, as I work a short walking distance from that locale. No stars is what this CVS location deserves. I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer my phone call, with staff picking up the phone and telling me to hold repeatedly. Once they finally attended to me they told me my prescription would be ready for pick up in an hour. I arrived an hour and a half later... I made the longest line to the pick up area for the lady to tell me it wasn't ready and I needed to go to drop off area. I made that line too, for them to tell me that it hadn't been processed yet and I needed to wait another 15 minutes. Unbelievable. This isn't the first time I've had delays with this pharmacy. I came here today 3/8/16 to print a couple pics from my phone. The lady behind the counter was very helpful, she talked me through the process quickly and efficiently. Being able to print pics right from my phone instantly is extremely convenient. I was in and out with pics in hand in a matter of 10 mins. And they even have lottery at this location. I didn't even know it. I will come back to this cvs for sure. read more

This may be the second review I post on this Pharmacy, but it's the lack of sympathy and respect that never seizes to amaze me! I just got released from the hospital and had to immediately take a medication upon release. I'm in pain and not feeling well and like most people that are in this condition I went through the drive through. I asked the lady to please check the insurance and she said if I had a change of insurance I needed to come in. Mind you there is no one behind me/no back up in the line. I explained that I just got out of the hospital-had a broken ankle and stitches. Still I had to go in to find that the insurance was on file. Couldn't they have just checked this for me at the drive through window? Have some compassion and understanding for your customers!
