Instead of offering any kind of basic customer service, a woman named Mary decided it was the perfect time to act rude, dismissive, and full of unnecessary attitude. Mary was incredibly sassy and disrespectful, making my elderly grandmother feel like a burden just for asking a simple question. She clearly had no patience and made it obvious she didn't want to help. If you don't like dealing with people, maybe don't work at the photo counter in a pharmacy that's supposed to serve the community? This store should be ashamed to have someone like that representing them. We will 100% be taking our business elsewhere and we'll be letting everyone we know do the same. Do better, Walgreens. Seniors deserve respect too.

We didn't ask and they didn't offer the time - we were stressed. Next day called ten minutes after 8 and they said the truck always comes at 11 so it would be after that. I said no one told us it would be that late (yesterday I could have driven around and got it elsewhere). she blamed the call center and said we should always come to the store and get better information. We were at the store! not a call center. I said what can we do, we need it now (ER had loaded some meds but now was due and needed). she said let me see what we can do (the way she said it I took to mean they may have some in stock). she asked what phone number to use, i updated. she asked for the number again (yes gave new number twice) and updated to receive calls. would call or text as soon as it was ready. nicely said she'd look for coupons. no call, no text, starting to panic. called at 10:50 and was told a) they didn't have the right number and b) the meds had been ready since 9:00. I complained and they apologized and entered the number. again blaming the call center but again I talked to the store not the call center! when I got to the store the coupon was was entered, I asked why if the meds were there they didn't just fill it yesterday. young kid made it sound like the truck came early, and I said oh really the gal standing next to you said the truck couldn't get there until 11. I again asked why they didn't just fill it yesterday and he said "we have our processes". Walgreens, your processes aren't working. if you would have a) just filled it when the meds were in the store instead of saying tomorrow OR b) entered the correct phone number and called when it was ready so we didn't wait needlessly OR c) not made it sound like there was nothing that could be done OR d) pretended a magic truck showed up (we aren't stupid and your own people said truck always comes at same time each day). oh and stop blaming the call center for actions of your people! Take ownership of what YOU do.

This may go on for a very long time. No greeting, no interaction, just pick the phone up and slam it back down on hold every time it rings. Store managers are aware of this, and they do nothing about it. I've asked many times for the store to stop refilling one of my prescriptions. Yet every 90 days, I get a message telling me its ready for pickup. If they can't address such simple things, how can you trust them with your health? You should avoid this store.

When I arrived to pick up three prescriptions for my household, there were only two customers ahead of me. The first customer was assisted and left without issue. The second customer, however, stood at the counter for close to five minutes before being acknowledged. After eventually receiving service, she left--and I later saw her returning to the store with her prescription in hand. When it was my turn, I stepped up to the counter and waited nearly 10 minutes (approximately 9 minutes total) without any acknowledgment at all--no greeting, no eye contact, and no indication that anyone would assist me. During this time, there were at least three CVS staff members behind the counter actively working on prescriptions, yet no one made any effort to assist or even acknowledge waiting customers. Additionally, a customer at the drive-thru window appeared to be waiting for an extended period as well and ultimately left after being told someone would "be right with her." This level of service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Even during busy periods, acknowledging customers and providing basic communication should be a priority. I had stopped using this CVS location back in late 2019 due to similar concerns, and unfortunately, this recent experience confirms that the issues have not improved. As a result, I will once again be looking for a different pharmacy. I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to customer service and workflow at this location.
